I called Plumber Mikes and spoke to Claudette. She was very nice and helpful when I was speaking to her. I explained the problem I was having and sent her some photos via text message. After reviewing the photos with Mike, they decided to send someone out at no charge to me. Kevin arrived on time and was very courteous and full of knowledge about my water shut off problem. He gave me information regarding contacting my property manager about the issue. He was friendly and a straight shooter. Even though I did not need to fix this issue due to Kevin's explanation I wanted to express my appreciation of how courteous and honest I believe Plumber Mikes is. I will definitely use them in the future for my plumbing needs.

This was our second time using this company. This was an emergency call on a Sunday afternoon. They were at our house within an hour of making the call. The work was done professionally and quickly. Would definitely use them again.

Not good. The gentleman that came to our home was very crude and at one point he relieved himself in the restroom with the door open. My wife felt very unsafe and unfortunately I was not at home at the time.

It went far better than I could have ever expected. Mike, the owner, was exceptional from the day he came out to give me an estimate to the final inspection. He was patient and thoroughly explained the issue and his recommendation. There was never any high pressure sales pitch, in fact he encouraged me to get other estimates, which I did. Not only did Mike (hands down) beat all other bids on price, but his demeanor and professionalism were also significantly above all other companies I dealt with. At every step in the process, Mike and his crew were punctual, courteous and their work was impeccable. They delivered all commitments on time and with outstanding quality work. Moving forward, I will never use any other company for all of my plumbing needs.

The plumber was clearly inexperienced. He was a nice enough man but was flummoxed on how to approach the toilet leak. He tried one thing after another and we were charged for each attempt. When all was said and done the cost to remedy exceeded what it would have cost to buy a decent new toilet and have it professionally installed. He fixed the faucet leak which involved replacing the knobs and faucet. Inexplicably replacing the drain stopper, which is a matched set with the replacement faucet, was not part of that service and when we complained he replaced the stopper and we were charged additionally. He fixed a shower issue which we were not charged for and we had not contracted for. My wife mentioned the problem and he volunteered to help for free. It's been a long time since I hired a plumbing service so I don't know if charging full price for each hit-or-miss attempt is normal. I don't know if the service costs we were charged were in line with what is standard. What I do know is that we should have been quoted on what needed to be done with a reasonable expectation that the services in the quote would have been correct. And not charged for failed attempts. Separately quoting a faucet replacement *and* the matching stopper is ridiculous. I cannot recommend this company in any way unless you have deep pockets and like paying a lot of money for simple repairs.

Work was done and good....I just question price as I am unfamiliar with plumbers. Got a receipt but was not itemized and thought $475 was a bit much...

I had the same job done by a large national plumbing company 3 years ago, took 4 hours and cost almost $700. This time around the job was done in under an hour for half the price. Outstanding service, knowledgeable, professional and prompt. Highly recommend Plumber Mikes!

My phone call to the office was answered promptly and courteously. I called at 3:30 PM on a Friday, and a service technician was en-rout within 30 minutes. Traffic on Route 95 caused a delay in his arrival, but upon reaching our home, the plumber assessed the problem, and cleared the drain within 30 minutes. He was in all ways courteous, considerate, personable, and professional. I was a bit surprised at the high cost of the service, but am satisfied with the job thus far. Unless this specific problem arises again within a brief time frame, I will make Plumber Mike's my go-to provider for plumbing assistance.

Called Plumber Mike's in the morning. They were out that afternoon. Called me half an hour before they arrived. Work was done correctly for a reasonable price.

Plumber showed up on time and completed a difficult job in the time frame given and at the quoted price.

Young man who came was very polite and worked quickly. Made sure that the problem was solved and showed us what was causing the blockage. He had to go up on the roof to clean our line out. We called on Sunday morning and they had someone out within a few hours.

When we called a women we spoke to was very nice & accommodating & stated she would have someone out within an hour & they were. Two men showed up & we're very nice & courteous especially Patrick whom was very knowledgeable & did a great job. He gave us a fair price & had the job done efficiently within the hour. He also stuck around after the job was done to answer some questions about a future project we want to do. I would definitely recommend!

Called Plumber Mike's at 08:30 Monday morning after drains backed up into the house Sunday afternoon. They promised a truck would arrive by 11:00 a.m. The truck and two men arrived at 10:00 instead! They quickly and accurately diagnosed a stoppage in my main drain, identified that I did not have an obvious drain cleanout fixture on my property (the house was built in 1968), moved their equipment up onto the roof and snaked my drains through a plumbing vent. By 11:00 the work was done, everything was cleaned up and they were on their way to make someone else's day! Will call this company next time I have a plumbing job ... absolutely!!!!

It needed to be replaced which was done during the service. Service was quick and courteous. The new disposal is working well.
