Very courteous and helpful. Explained everything to me and showed me what he was doing while the machine was open. Gave a general cleaning and lubrication of the machine in addition to replacing the broken part. Called and asked if he could come EARLY! When does that happen? He had the necessary tools and parts in his van. Highly recommend.

They sent an amateur who had to call the boss 5 times for instructions on how to disassemble my machine. The kid wound up denting my machine. Now the washer travels during the spin cycle and has to be pushed back into position after each use.

The company has to subcontract technician to repair the refrigerator, making repairs more expensive and service is never on a promised date. The first diagnostic was incorrect as they are not experts on refrigerators. Never pay the 50% advance payment requested in order to repair the refrigerator until a real technician checks it.
