+ -1 more"Alex" is liar, a con and performs shoddy work. Or should I say whatever guy(s) he picks up off the street perform shoddy work bc he has bragged to me that he hasn't "lowered" himself to work himself in YEARS? He will stand/walk around your home like he owns the place WHEN he shows up. He does not check the work performed. Valve installed backwards, bathroom floor tile TOTALLY botched, sloppy paint jobs (leaving paint drips/mess), installed a plate instead of an outlet. Makes promises he does not keep, frequently no show no call, leaving you in the lurch. Saying WHATEVER he thinks will work to be paid b4 work is completed, leaving u chasing after him, giving extensions, etc. NEVER write him a check in his personal name. It'll go straight to bank to cash bc always "robbing Peter to pay Paul." Another guy working for me overheard a convo that he was stiffing the guys that actually worked. This guy is TROUBLE and I deeply regret ever hiring him. I'm filing formal complaint.
Description of Work: Various electric jobs around our home that is/was a foreclosure "fixer" home. We are living in the home. "Alex" initially came to me to install a home theater but quickly turned the job into a 10k bathroom job on one bathroom and an $800 vanity install (Just labor. I had materials). He acted as the GC and hired guys to perform the work. Never working himself. DOES NOT SUPERVISE OR STAND BEHIND THE WORK. FREQUENTLY DIDNT ANSWER PHONE OR TEXTS. He just wants $ and will say whatever to get. Promises to come back and complete everything "make it right" but just ghosted. When I finally got ahold of him, he wanted endless extensions. He CONSTANTLY tells lies I have done many remodel projects in the past and have experience knowing how to check work performed. The vanity was installed with the valve backward and Alex didn't bother to check his guys work. Telling me it was done and he wanted payment. If I didn't catch it, who knows when it would be remedied?

+ -1 morethey came and repair but after a day it is not working, we have contacted them several times and they havent come to fix the issue its being a month and every other day we are contacting. not suggesting, not showing work ethics. Paid full amount on the same day .
Description of Work: ring bell is not working. called them to fix that. they told once ring get charged it will work, but it didnt

+ 0 moreOverall it is one of the best service experiences I've had in a long time. I am going to tell all my girlfriends to get cameras.
Description of Work: This company installed 4 cameras for me as I have a small child and while I worked I wanted to know how things are going with the babysitter. It was a wonderful experience, the 2 gentlemen were on-time, professional and even picked up after themselves. They also called me a day after the installation to make sure everything was still great. I highly recommend them not only for good service but also very affordable.
