The customer interaction was a little abrasive. It was only a year old unit and a major component failed and I still had to pay labor charges. The guy was on site for 10 minutes but they billed me for an hour. It was stuff like that. It left a bad taste in my mouth, but I was pretty much over a barrel. Everything was supposed to be covered under warranty. I had to coordinate everything by phone because I was out of town and I was getting different quotes and conflicting stories. During the installation they were one of the greatest companies I have ever dealt with. The install crew was wonderful and they did a great job. It wasn't until something went wrong that they had a problem and they said I should have been involved in their service plan. They told me it would not have cost me anything had I had their service plan, but I did not have it so they charged me $1,000. The cost was actually pretty consistent with the market because Florida is high cost for A/C repair. The quality of work once it was completed was good. Our conflict was over how much should I be charged? They got the job done, but they could have been more pleasant. They were pretty quick to respond. I would get email responses back from their work coordinator in five or ten minutes. They were punctual. I have a service plan with them now.

There were two gentlemen who came out to do the install. They gave an estimate. Everything was in line with what they said. The install was the same week. Because I was upgrading from a 15 year old system, we had to retro-fit everything. They got everything done in one day. Very professional. I can't say anything bad about them. Very good price. I shopped around. They were very competitive. They did offer a financing plan at that time which I did utilize.
