A++ for this Kendall/Miami FL company for customer service, quick response time, product knowledge and technical skill. As anyone knows here in The Keys there are no garage repair service companies, even Home Depot doesn't provide this service here. Advanced Overhead Garage Door's service call center simply asked us what issues we were having and their technician was on site with all the possible needed items the next day.

Received one call. Tried to setup an appointment. No response. Requested refund. It is in process.

They work is very professional, work fast. They are very punctual always , in their calls and visits. I love to do my garage door with them and better of all the price was fair enough .

He arrived promptly on time, worked efficiently and had the job completed in 2 hours. He cleaned up and left the area perfect.

For starters, Scott is extreamly pleasant to work with. He took his time to explain exactly how the opener works. He programmed my remotes to my cars and also explained to me how to do it for future use. I would recommend advanced overhead doors and services to everyone I know that may need him. There is not many good customer service oriented companies out there but they are one of the best.

I was considering get some work performed in my garage door. The door was super noisy and since we moved to our home last October I was looking forward to get it serviced. Finally, my wife bump into one of the safety devices last week. I called Scott since I know him for a while. He came right on time, early in the morning. Couple of hours later he was done. The door service included springs tension verification and adjustment, lubrication of all the moving parts including the opener chain track. Also, my busted safe sensor got replaced. Half week later I stop enjoying my "new door". It's quiet and just work great. The service came with advices of how prolong the life of my door opener and a real good talk with Scott. In the future I will keep calling?Advanced Overhead Doors & Services for all my garage doors needs..?
