We had a very slight funky smell in our condo that we wanted to get an expert opinion on. Gabriel came and, over the course of 45 minutes, performed air tests sent to the lab and inspected the entire apartment, giving expert advice the entire time. Because of him we were able to pinpoint the source and figure out exactly what needed to be done. He was extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services.

Gabriel was great to work with. He effectively communicated, explained all things he was looking for in the inspection. Nothing came as a surprise once he submitted the inspection report. Inspection report is sent same day with pictures, videos, and estimates. He also make recommendations on how to solve issues in cost friendly way, if you are going to do the work your self.
