We do not have any projects yet. It was a reasonable price. It was a free quote. Glenn was on time and his name was in an hour window, as they said they would be there, pleasant to talk to, very knowledgeable, and friendly. He seems like a nice person to work with.

It went very well. Satisfied with job done. The area was left clean. The communication was very good. I liked that they were extremely professionally and they did good job and I didn't dislike anything. I would tell a friend/ family member to expect that the the price is fair and that they do excellent job.

They called to confirm appointment one day prior. Glenn came for estimate as scheduled and was professional and courteous. His price was reasonable and he does not try to sell you what you don't need. His workman arrived on time and went about the work in a professional manner. they used large ladders to get to top of screen enclsure and were careful not to do any damage to pool or deck area around pool. They put patio furniture back in place (they needed to move it to do some of the rescreening) and took all old screens/materials with them. Workman took their time (meaning they did not rush the job) and did a great job. Screen enclosure looks like new again. This is the second time we have used this company for rescreening and I would highly recommend them for any screening issues you have.

Glenn came out to give us an estimate for the job. He was punctual, personable and honest. He didn't try to talk us into doing more than we needed, which we appreciated. The company was very busy, though, and could not get to our small job for a month. The two fellows who came out to do the work did a good job. They were fast and efficient and cleaned up the patio when they were done. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them highly.

Glenn was prompt and on time. Very professional and knowledgeable about screened enclosures. However, I did not use his company at this time, because I have a leak issue with my current aluminum roof enclosure. Glenn offered to repair the leak and seemed pretty confident that it would work, but would not give a warranty on the repair. He stated that he was not a roofer. I appreciated his honesty, but need to have my leak situation corrected before converting my patio into a Sun room. Glenn's estimate for the work was about $2000 cheaper than a leading competitor, but again, I decided to wait until the roof problem is corrected. Glenn also seemed a little flexible and competitive in his pricing, should I find a lower bid. Great experience!

Their estimate was competitive and they did a very good job. We had a heavy rain yesterday, so the gutter was tested and passed with flying colors. Previously the rain would just pour over the gutter, but the new one did the job. I am thrilled. The screen looks great, the old patio framing looks clean, and overall we are very pleased and would use them again.

The gentleman had a reasonable price, was easy to deal with, and did a very nice job with the porch. They were also responsive to some leak issues with the porch's roof. However, I'm dissatisfied with the screens that they crafted and installed because they fall off the windows ever so easily. I tried to contact the company about this issue but their voicemail was always full when I called, so eventually I stopped trying to reach them altogether.

It went very well. Glen had built a few porches for me in the past. I was happy to hear he was still "at it" when I called many years later. He did what he promised. I would use him again and confidently recommend him.

I utilized both Angie's list, co workers and neighbors to evaluate three companies including one other highly rated on Angie's list and WE KNOW we made the best decision. Sunshine Screen and Patio were competitively priced, up front and extremely helpful. Our first meeting with Glenn the owner was great. He was friendly, non pushy and had great ideas. I liked that you deal with the owner directly and not a sales person. The permitting process was handled by Paige and Brenda who both kept me informed on a regular basis. From start to finish I can say the only thing that held it up a bit was mother nature and the rain but Paige kept me up to date with her cheerful and professional calls and she is a sheer joy to work with. It is a family business and they take pride it what they do. They connected me with references and I can honestly say I would not hesitate to recommend them or show off my patio to anyone who wanted to see their great work. Thank you Glenn, Paige, Brian and Brenda You guys are truly the best! Thanks Angie's list for letting me share my satisfaction!

Glenn arrived at the appointed time to complete some preliminary engineering and provide a cost for the project. Paige followed-up with the HOA and the City of Coral Springs to obtain the required permits. Their crews arrived at the scheduled time to custom build the enclosure on the site. The quality of the work is exceptional. The installation is solid and passed all code inspections. We had another vendor install a screen enclosure at our front enterance - it doesn't hold a candle to the high quality of work completed by Sunshine Screen & Patio. I have recommended Sunshine Screen to my neighbors.

They were very pleasant on the phone, and punctual in keeping the appointment for the estimate. Glenn immediately recognized the problems and explained the repair in detail. The young man who did the repair was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He obviously takes pride in his work. There has been one heavy rain storm since, and no leaks so far. I would use this company again and recommend them to others. The overall experience was very positive.

The day they were supposed to be here, I couldn't find him. When they reattached the screen, there were splits in the gutter seams. Where the gutters come out. They said they would come out and fix it. I called and called, and no one came. I called again, they said they would come when the rain dried up. I called again, after the rain, and still no one came. I called and left a message saying I was going to report them to the city and Angie's List. They took my money and now I have to get the gutter fixed because it's leaking water. And this is a brand new screen. And it's been about 8 months now.

Excellent and professional service. Glenn came at the agreed time to provide an estimate. We decided then to wait due to an upcoming hurricane threat. After the threat passed, we agreed on a repair date. Glenn came at the agreed time and performed the services we agreed on.

Very well. Chose company from Angie's list, called and fellow came out the same day to estimate the repair, offered to return the following day, (Christmas Eve) to make the repair. Quickly completed work. Door works well now.

Glen Cummings, one of the owners, did the estimate, was highly professional and kept all his promises regarding time frames and standard of workmanship of his crew. He gave me some idea of how to get what I wanted from this space, with the result that I have a porch very different from the original and which I now use all the time. His office staff were equally professional, very friendly and helpful.

I would not do business with this company.

Paige answered my message promptly & Glenn came out and in one afternoon all was completed. Sunshine Screen & Patio is the very best; great work and a fair price, on time and lovely people.

OVERALL, THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THEY HAD THE LOWEST QUOTE AMONG THEIR COMPETITION. THEY RESPONDED WELL TO OUR NEEDS. THEY ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE BUILDING OF THE PORCH.
