+ -1 moreWorst service I have ever experienced ! Ben the owner is the most dishonest man I have ever met. He installed an awning with no slope, therefore every time it rains the water sits on top of the awning ! I have to drain all the heavy water off of it every time and now the cover is molding! Ben promised after several months he would fix it and claims there is a one year warranty . Every time I actually talk to the man he has an excuse . Now he totally ignores my calls. What a horrible man. He does not care about customers. All he wants is your money. Don't waste your time with these people!

Description of Work: This company installed awnings and a motor at my house 2 plus years ago. My experirnce then was very positive. They were prompt and efficient, and showed up when expected. I had also recommended them to my friends. However, beginning 2 oe 3 months ago I called them for service on the apparatus, as I was no longer able to operate the awning motor. While at first they said they would show up at several different times and did not come, they finally told my office assistant they would not come. I do not believe there is any warrannty, and am quite willing to pay for their services. My disappointment is in their lack of response to an existing customer.

+ -1 moreTerrible experience. After 3 months and several calls, nothing had been done. Finally I said that enough was enough and I wanted to cancel the contract. They agreed and sent me a check for $695. The difference of $305 went to pay the engineer that did the design work and engineering drawings. So after 3 months I have no awnings and am out $305. Luckily I made the down payment with my Amex card so if the next people I get to do the awnings cannot use the drawings I will put a dispute with Amex to get the rest of my money back.
Description of Work: I requested an estimate for 2 awnings. One over the front door and one on the side of the house. Ben came over and offered to do everything, including the permit work for $2000. I agreed and gave him a down payment of $1000. He said that he could have it done in about a month.
