+ -1 moreStay away from this guy. Billy Pope (owner) of Blue Marlin air seemed like a nice enough guy. Came and inspected the AC and said it needed a new condensor. I told him the unit was under warranty at 6 years of 10. He said he would order the parts, and asked me to email him the serial numbers. He said it would take about 10 days to get the parts, and as he left I asked him if wanted a payment up front and he said no. I sent the email didn't hear anything back. A week passed, then 2 and so I started calling him. It was odd that he never called me to give me an update. He called back, heard my voice (I suspect it was then that he recognized the caller and hung up after 5 seconds), then after multiple attempts to reach him again, I left several messages which he didn't reply to. This morning at 9:30am he ignored the ring and it went to voicemail again so I fired him. Do not hire this guy. He's unprofessional and wasted 2 weeks of my time with apparently no intent of coming back. His 5 star scores are obviously being fluffed.
Description of Work: Trane HVAC Unit not cooling.

+ -1 moreThey were fantastic. They were very efficient, they did a good job making the filter and it was delivered to me. Everything was great.
Description of Work: Blue Marlin Air did AC work annually and they also made a permanent filter for me as well.
