Karen is a consumate professional, she did an excellent job finding me the perfect quality leather in a short amount of time. After ordered she called me immediately to bring in chair, ottoman and pillow to be re-upholstered. I was told it could take 3-5 weeks... within two Tony and his team finished the job earlier than promised. Upon pick up i was elated with the 1st class craftmanship of his teams work. Overall EXCELLENT experience.. and i HIGHLY recommend their services!!!!! Very professional!!!!

Excellent company - from fabric selection to arranging pick up of the couch once we discovered a repair issue, this company was helpful, prompt, and does a beautiful job!

Every thing about our contact with Karen and Tony was courteous, friendly, professional and accommodating . They did a beautiful job and were very patient with my changes in fabric choice . Everything was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.

Karen responded quickly, and we set up a time where we could drop the chairs and the fabric (which I bought) off. Karen was very responsive on email and gave me some reactions to the fabric choices I was making which was helpful. They were finished with the work in about half of the time they had said. The work is beautiful! The chairs look great and we're looking forward to getting a lot of use out of them. Highly recommend and will definitely use Tony's again!

There are upholstery businesses and then there is Karen an Tony. We brought our 2 sofa chairs, who have been in our family for appr. 100 years, to Tony's upholstery. Karen was very helpful and patient while my husband and I took down about all the samples she had. There were so many choices making a final decision was difficult. Working with Karen was very enjoyable and she was a great help making the final decision. Our chairs have to withstand cats and a dog, therefore fabric quality and strength was paramount. The chairs were done sooner than the date we were told, a wonderful surprise. They look beautiful. Tony's workmanship is excellent. I asked to please safe the extra material for me since I have been in the textile business myself for the last 35 years. They did so, I am being creative with the remnants now. Customer service with this small unassuming company was beyond paramount. They went out of the way to find the fabric that I needed since they themselves did not have it in their inventory. The job was beautifully done. They even took care of some scratches and minor dents to the foot of the chairs without my asking, and did not charge me more than the agreed upon price. I never called and didn't get someone, the same was true when emailing I always recieved a response whether by email or a phone call. And as a West Indian I am most proud to say I would have expected nothing less from a fellow islander. Kudos to this company for exemplifying the service in customer service... Thanks

We visited their showroom with one of our chairs. Karen is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She showed us through her library of fabrics and colors and gave us a very competitive price on the spot. Her husband Tony inspected the chair and advised what he could do. We brought our chairs in and was surprised just less than two weeks later they were ready. The work is 1st class and the chairs look brand new. We would highly recommend Tony's.

Tony and his wife came to the house with plenty of samples, and put together a beautiful new L shaped cushion.

They were very professional and polite. They stuck to the quote and had it completed by the time that they said. I was very satisfied with the work and the end result was a sofa section that looked like new. Well worth the price and I would definitely use them again.

Karen gave us the initial estimate on recovering the couch and loveseat using our measurements and photographs. We then met with her, bringing along one of the cushions. She was very helpful in picking out the perfect fabric; even noting what we might not want! We delivered the furniture to Tony's ourselves and had their help unloading it. Tony did a great job on the upholstering; very professional. The furniture looked better than the original. We expected the work to be finished within three weeks but it was done a week early and delivered by Tony's crew who put it in place and added all the cushions . I would recommend Tony's Unique Upholstery again without hesitation.

I first spoke with Karen on 01/30. She asked many questions about our sofa & asked me to forward pictures. Once they had the photos, Karen gave me an estimate which was less than the final amount paid, however, this was before Tony discovered that the sofa springs needed repair as well. Karen asked me if I thought it was worth putting a large amount of money into repairing the sofa, but I explained to her it is part of a 3-piece set. I knew I would spend much more buying three new pieces than putting $800+ into the sofa. The hours scheduled for pick up and delivery of our sofa were met in a timely manner. Karen told me up front the job would take 2-3 weeks. Three weeks to the day I first contacted her, our refurbished sofa was delivered back to our home. Tony truly breathed new life into it...the seats are firm again, and the lumbar support has returned to brand-new. Tony's Unique Upholstery gets a high recommendation from us, we were very satisfied from start to finish!

Karen was amazing at helping me decide which fabric to use. She had great suggestions on the upholstering technique to use o n this very old chair. Tony did an awesome job on the upholstery, it is perfect! He did a much better job than the previous person had done at another business. Needless to say I love it and would recommend them 150%!

I can not adequately express the satisfaction and pleasure we had when the upholstered chair was delivered. I had not imagined that Tony would find such a beautiful way of making this fabric work. The chair is exquisite, and not only because of the fabric, but because of the very creative way Tony pieced the fabric on the chair so that we could thoroughly enjoy the beautiful design in the fabric that we love so much! I can not say enough about how pleased we are! I would most definitely return to Tony's Unique Upholstery in the future. If you are looking for an upholsterer, you need look no further!!!! Tony and Karen obviously put a lot of thought and care into their work.

This is the second job that Tony and Karen did for me and they are fantastic!! Responsive, professional and did a picture-perfect job. I brought in a beat-up antique telephone table and they had the wood repaired and refinished and reupholstered the piece beautifully!!! The price was reasonable and they did exactly what they said they would, wiht a smile. I could not ask for more!!

As always, Tony and Karen did a great job with this project, turning my tired old chair into something much more attractive. They replaced the old cushions with new ones, upholstered them in new fabric, and made throw pillows to match.
