We paid him for the service and did not provide a receipt and said he is going to e-mail it. I spoke to him a few times and he said he e-mailed it (which I never received) I have asked him to fax it or mail and never heard anything back. As a business it is very important for us to have a receipt and he should understand this but I guess since he got his money he does not care.

The installers responded quickly. They diagnosed and replaced my hot water heater. Professional and efficient services were delivered. Pricing was within range of my expectations.

Failed to show up. Had to wait another couple of days. Uses a helper for other project in house (helper was not as experienced) and prevents me from overseeing the work because two people in 2 different parts of home at same time, which was uncomfortable, stressful.

He investigated the job. He gave me a price and I accepted it. This was a Friday weeks ago. He said he was going to pick up the part on Monday, call me and schedule a time to complete. I called him the following Tuesday and he apologizes that the part wasn't it and would call me the next day when he got the part in. That was almost a week ago and he heard nothing. No way to do business. Would not recommend it.

I agreed to the charge of $225 upfront, but all that was needed was a special tool to extract the faucet cartridge and about 25 minutes work. I know a service call is in order - but after the work was accomplished, I felt $225 was too high.

Fair prices. Came out quickly and took care of my plumbing needs or replacing water heater and some faucets.

I recommend this company because they are quick, efficient and cleaned. I found the price resonable for the service . The first day there was a brief hiccup but they made up for it the next day.

John did not provide an invoice for the service performed even after repeated contacts. Very unprofessional as I need the Invoice for Insurance purpose. Get someone else if possible. Work quality is just average, finding excuses to not complete the job.

My old hot water heater stopped working in the evening and I put in a Home Advisor request around 10:00 PM and I got a phone call back a half hour later. The repairman was out the next day and got the work done at the beginning of the 4-hour window. The new heater works well, so I'm very satisfied with the work.

I hire Sky Service Plumbing to replace two shower valves. Unfortunately after they installed new valves they were still leaking They said they would order new valves and replace the leaking valves, however after scheduling several appointments to replace the leaking valves we never heard back from them. We paid $375 in good faith and will never use Home Ad visor again. I do not believe any of the reviews I read on this site, they are FAKE reviews. All this company had to do was to replace the leaking valves. :(

I'm very happy with the work John completed for me. I know the price was more than fair because I paid another plumber more for the same repair 10 years ago! I would definitely recommend Sky Plumbing.

The plumber quoted the price and when it came time to pay it was what he had quoted. I hate when the give you a price and then charge you more, without stating it could be a higher price.

Removed the old WH and replaced with a State commercial WH. He also put water lines that will be able to remove it faster when A?C unit needs to be replaced.

Sky service responded very well to the a Job post.I had a gas water heater that had a Pilot light that flamed out. Sky Sevice relit the Pilot light using the normal procedure. However, the hourly charge was not clearly stated and the receipt not completed properly.

Charged me $400 to install a kitchen sink faucet and a bathroom sink faucet. This was labor only - I bought the fixtures - $400. He maybe spent 90 minutes total at my house. And to top it off, he never finished the job. I needed the drain ring in the sink replaced in the bathroom, and he said he did not have the tool, so he would be back. He never returned.
