Description of Work: MOLD: Demo/remediation/arranged mold testing/carpet cleaning. This is my 2nd time using this office of Servicemaster by Reed for mold issues. (It was at my request after having being referred to another more local one @ start of this job, by my insurance company.) Omar is a great worker; takes personal care of my possessions! Nia in office is very professional & responsive. (Be aware that they may try rescheduling you in favor of another job...)

+ -1 moreIt went as well as I can imagine in my emergency. They responded very fast and were professional. The techs were careful with my items which was very important to me. Answered all of my questions. They worked with my insurance company and made the process easier for me. I am happy that I made a great choice and would suggest Service Master by Reed to anyone in need of their services.
Description of Work: I had a horrible flood in my home when I came back from vacation. I called Service Master by Reed at 11pm on a Sunday night. The Techs arrived at my home in less than an hour. They located hidden pockets of moisture and measured the damage with cameras. Once the damaged areas were located, the cleanup process began. After removing items that could not be saved (flooring, drywall, etc.). The techs placed drying equipment until the moisture was gone. They also helped me identify what items were compromised by water damage and to record and itemize the items for insurance purposes prior to disposing.
