I did not accepted because it did not sound to convincing but when he was performing the job he had a little accident with the water valve and told me to forget about it. He was very apologetic and cleaned up the mess the best he could.

I called Plumber's Mike for an estimate on a Kitchen remodel. My experience with the company was pleasant from start to finish. I called the company and a friendly associate answered and set-up the consultation. Mike came for an estimate the very next day. Mike was very knowledgeable in his field and he took the time to explain my different options and the budget associated with each option. I can't comment on his pricing, as I do not have another quote as a comparable.

As to the shower issue, I wasn't convinced that the pan was leaking; perhaps it was another issue. Need another opinion. As to kitchen sink issue,, snaking from roof was needed, and problem was resolved.

This is an outstanding company. Appointments are respected. Representatives are courteous and satisfaction of the work performed is of significant importance to them. Claudette and Joe are remarkable capable people. I had written a previous review which was also positive. Given the attention given to my satisfaction, I believe they earned another favorable review.

Wanted to charge me for each separate service work to be performed while the person was on site as opposed to time and materials to manage three jobs at the house. it made no sense to spend that much money. The sad part is I used them before.

This company is amazing. Love the personnel, they are professional, courteous, and respectful. I have used them many times before. I have referred them to my customers, neighbors, family, and friends. They all have had wonderful experiences. Their customer service is professional and their quality of work is impeccable. They have repaired my toilets, fixed outside plumbing fixtures, and I could go on and on. If they run late, because all plumbing problems are different and you can not always know how long a job will take, they always give a courtesy call to let you know. Claudette in the office is so sweet, professional, and very courteous. Thank you for such wonderful service. I will continue to refer them.

I was left with a hole that i have to pay another contractor to fix, and I have to pay another plumber to find my leak... I feel as if i gave Plumber Mikes a charity $200.00

I called Plumber Mike after calling Roto Rooter on January 7, 2013. Roto Rooter came to snake the sewer line and also placed a camera down the sewer line to see what was causing the backup in the line. . The diagnosis was the pipe were corroded due to age and will need to be replaced. Roto Rooter gave me an estimate which nearly knocked me over. I immediately went on Angie's list to get other estimates. I called Plumber Mike the following week (1/14) after determining that Roto Rooter was not going to be doing this job. I spoke to Charlotte who informed me that Mike will give me a call the following day Tuesday. When Mike did not call I called back and was informed that Mike had a family emergency and was out of town. I gave Mike a few days then called back and was told Mike was going to call me. Mike called and we made an appointment for 1/16/13 @ 1:00 PM. Mike called prior to the agreed time and he arrived promptly at 1:00 PM. I explained what was occurring with the sewer and the fact that Rotor Rooter had already been here and had diagnosed the problem. He put a camera down the line and we both saw the corroded pipes. Mike indicated that normally he is not the one who places the camera in the line but because he knew I had been waiting, he did it himself. I received an estimate to replace the sewer line and connect to city lateral and also two new clean out (which Roto Rooter did not include) along with pulling the permits (which Roto Rooter's estimate did not include). His estimate was significantly below what Rotor Rooter had estimated. I called Mike on 1/24 to give him the OK to do the job. He applied for the permits and they were ready by 1/30. The work began late Wednesday afternoon (1/30) and pipes were laid by Friday evening (2/1) as promised. With final inspection on 2/5. The final payment was paid due to an excellent satisfactory job. I strongly recommend Plumber Mike due to excellent work. His employee were knowledgeable, courteous and very neat and careful of the surroundings. Maria- Fort Lauderdale

Called Mike on Saturday after 5 pm, we spoke and he committed to having someone at my house Sunday Am. He called me at 9:00 am Sunday to confirm, then again at 10:20 to tell me his guy was on the way. We water heater was installed in a few hours. $675 for a 40 gallon water heater on a Sunday while hauling off the old one.... Good job, would recommend to others

From the initial call to set up the service to the completion of the service, overall a very satisfactory experience. The woman who answered my call and Joe who did the actual work could not have been more polite or professional. Joe was punctual, explained what was needed and I was very satisfied with the results and I believed I was charged fairly for the service. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Very professional and highly responsive company. Used them on two different occasions. They are knowledgeable, arrived on time, and provided a fair price. I would highly recommend them and would definitely call on them again.

I called Plumber Mikes to get a quote on how much it would cost to fix a plumbing issue with the guest toilet. My first impression was good. Telephone staff was polite and patient. Mike made himself available to check out the plumbing issue. Per Angie's list (on Jan. 23, 2013) Plumber Mikes charges no fee to go out to your property to diagnose a problem. In addition, when I scheduled the appointment with Claudette, I was not made aware of the service call out charge. Therefore, I did not expect a charge for the service of going out to the property. Despite of this, I was charged $75 and when I made Mike aware that Angie's list stated that there was no charge for a service call out Mike got upset. In the end, Mike did not charge me but he stated that Angie's list customers are the only customers that expect service call outs to be free of charge and that he would remove himself from Angie's list. He also refused to give me a quote on how much it would cost to fix the problem. As a first time Angie's list customer, Plumber Mikes was the first company that I used off of Angie's list. Needless to say it was not a pleasant experience.

They were awesome. Called at 11pm and they cam right out to make repairs on the main pipe in our development. I am using them again this week to replace drains, etc. I would highly recommend them.

Unclogged bathtub ...7 minute job charged me $250...He told me that was the going rate to unclog tub drain.

Called in for service on New Years eve, but did not need them to come out till the 2nd. Two guys showed up pretty close to on time. Basically, I could not figure out what was wrong myself, so I called them. In and out pretty quick, but a little more than what I thought I was going to pay. Not really their fault, mine for not asking up front. I was baseing my cost on other plumbers I had used. Bottom line-toilet fixed and would use them again.

Plumber mike himself came to my home after i got upset bc they canceled on me last minute. I had taken off work to be available so of course was upset. He was a gentleman, punctual and professional, however, his staff is a different story. I called back to book the job and the woman on the phone was rude, unprofessional and booked my appt and then called 5 minutes back to cancel stating that last time I called I was upset and she felt I had an attitude. Why would Mike come out if this was the case? The woman proceeded to raise her voice and point out they are not coming again. I have great sympathy for Mike bc he is a good person and the woman on the phone is awful and I WOULD NOT work with them because of this.

I called Plumbers Mike after another plumber I called was closed for the holiday weekend. They sent someone out that day. Joe came out and checked our heater. He determined that we needed a new hot water heater. He said he has to purchase it and can install it the next day. Since I didn't have hot water for 4 days and the Xmas holiday was coming, I was very grateful that he was willing to install it on a Saturday. He showed up on Saturday and spent a little more time than anticipated installing it, yet he still charged us the quoted price. Joe was great, very honest, and friendly. He called later in the day to follow up and told me to call him on Sunday to make sure all was good to go. I would definitely recommend Plumbers Mike and Joe for your plumbing/water heater needs.

I used Angie's list to find a plumber who works on Sunday, and Mike's Plumbing was the first name of the list. They took my order, informed me of the availability of technicians, and that they will follow up with me shortly. Less than 15 minutes later the owner called to explain that all his technicians were tied up for at least 3 hours. I explained to him the urgency of my case, and he himself came to fix the faucet. For an expert, it was a simple problem, and best of all, he didn't charge me at all. I will definitely use the services of this company in the future. Outstanding customer service!
