very professional . good customer service . a bit pricy

José from Dade Appliance responded within an hour and my equipment was fix within two hours. Josè new its way around the appliances. He even check my drier and did not charge me anything extra. Thank you for your personal service. Great experience.

Jose was available immediately to repair my electric clothes dryer. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He also took the time to diagnose an issue with my dishwasher and recommended repairs needed.

called him monday morning said he could be at my house within an hour and he was here within 45 minutes.he checked my refrigerator and saw what the problem was able to fix it right then because he had the parts with him. Polite and efficent at his job.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!! 1. Well I will start with a major language barrier. Very poor English, very hard to understand. 2. Originally diagnosed my problem over the phone, after I texted my diagrams for my washing machine. Did not do an on-site diagnosis, They advised me that I would need certain parts and they could do the job for $240 . I agreed! After 3 and a half weeks and several calls and texts they finally answered me. We scheduled a time and they arrived a day later at the wrong time. I was lucky that I was home. They installed the parts and left. Tried to do a load, and had the same problem. They took my money and left! I tried to get them back with a different parts to fix it but they did not come , now it is been two months and they will not return.DO NOT HIRE!!!!?

He repaired a microwave oven for $120.00 that was 18 mos old and had cost $120.00. My tenants ok'ed the job. Had I known, I would have bought a new microwave. He did the job wel and had good customer service but too expensive.

It took several trips for the company to fix the problem, but they kept coming back until it was right, and only changed the initial price.

I owe an apology and a rectification: The technician was sick and in bed, and for this reason he can not come back to finish the job, and I do not knew and wrote a bad review. He came back today after He feels better and finished the job in a satisfactory way. I would like to thank him for his kindness and responsibility.

The installer from the store we bought the microwave could not figure out how to install the over the stove microwave. We called DadeAppliance, Jose came a few hours later, took out the old micro, installed the new microwave, in about an hour. Great job!
