First time using this service. Jose replied to my request via Home Advisor app immediately. We negotiated an amount via text and he was here within the hour. Took 15-20 minutes to resolve the issue(replace a garbage disposal). Polite & professional. Cleaned area before leaving. Had an invoice pad & business cards. Happy with work done. Definite recommend. Thanks.

This was my first time using Angies List. I called and he said he'd come by the next morning and he did. They promised and delivered a free estimate to fix my washing machine, however, we decided to buy a new machine. He was very polite, and didn't attempt to discourage our decision. I would call him again! Meanwhile, another company, called me and wanted a $103 estimate paid before even coming to see the work! Thank you Jose!!

Never responsive, lied to me and used gorilla glue that once it heated up created toxic chemicals in my home and caused water damage to my floors and to the neighbors ceiling below my unit. Did not fix my kitchen aid dishwasher and Samsung Dryer and destroyed both with parts that did not match.

Great service, he came and fixed my fridge on Easter Sunday and charged me a very fair price.

Great Quick Service, needed order a part after 1st Visit. Thought it would be 3 or 4 days for part to arrive. Part arrived next day and Jose was able to return later than same day to complete the job. Highly recommend!

He came in the same day and fixed my ice maker quickly. I waited at least a week to make sure it works before writing this review. I don't know if I overpaid as he did not have a contract or set prices on a document for me to see. It was all verbal. I did get a receipt after I paid. Regardless, I am happy because he came in the same day, got it repaired for me quicker then any other place that I had to wait for an appointment. My ice maker was fixed and is working. So overall I am happy!

He was extremely respectful and worked very neat! Left everything perfect and clearly explained the problem and pricing!
