I do not usually put poor reviews up, but this was too much. I called this woman a week ago; she gave me an estimate for a monthly cleaning at $100 to begin today, March 7, 2011 - she was to come at 2 PM with 3 other people. (I broke my ankle and am in a wheelchair, so believe me, I was really counting on this person showing up) Well, at 2:45 I called to find out if they were coming and guess what? - no, no, no. no. no - she made no appointment, when did I call, who did I speak to, whatr day did I call? So now I am looking for someone else and I suggest you do, too.
Description of Work: Person never showed up after setting an appointment date, time and quote.

I spoke to Jeny about this issue. She told me she just came back from Peru. She was there to see her mom sick with cancer and recuperating from an operation. I understand you are sick and we apologize. When Jeny answered the phone and got your call she was also sick and didn't write your appointment in her book.But this is the first time this happens to her. She tried to to solve the problem by giving you an appointment for the next day. You rudely said no and that you needed them that day. You didn't care about her problems only yours. We will still work for you if you remove this negative post. Other wise understand we all are human and like you can get sick too.
