I had the worst experience of my life... I wish I could upload pictures of the completed work so that you can see what a crappy job was done. Jose is very nice, but I am telling you right now I would not hire him ever again. I hired him to install two fans and a microwave. The microwave was installed incorrectly it was slanted he had to fix it my husband had to help him. The two fans again if I could upload pictures I will show you all the wires were sticking out the top was not closed it was just a mess. I am very angry he quoted me $350 and when he arrived he told me it would be $400 which I paid in cash. Please understand I am not complaining about the charges I am complaining about the final outcome I had to hire somebody else to fix what he did.

Jose was prompt and professional. There are no appliance repair people in Key Largo anymore. He drove on a Friday to fix, from Miami. 60 miles. It needed a part he didn t have on truck and actually drove back on a Sunday to complete repair No additional charge for travel and repair perfectly executed. Excellent work ethic and clearly an experienced appliance technician.

Had a negative experience, one of my burners was not working. He came and looked at it thought it was the burner it was actually the computer in the back. He repaired the burner and it was not working still so he kept saying he would be back, finally came didn't have the right part, came back once he got the part and it was a used part. Changed it and it never worked. Charged $300 for the work and it still doesn't work properly.
