Reliable, professional, reasonable and quick!

Jose is experienced and reasonable. He came when he said he would. Immediately opened the refrigerator, analyzed the problem, explsained it to me, and gave the cost of repairs, parts etc. I agreed to the price. He, then went to the truck,got his tools and proceeded to fix it. He then told me what he did and explained what to expect. Very happy with Jose. Since he fixes other appliances, I have his card and will not hesitate to contact him again. I highly recommend him.

Fantastic customer service and very reasonable price

I contact the company online on Friday evening. Jose replied at 8:00am Saturday morning and was at my home for the repair by 10:30am.

He did not fix our job correctly came out multiple times and I had to hire someone else to fix correctly

On time, courteous and fixed the refrigerator on the first call. I would def use him again if needed.

Lasted about 5 minutes fixing the issue and left right away, as soon as I turned on the stove(which didn t turned on)it started sparking up. I called the guy that fixed it and still hasn t showed up to fix the issue

The tech was hired to fix my ice maker. While assessing the problem he knocked a sensor out of place, by the next day all the food in the frighted and freezer were bad. Our appointment was for noon, I told him he had to done by 2 so I could pick up my daughter from school. He called at 12:30 to say he was on his way. At 1:30 I called him to see where he was he told me he was rung late on another job and would be there at 5. I had asked him to replace the filters while he was there. That is when he informed me about the sensor and said he did not touch that, he fixed the sensor and the ice maker. He said he was sorry about the time mixup. When he finished I asked him to show me the sensor, he showed me it was behind the ice tray which he had removed the day before. I told him that he must have knocked the sensor off when he removed the tray, He said yes. I told him about the $100 in groceries that I lost. He said sorry then handed me the bill for $240.

He appears to be very experienced and quite knowledgeable. He certainly takes pride in his work. I appreciate that he wanted to make sure that I was satisfied

Jose is very reliable and reasonably priced. He is also very knowledgeable. I had an emergency with my refrigerator and he found the time to provide the service within two hours. I recommend Jose very highly.
