Outstanding, After I did my research on Angie's List I called Plumber Mike's the owner was very helpful and said he would call me right back with a price. Within 15 min he called me and quoted a price we agreed to have the water heater installed Wednesday January 18, 2017. He called me the morning of the installation and told me the individual just left his office and was going to pick up the heater and be right over. Well that is exactly what happened the Installer Manny showed up on time and ready to work. What a great guy, he was very pleasant and explained what he was going to do. His work was outstanding and very neat make sure you ask for Manny. I would us Plumber Mike with no question what a pleasure.

Mike came out to ***** the situation, provided an easy and effective solution and gave me a good price. The team of two came out the next day. They were professional, polite and prompt. When finished they walked me through each of the issues to demonstrate how all was working well. I was very pleased to not have both bathrooms functioning correctly and to know that the main lines were serviced well.

Recently a leak from the toilet area was reported by my downstairs neighbor. A different plumber identified that the 2012 wax seal had been installed incorrectly and it had collapsed. All I had noticed at the time of installation was that the grouting was not good.

Kitchen drain started to leak on Thanksgiving; called the office Friday and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. Office friendly and helpful as always. Plumber Manny called "on the way" Monday morning and arrived on time. Reviewed the work and completed in about an hour. The quality of service I expect from this company: professional, pleasant, efficient.

I called late afternoon for a quote. The price that was given was reasonable, and I was told someone would be at my house the next morning. I was given a call the before they arrived to let me know they were on their way. Two technicians arrived on time and worked for approximately 45 minutes until they were satisfied the clog was cleared in full. I was given a full explanation of the cause of the clog, what was done to fix it, and what can be done in the future for maintenance. I was also given a discount on the quoted price when they learned I was a first time customer. Would use again.

Manny, the plumber that did the repair was timely, courteous and very friendly. He was a pleasure to do business with. We will definitely be doing business with Plumber Mikes in the future.

We called Plumber Mikes and they were able to get someone out same-day. This was a blessing as we were in a bad situation. Manny from Plumber Mikes was dispatched and he called when he was on his way. Manny is a very knowledgeable, professional and positive person. Manny began with the roof vents and attempted to clear the clog from there. It turns out, our plumbing in the house does not have a proper vent for the toilet and shower in the affected bathroom. Manny then moved his equipment to the bathroom and was successful in clearing the blockage. He reset the toilet and ensured everything was clean when the job was complete. We are very pleased with the job and in dealing with Manny and Plumber Mikes.

The job was doubly difficult with old plaster walls and cast iron plumbing fixtures, but he worked cheerfully and professionally to completion. You really couldn't ask for a better job.

I had just installed a new kitchen faucet and water was not flowing properly, so I called Plumber Mikes. Joe was dispatched (on Sunday) and quickly assessed the problem (faulty aerator head), and recommended I simply exchange the aerator head at home depot where I had purchased the faucet. He asked that I not hesitate to call him and let him know if the new aerator fixed the problem. Since he only spent a few minutes troubleshooting the problem, he only charged half the typical; house call fee. Joe was professional and courteous. If I have plumbing problems in the future, Plumber Mikes will be my first call.

Do not know how to put into words how great the guys were. They worked so clean and took there time to make sure everything was done correctly. They were friendly and hard working. A real pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family.

Went great! Bruce was very informative and arrived on time. It was pricey, but better then paying double the cost of someone doing something they don't know. Worth have a professional do the work.

Contacted them via email, Claudette replied about 20 minutes later with an appointment and also estimated price. Joe was at my door 6 minutes earlier and started working immediately. He had to remove the toilet in the master bedroom, reseated and resealed it. An hour later all was done and the bathroom was very clean and he even removed the garbage. Joe is very professional, courteous and friendly. I will definitely hire this provider again. Great company to do business with!!!

My husband tried to clear a clog with a snake rented from Home Depot. It improved but did not fix the problem. We called the office and they were able to route someone to us within 2 hours after the previous estimate of 4 hours wait time. Loved that. The technician, Bruce, listened, asked questions and explained exactly what he would be doing and the cost before he started. Problem was fixed within two hours, allowing us to get on with our lives, instead of worrying about how to fix this issue. Bruce was professional and courteous. Would definitely use and recommend this company again.

Claudette was very proficient, and courteous. She set up an appointment for 11:30 am, however, due to my urgent needs, called me back and plumber Lonnie was at my door in 20 minutes. Lonnie was very professional and efficiency. He also resembleS Ernie Hudson. Lonnie is the Ghost Buster of clogs. Very happy with the customer service, service that was provided and the overall job! The company was very responsive. I spoke with Mike yesterday afternoon for the first time and his 2 plumbers were here early this morning. They couldn't have been more friendly. They were also very professional and fixed all of my sink problems. They were very efficient and left the sink are very clean. I will definitely call this company next time I have a plumbing issue. They are saved in my cell phone.

I called on Black Friday (many other places weren't open) and they provided an immediate same-day appointment. The professional who came to do the installation was courteous, informative, quick, and cleaned up completely after the job was done. I was very happy with the service.
