Highly professional. He called 30 minutes after I contacted him via Angieâ s - this was at 8 pm!! He arrived the next morning - on time as scheduled and came prepared with the necessary parts for my LG washer. It was fixed in about an hour. Reasonable price for great service. This guy Jose Herrera is con artist. He wanted to charge me $360 to fix my washing machine. When I asked him about what part needs to be replaced, he told me that he needed to open some circuit to tell me - but he told me ?don?t worry I have the part in my car? but he couldn?t tell the part name or the part number - then when I started asking a few questions like ?I want to know the part you?re replacing, and the pricing for parts and labor??etc, he started to scream at me saying that if it?s better that he leaves because I?m question him, bla bla? Then as he was leaving he told me ?ok I?ll charge you $180 to fix it but it?s not under warranty?. I said ok to that; the machine worked for 15 min and then it stopped working again - and of course the guy was gone. TOTAL SCAM

Absolutely incredible, I’m a property manager and I deal with many types of appliance contractors. Dade Appliance immediately reached out to me via phone call. We were able to get the service scheduled same day of the initial contact. I followed up via text, later in the day to ensure we were still good for our original appointment and we were. Came over and was able to fix my Dryer (For clothes) AND fix my fridge that was leaking. The rates were a little on the high side BUT with how great the service was from beginning to end and being able to fix my dryer and fridge, I will happily pay a bit more. I will most definitely contact Dade Appliances if I need help with any appliances. I would strongly recommend them!

Jose Herrera was excellent, came the same day I called to make a free diagnostic without any obligation, gave on the spot an estimate of price and repair timeframe, considering two possible scenarios. Since a part was needed we waited until the part was delivered to him. Once he received the replacement part, he came and performed the repair within 20 minutes. Because of his experience and skills, after the replacement, he was able to immediately solve the original problem that caused the fisure of the water tank that needed to be replaced. I highly recommend him and his company.

Dade Appliance is very reliable and fixed my washers. They were quick and did what I asked. Will definitely use them again.

Jose Herrera was very attentive and responsive. He answered my calls and showed up when he said he would. He had to come twice to fix my side-by-side refrigerator that was not cooling properly: the first day he fixed the computer but it still was not working; when he came the next day after I called him, he was able to find out what the issue was and fixed it. Not sure of the genuineness of the parts, but he does a good job and I will recommend him.

Jorge called right away and had the parts required in his truck. I would utilize his services again. I would recommend this company.
