Plumber Mikes

I was very pleased with Plumber Mike's. The plumber they sent was named Lonnie, and he was very professional and polite. He told me he could replace the disposal, but it wasn't really necessary. He showed me what to do if the disposal quit working again. I thought that was really nice -- putting a new disposal in would have been $225. But he was honest, and just gave me the service that was needed. I was charged the mimimu service call charge, which is $95.

Ishmael came out and worked on the diverter. No matter what he did the thing kept spinning - he said it was not a good design and left to see if he could get a better internal part for the fixture! He did! He got it working and also secured it so the base would not spin!! I also had him replace a hose bib outside - whole thing $225 - Excellent - guy was out there for a long time!! I cannot rate this vendor high enough, certainly we will use again and refer to everyone!!!

Called for 3rd service call in the last 7 months due to plumbing being backed up. Girls in the office are always very professional and pleasant and service is always quick. First service call roots were found in the line and were removed (I asked for root killer to be added and plumber came out to add w/o additional charge) . 2nd service call they were found in the line again and removed (I was told during the 2nd call that this was normal as the dead roots would have to be removed but it would have been nice to know what to expect when the root killer was applied). 3rd service call- I asked what I should do as this is getting a bit expensive: is the problem still roots and should I remove a tree? Plumber said yes, it might help if I move trees but still can't say if that is the problem. Overall, it would be nice to hear what underlying problem is along with suggestions on what to do to permanently resolve issues. We have owned the house for 5 years without any plumbing issues prior to the past 6 months. On the last service call, I did receive a discount which I thought was nice.

I called Angie's List this morning in need of a plumber. I called Plumber Mikes and the plumber was here within 20 minutes of my call. He was quick. Ishmael was the plumber, he was wonderful. He went above and beyond what I needed him to do.

Very easy - they were there within minutes. Explained what they were doing and what my options were. The job took more than 4 hours.

Excellent, dropped other jobs to make sure I was taken care of.

I called Plumber Mikes based on the positive reviews on Angie's List. Well, it was the best experience I have had yet. They don't work on weekends, but the company sympathized with me because I did not have water in my house at all. They sent someone out within an hour. John was professional, kind and personable. His work is amazing. Very detailed and you can tell he likes what he does. The job came out perfectly and the price was more than reasonable. I can't say enough about this business and how courteous everyone was. I took a bunch of business cards and magnets and will recommend them to everyone.

Lonnie was very professional, courteous, friendly and quick. He arrived within 15 minutes of my call (they are about 10 minutes away. And this was not even an emergency call. Great job. The price was pretty good and luckily we didn't notice the backup until the 26th so no charge for a holiday. He also gave advice for future work (not a sales pitch, actual advice).

Job went great! I had purchased a utility sink and contracted to have Mike's install it. I wanted the sink installed a few feet away from where the plumbing was roughed in and they were able to do it with no problem. We have been using the sink for a couple weeks now and is working great for us. Thanks again to Plumber Mike's.

It went ok. I called and spoke to Mike early in the morning and he sent some one out within the hour which was impressive. I was not personally home, but was able to pay with credit card over the phone and there have been no additional problems, so I believe all is well and the problem is solved. I had to call the office twice to find out what the problem was(I wanted to know the cause). On the second day(call), I was told it was a blocked drain and it was probably roots. I would have liked to hear back from the plumber at the job or office manager while he was fixing the problem.

It went fine. The plumber they sent out was very courteous. They sent the same man both times. They did not charge me for the second visit. And they followed up promptly.

I contacted them to do some work and I was told they would call me back to schedule. They never called me back.

Excellent performance. Gary arrived at my home within the hour, and diagnosed the problem as being an improperly working garbage disposal. He installed a new one within a very short time, and recommended an electrician because the switch for the disposal was not working. However, he connected the plug for the garbage disposal so that I could see that it worked. He was very professional in his duties. If all of the employees of this company has the same degree of professionalism, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

They did a great job! They found where the leak was occurring and they took care of it quickly. They also arranged for someone else to come fix the damaged ceiling that was a result of the leak. I was very pleased and I would recommend them to anyone.

The person who came out was very personable and did a good job. I would use them again for future service. I had other questions that I wanted to ask him about and was able to get very good information. They don't charge a service call visit like other plumbers. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them!

Extremely upset at the lack of consideration for a clients time and their failure to honor their appointments. Would not call this company to perform any additional work on my 4 properties nor recommend them to anyone.

Called on a Saturday with emergency broken faucet (water gushing everywhere). Someone was here within an hour and had it fixed in another 30 minutes. Great job for a good price.

Went very well. The plumber checked and showed me the problem. He was clean, protected my floor and was prompt and knowledgeable.

Plumber Mikes is great! They did the first bathroom, then did the second bathroom for half price. Their work is first grade, and they do everything they promise to do. They gave us a real memorable experience.

We just moved into a new place that has been untouched for years. Having used this firm the day before to our satisfaction, when we woke to two inches of water in the master bath and then finding it had gone under the wall into the living room, we immediately called Plumber Mike's at 7:45. He said someone would be calling in about 30 minutes. They did and dispatched a plumber who came, discovered the problem was a broken toilet tank as well as the old valve that kept open, sending more water into the leaking tank which then sent it to the floor. The plumber needed a part not on his truck due to the age of the piece. Left and was back in a flash with the part. The repair made and we were home free. He even showed me where the water turn off was other side of house from where I thought it was.

He was a very diligent, friendly and well groomed young man. He came on time for our appointment and did a very good job with the work. I really didn't think that their price was too excessive either. I highly recommend him.

The guy who came out to do the repair was great and was very responsive to my questions and concerns.

THEY ARE WELL KNOWN FOR THEIR EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! THE SERVICE MAN WAS CLEAN, WELL ORGANIZED AND POLITE. THE PLUMBER GOT TO WORK RIGHT AWAY AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN WHENEVER I NEED PLUMBING WORK.
