This company is into price gouging big time. I had been without air for 3 days in record breaking heat. They diagnosed the problem on a weekend but could not get the part until the following Monday. I was told what the basic price would be, but was too miserable to say no after three days of sweltering heat. The installation of the motor took about 30 minutes. After the work was done I called the office and requested the breakdown of the price. (Part and labor) They advised me that they "bundle the price" and gave me no information or explanation. I discovered on my own that the price for the evaporator was between two and three hundred dollars, possibly lower. I called my old company and asked for an estimate for the work over the phone. They quoted me $450 If I had paid attention I would have seen the bad reviews complaining of price gouging from others. I blame myself for not doing my homework. Be on notice. I would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone.
