Gerry made a committment to provide an installation of an AC Duct system knowing the importance of doing this installation during the week of another subcontractor working at the project. He was very slow to respond and when it was time to begin the work, Gerry said he had other work to do. Gerry was very unprofessional and because he failed to execute what he agreed to do, the project was delayed and caused great inconvenience and added cost. I contacted Gerry because he had good reviews over the past 2 years, the last 5 star being 5 months ago. If schedule and timely communication is important, this is not the company to rely on.

From my 1st contact Gerry the owner was polite, professional and spot on in his diagnosis of my problem. He came on a Sunday, and temporarily cleaned the lines so we'd be cool till he was available on Monday. He arrived at the agreed upon time, explained what he was going to do and did it. He added a port in the drain line that I can access to put vinegar in the line without charge. I would highly recommend him. He's the only A /C contractor that completed the work without additional costs, arrived on time AND clean up after he was done.
