Eugene and his team were great to work with. My initial introduction to Roofing Max was through an Angie's list post. We definitely hit one out of the park getting hooked up with Roofing Max. Eugene was very timely with his communication and honesty. He spelled out exactly what the issues were with our roof and explained our options. He could have told us that we needed a new roof but he told us that we could still get a few years out of it if we just repair the specific section that was leaking. I appreciate his candor and honesty. His integrity was refreshing. When his team came, they were actually early!! They worked fast and were very respectful of our property. They did a great job with the work and cleaned up so that you couldn't tell they had been there. When the time comes to replace our roof in a few years, it is nice to know that we only have to make one phone call. To Eugene and his team.

It went very well. I was looking for an assessment of a leak in my roof. I feel that I was given not only a fair estimate, but it was obvious that they were not looking for a quick buck. They gave me options and suggested that I get other estimates. Very highly recommended.

I have been battling a serious roof leak caused by the winds of the tornado that hit coconut creek in February. After many attempt to get my previous roofer to fix the issue. This past Sunday I contacted Eugene with Roofing Max Inc and several other companies. Eugene came over Monday morning at exactly the time promised and looked at the issue and was able to pin point the problem within minutes. All the other companies that came to analyze the issue and give me a quote were not responsive and on time. Also all these other companies gave me lengthy quotes with lots of fancy words to add confusion and be able to justify their exaggerated prices. Today Tuesday, 2 days after our initial contact I am writing this rcomendation after he job has been succefully completed and I am more than happy with the results. I am not one to give many recommendations but this time I had to make an exception because the levels of service, responsiveness and professionalism were more than met. Roofing Max took pictures of our dry attic and then removed and replaced the required number of tiles and took pictures underneath the tiles to certify our roof was up to code. Roofing Max promptly addressed all of our questions, promptly came out and did the work, and promptly delivered the report that was required to certify our roof. Excellent Service

Perfect. Roofing Max promptly addressed all of our questions. Roofing Max took pictures of the dry attic, removed tiles and took pictures, then provided documentation that our roof was up to code. We were very anxious about the process and how long it would take, and Roofing Max provided expert, prompt service.

We had them come out but they didn't do a repair. All we need is a minor repair but the guy wouldn't do it and claimed that he's just the inspector. We haven't seen him since. Its been a disaster. I feel like we've been defrauded. They came out for a certain fee and they would do an inspection and a minor repair. We never received the minor repair. They didn't deliver what they promised. They came out within a week and the guy said that they'll be back to do the minor repair. I haven't heard from them since. It was half an inch of caulk that would solve the problem. I would use them again in the future if they finally did what I paid for. I would love to see them follow through on what we needed done.

It went okay. They showed did their work and then left.

I told them I was going to get another estimate when they called to follow up and they offered an additional $100 off if I went with them. I told them I did not do business this way and they hung up on me.

I was contacted immediately once I expressed an interest (unlike other companies contacted). Within a few days, the most knowledgeable, experienced, personable salesman visited my home. He brought an entire booklet and pamphlets explaining all aspects of replacing a roof, including an extensive explanation of the superior quality of the materials used, all the colors available, and what to expect in great detail. During that same first visit, he examined my roof, facia, etc. and I was provided an estimate immediately. Once I completed my due diligence with other companies, I chose the RR Team hands down, based not only on price, but on the quality of the product. At first, I couldn't make up my mind on the color, so the salesman brought to me (on several occasions) larger samples of the colors in which I was interested. As soon as I chose a color, the roofers began the work within just a few days and finished within 2 1/2 days...I was amazed. No smell during the whole process and cleaup was perfect. My roof looks beautiful! I would recommend the RR Team to everyone and I couldn't be happier with my choice.

This was probably the quickest response for a home repair (any home repair) I've ever had. Carl came out the day after I called him. He was polite, friendly and professional. He showed me where the leaks were stemming from and said it was a simple fix. I also appreciate that he didn't try to exaggerate on the problems because I'm female. I wanted to point that out because that has happened a number of times with other repair guys. I have a large oak in the front yard that has dumped a lot of debris on the roof and Carl's team removed that without increasing the price. I believe Carl has set a new standard for professionalism. RRR will have my business for as long as I remain in the area.

Am extremely satisfied with Rapid Response Team Roofing. Eugene Copaev (estimator / sales person) was professional and informative throughout the process. He was the only person to inspect the roof from inside the attic; my other three bids did not bother with this step. Douglas MacDonald (project manager) showed up with the crew on the first day and walked myself and the crew leader through the project. The crew was punctual, efficient, self-contained and courteous. Was very pleased that at the end of each work day, the crew did a sweep of the yard ? never a bit of debris left anywhere. Only delays were caused by unexpected rains. Am happy to have an attractive new roof that has drawn raves from the neighborhood.

This crew was great! The first day moved my furniture into a container and removed old flooring. I came back home 3 days later and they had painted the whole house. In two weeks the new floor was done and the baseboards in place with all the doors painted. When ever I came to check progress the crew would tell me what they were going to do next. They took great pride in their work and were very pleasant to work with. In 20 years in south Florida, I have had many projects done in my house and of all the people I have worked with, I can honestly say that this crew was the most pleasant and professional. The crew I worked with is in Cutler Bay, Florida.

Everything was done very neat and professional. Eugene Copaev constantly called us to keep us informed of the repair status. Everything was done as agreed in the beginning. I would highly recommend this roofing company.

After a pretty hard rain, a roof leak appeared in my garage. I moved items out from under the spot where the sheetrock had fallen down by the wall. Then I looked up roofing companies and called three of them. The first two said it would be two to two and a half weeks just to look and see what needs to be done, then additional time to schedule the work. The third company, which was Rapid Response Team Roofing answered on the second ring and said a roof specialist would call back within the hour. Eugene Copaev called me about 45 minutes later and after a nice conversation about the issue, he said he could be at my house in about a half hour! When Eugene rang the doorbell he was dressed in a neat company uniform with an ID badge hanging from his shirt pocket. He introduced himself and handed me his business card. I must say I was already impressed with the company's ability to respond so quickly. Eugene listened attentively and was polite as we walked to the problem area. Eugene made a thorough inspection of the area and suggested a work plan to repair the leak. Now that the leak is repaired, this is definitely the roofing company I will use again and tell my friends and neighbors about. It is also important to mention that Eugene followed up with me to ensure the leak had stopped after it rained here again. Even though a thorough soaking with the garden hose was performed and it did not leak. I have seen reviews of other companies where the employees don't wear uniforms and use foul language at peoples homes, maybe this is acceptable on a construction site but not at a persons residence. Other roofing companies could learn from this company!
