He did a through and professional job removing all the pet stains and hair from my two sofas, chairs and cushions. Would definitely use this service again and recommend them. Added plus very reasonable prices :-)

They did a great job cleaning the grout and were very honest. The serviceman let me know that my grout had been painted. This came as a surprise but we have only lived here since May 2018.

There was still a spot that was not removed . Mike said he would come back following day calleed 2 more days, said he would come back. NEVER DID

Very nice man... knew what he was doing... furniture and rug are so clean and smell good. The only thing I was a bit surprised with was that the uphostelry cleaning waste water from the truck was released in my parking spot before he left. Didn't smell bad or anything like that... just thought he could have waited until he left.

The grout in the bathroom is not done at all, will get a stop of my check if he did not request cash. The marble floor in the other bathroom does not shine at all as he promissed before doing the job. I should have used a credit card. He was supposed to come back to correct the places in the livingroom where he did not move the furnitures but never came back. I am old, "80" he took advantage of me. The furnitures are not what I expected. $800.00?

Rate is a bit high for the time's work; ask to do the rug, took 5 minutes ans charged $99. ???? next time I will ask how much it would cost, at this price I wouldn't do it again.

misquoted price by $215; came down some when I refused. arrived later than reported; I had to contact him for an update and again he was wrong estimating the eta. Room rug deoderizing not completely work.

They determined that I do have a mold problem. I have forwarded the results to my lawyer for his review. To me the report looks quite thorough. If we proceed to court, I believe it will hold up, but insurance companies being the way they are who knows.

The work took place in a furnished apartment and that was not a problem. The quality was vood with the exception of a small detail in one spot. If I had not called one day before they would not send the technician there. Some how the lady that initialy scheduled the service several weeks ago did not had in the system.
