Dennis and Sal have been servicing my pool for a couple of years. I initially found him on Angie's and contacted him because of his ratings/ reviews and he was in my neighborhood. They are prompt and diligent each week. My pool is always clean and sparkling. They communicate to me when my pool or pump needs additional chemicals or repairs. I recently had a leak that Dennis helped me with by contacting a leak repair company he trusted and insuring the work was done properly. I highly recommend Pure Water Pools.

Dennis has been terrific. I would highly recommend them. We pay him for the whole year in advance. But they do come every single week.

I called Dennis and he responded right away and made an appointment for the next day. We were getting estimates for both getting the pool back to healthy and maintaining on a regular basis. Dennis came out and helped us get the pump turned on with out our having to ask, he gave us a very fair estimate for services. He was prompt and responsive and very nice to deal with.

I called Pure Water Pools because of the reviews I read on Angie's list I was looking for a pool maintenance service and Dennis returned my call the same day and called me again the next day with an estimate for weekly service and a recommendation for a new pool vacuum. Pure water pools has taken care of my pool each week ever since and it has never been cleaner or more beautiful. Dennis is always very timely returning my calls if I have a question or calling me if he sees something that needs to be addressed. His prices are very fair but more important, the service is extraordinary.

It has been a great experience! We were having A LOT of issues with the previous maintenance company. Dennis was very responsive and came over right away to give us a quote. He is very fair with his pricing and has turned our pool from an aquarium (we had tons of tadpoles in it!) into a sparkling blue paradise. He always returns my calls, even at 6:30pm! Our pool is always pristine! They are friendly, helpful and even spend extra time giving love to our cats! They have always been responsive to calls/inquiries and requests for further information/estimates. I have heard so many horror stories from other companies that I am so thankful to be one of their regular costumers for so long. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Company does a great job. No fuss. Nice guys. Friendly, punctual, and professional. Welcome change from previous pool company were pool never looked like it had been serviced. Sal leaves pool crystal clear every time- no excuses.

I love them. They are nice and not harassing. My pool looks beautiful and they also fixed my pool. They didn’t find any problems with my pool. If they are supposed to come out on Thursday, then they make sure that they come on that day. They make sure that my pool is clean and it hasn’t gone green. When my pool was little low, then the pool service guy added some water and he was glad that I was coming back as he was leaving. He told me that the water needs to be there only for half an hour and he was conscientious. He is very pleasant. I asked him if the pool had a leak since the water level was low but he told me that it was because of the heat. He has been good so far. The sales person was very nice and helpful. He wasn’t tired. I pay them for a month and the size of the pool is 34 by 17. They charge $40 twice a year for extra chemicals. They come 4 times a month. My pool looks gorgeous and it’s sparkling. It doesn’t smell bad and I am happy with their service. I haven’t had any problems with their responsiveness. They have been excellent. My pool wasn’t in order when they came out in the first week. So they came out on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. They didn’t tell me that they would come on a later date. We were excited and he didn’t say that he would charge us more except for the $40 that they charged for the chemicals. He was upfront and told me that they would do it twice a year and they would charge. I knew that chemicals would cost more. I don’t even know when they are here and everything is taken care by them. I would use their services in the future too.

They were out 4 times in the first week to make sure that I was satisfied. He is a great guy and I have never seen service like this. I have had a pool for 14 years and it is hard to find a great pool company but they are worth it. The pool is crystal blue!
