+ -1 moreI'm still waiting for them to finish! They increased the price twice. stopped my pool company from laying the travertine, did not show up over 15 times, left a huge hole in my backyard, ruined other pavers layout, couldn't pass inspection have made promises that they don't want to keep. They put it in writing they would fill the hole they made and fix the pavers but, never show up! If I could give zero stars I would. I guess I will have to get another company to complete the job.

+ 0 moreI wish I could give this company 0 stars because of their shady business practices bordering on extortion. We signed a contract with Reliable and after getting HOA approval, engineering plans and permitting with the city, they came back and wanted more money - over & above the contracted price because they said the price of the materials had increased. Why didn’t they factor that in when they wrote the contract? When we said we are not going to pay more than contracted price, they canceled our contract under the auspice of waiting too long for the HOA approval. They said no word about this when they accepted our HOA approval four months prior and proceeded to engineering and permitting with the city. The reason it took 8 months to get the HOA approval was because the drawings they provided me were inaccurate & provided no information on materials and design for the HOA to make a determination. I had to redraw the patio cover on the survey & research Renaissance products to provide enough information & pics for the HOA. Why did they not cancel our contract when we first got it our approval? Or before they spent our deposit to go to engineering and permitting? They seem to be waiting to spend up all of our deposit of $1850 pass the point of no return before extorting more money over and above the contracted price. Now, we have to hire an attorney to sue them for a deposit back. Buyer beware of this company’s business practices.
