The repair technician did a great job!

Repair constant cycling refrigerator. Very knowledgeable, isolated problem quickly, had necessary parts with them, fixed in one visit. Onsite approximately one hour. Clean and tidy before leaving.

Fixed my leaking washer with replacement part. Was a no-show for first appointment but re-scheduled for next day. Had to remove washer a second time to properly connect it. Still, worth the cost and effort.

This Company was a lie. They came to my house to repair my refrigerator kitchen Aid. The Technician was searching for videos to do the repair, additionally, once he was not able to complete the repair, They made it worse. Now the freezer does not work and he just made excuses about how and when your refrigerator does not work, also the freezer will stop working. Do not trust these people with your appliances.

The Ice-maker broke again a week later?

I hired another refrigeration expert for my broken fridge, he claimed he fixed it and used original GE parts, needless to say, a few weeks later it broke again. I called Jose Herrera and came out the same day. Advised me the parts were not genuine, Jose fixed my fridge, with genuine parts and it working perfectly! I recommend Jose to anybody needing appliance repairs! Iâ m going to have him work on my dryer next.

My refrigerator quit working at the worst of times -- the beginning of the weekend. Dade Appliance came out Saturday to assess the problem and returned Sunday to install a new condensor coil. Jose was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He stayed several hours to be sure the repair took care of the problem. It did. Highly recommend this company.

Jose was great to work with. He went to my rental property within a couple of hours of contacting me and kept me up to date with everything he did. I ll definitely hire him again.

Good tech but expensive I thought. Refrigerator control board which is not more than $100. 1/2 h labor. Charged me $280 dollars, We settle in $250. Should have been $200 max.

The person charged 280 for just changing a sensor in the fridge. Nevertheless the response time and work done was very good.

Jose was very quick to respond and come to my house the next day to fix my dryer.

Decided to try a repairmen before needlessly spending $700 on a new dryer. Jose came over, not only did Jose fix our Dryer, Jose also fixed our Broken stove. Jose Fixed everything within an hour and Fixed everything for half the price of a new dryer. I highly recommend him. Thank you Jose!

I hired Dade Appliance to repair a dishwasher, they came out told me it needed a new motor, went out to his truck brought in a motor and installed it, makes me think it is a reconditioned motor I paid them asked for an itemized receipt and they said they would send one, after they left the dishwasher started making a very loud noise, I called Jose and he told me he will come out the next day and did not, I having been dealing with this dishwasher problem for 3 weeks now,
