We hired Builtech to replace our roof after they did a small repair for us. I was impressed by their professionalism and responsiveness. They were not the cheapest estimate but we did not regret hiring them. We received excellent service from start to finish. It’s a family owned business and Mayra kept us up to date at every step of the process. I appreciated that they have a policy of not beginning a job until the tiles were shipped so that the roof is never left partially finished for a long period. After the tiles arrived, they worked very quickly and efficiently to complete the job.

The office staff was very responsive and helped us with the insurance process. The work was done quickly and my home looks amazing.

The work was performed in a very professional matter without any interruptions and with the least amount of inconveniences till the end of work. The clean up after work done was complete and w/o any damages to the surrender areas of landscaping and pool.

Roger is licensed as a General Contractor, Roofer and is also a Professional Engineer. The roof's on my home and apartment building were destroyed by Hurricane Irma. Roger and his lovely wife Mayra assisted me in providing the information that was needed by my insurance company. They both also helped me obtain additional financing to repair the damage to the structures until the insurance company provided compensation.
