Jose was great. I was presently surprised to find a professional who knows their job and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure he did a good job. Instead of quickly fixing my dryer, he took apart, to make sure it was cleaned, and fixed the thermostat, after that he went to clean the filters as well as my dryer vent which I hadn't asked for. He told me that he values his work as well as his customers, which is why he he is always willing to go the extra mile. I am very impressed, and will use him again for any appliance repairs I need.
