There was no pre-inspection. When they called, they asked what size tank I had. I told them that it was a 50 gallon tank. They came with a 50 gallon tank, but only one worker. The worker needed my assistance to remove the old tank and put the new tank in place. When removing the old tank, I noticed that it was a 60,000 BTU tank, the new tank was only 40,000 BTU. Now the hot water does not last as long as the old heater. All the brass plumbing was removed and replaced with CPVC, which the worker said was better. I'm not a plumer, but the old system worked very well for 13 years until the tank burst.

He was true to his word, completed the job with ease, and ensured he left the area in the condition he found it. He also has an assitance who complemented his style; they provided a check and balance approach. A few neighbors noticed the service truck and asked me how things were going. Poor. Missed first appointment. On second appointment, brought the wrong unit. Couldn't get the desired unit from supplier. Cancelled order. Disappointed since the previous ratings were good.

The owner John did a very good job, did the work himself. We had 2 bathrooms that needed work, very good job. Thought it wa alittle price. Anyone that talks with him I would suggest talking with him about pricing.

They were quick and came back when the heater would not work, and it was the breaker that was weak, no charge,other than quoted price ,which was the lowest. I would use again,and again

Sky service showed on time and on the correctly scheduled appt. date. They did the work I requested. Cutting the connection lines of a faulty heat recovery unit away from the hot water heater lines, repiping, and soddering the copper pipes in place. All done, neat and clean. They kept to the quoted price / hourly rate too.

Project included replacing two hot water heaters and replacing five gate valves, two Moem cartridges, and two lab valves. Project cost $1600 as quoted before work began. Men were punctual and friendly. Workmanship of owner excellent. Associates work sloppy and had to be supervised as they were taking shortcuts. Parts, not water tanks, should have been better quality from pro plumbers. The team made little preperation to protect home from dirt and debris. Also failed to clean up after job was completed. Associate deliberately failed to replace fifth ball valve as agreed. I would highly recommend John of Sky but not his workers.

He removed the old heater and even cleaned up before he left. He even helped me with the permit process which made the whole process a lot easierfor us! I would recommend his company for any plumbing needs without hesitation!

They were on-time, they called 1 hour prior to arrival. They found the source of our problem immediately and fixed it without overcharging us for unnecessary repairs. They go the job done. However, they did not give me the discount that they were advertising even after I wrote them a letter with a copy of there ad? Before hiring them make sure you have it in writing and get your discount !!!!!
