Convinced me that the tree needed to be removed. Negotiated a new price. but he then wanted more money when they were half way through the job. Never finished what we had agreed to and I don't expect to see the crew return. They left all of the cuttings at the curb and the City refused to pick it up even though I had assurances from the company that they would. I had to pay another company to pick it up before I was fined. Wish I had read the previous review before agreeing to this work. Would have save a lot of aggravation and probably money too!

They came and haggled for a price. They agreed to do specific work for the price. Then, they did not finish, but expected me to pay. He also changed his mind about what he had originally agreed to do. Unfortunately, I paid most of the amount, but not all, telling them I'd pay the rest when they finished. Paul, the salesman, pressured me to pay him all of it, but I didn't. I shouldn't have paid him anything. He promised to come back later that week, but said he couldn't finish because his men were tired. They never showed up. I left about 10 phone messages. He called back once and assured me they would come out. between Tuesday and Saturday. They never showed. I have left another dozen messages. No one ever picks up the phone and they have never come back to finish the job. I would stay far away from this company. They are unethical and take advantage of people. They do a lousy job and are a rip off company.

.They were very fast. They kept coming back until I decided to use them. I had trees taken out that I could have left in.
