Jose from Dade appliance is very unorganized and does not show up on your scheduled appointment. We set up three different day and time all three were no call no show. Only after calling him and reminding him who I was and what repair was needed he would then make an excuse for not showing up. Worst of all the parts used are not original manufacturer parts and now our dishwasher makes a very high pitched buzz sound when draining. Save yourself the headache and find someone more reliable who will use original equipment.

He called me the same day I scheduled appointment and was at my house the next morning. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very fast. The price was in the range that I was expecting and he cleaned up after himself. This is the exact experience I wanted when allowing someone into my home. Highly recommend!

The technician was able to to work around my short schedule. Work was to swap the same model and brand. Done in less than an hours. Love these guys.

Dishwasher tensor repaired and the part replaced broke the same day of the job. Part was ordered based on the model of dishwasher and was replaced 1 week after. Overall, the job was fine.

A bit pricey

Called Home Advisor for a company to fix my Bravos Washer. Dade Appliance was scheduled for next day. I called and spoke to Jose at 5:15 pm to confirm and he said he was 10 minutes away and would come by now to check the problem. He knew immediatly the problem, tipped the washer removed a motor, said he had the part in his truck. Finished the job and was gone in 1 hour. It was hard to understand him on the phone, but with his broken English, face to face I could understand everything he was saying. I will recommabd him to my family and my friends. If there was more than 5 stars I would have given him a 10.

Jose responded to my call for whirlpool fridge not cooling & fixed it the same day...insane! I am an out of town Landlord, so he came back the next day for payment...very honest & trusting of Jose!

Jose Herrera was very professional and prompt. Speaks english but very difficult to understand on the phone. Took my fridg apart piece by piece. This was wonderful. I cleaned every bit of yuk in every hidden edge while he get to the cause. Conveniently he had the part in his truck. In and Out in 2 hours. Put it all back together minus 2 screws? He will return on Monday to see if all is working well. Maybe he will find where the screws go.
