Very nice guy, did a great job looking at all of the issues and providing estimates, and it only cost about $35

I know I probably could have done this myself but that day I was not looking for to do repair work. The insides of my toilet keep the water running all the time. I meet one of Plumber Mike's staff a while back and decided to call. Not only did they come the very next morning but the price was very fair. It was a pleasure dealing with them. I didn't have to run to home depot/make sure I had the right tools/and my time to fit it and hopefully I did it right. Sometimes a fair price is better than stress. Thumbs up to Plumber Mikes staff. His magnet is permanently on my fridge.

The plumber,joe ,showed on time,fully equipped with all the tools he needed to get it done. He explained everything he was doing as he did it,gave us an estimate before he did,which was very reasonable,and completed everything in a timely manner. he was always courteous,and cleaned up after the job,and the poor guy was covered in mud! I will use no one but Mike's plumbing in the future for all our plumbing needs :)

We have an 18 month old, so we have bottles and dishes galore and NEED a working kitchen sink. After doing dinner dishes, my husband spent over an hour using plunger and then commercial-grade chemical drain clearer to no avail. He was so frustrated that he couldn't fix it! I called Mike's Plumbing at 11:15pm (!) FULLY expecting to leave a voicemail, but the owner ANSWERED THE PHONE!! I could tell I woke him up, but he still politely took my name and address and promised a service visit first thing in the morning. I rec'd a call about 8:30a, letting me know that his employee was on the way, and sure enough he arrived right on time. Very professional, extremely quick, and he cleaned up after himself. I cannot tell you how grateful and pleasantly surprised I was by this company and would recommend them to anyone!

The decision to choose Plumber Mikes started with the phone call and conversation with Claudette. She was so very pleasant and patient with my questions and concerns and took the time to answer everything. I set up my appointment for morning service call and then received a call from Claudette saying that they running behind but she would call me back shortly to give me an updated time and she did. From the moment that Joe came to my door and introduced himself and then introduced me to Charlie I knew this was going to be OK! They explained all that they would do and took great care at making sure all was done correctly. They cleaned up everything much much more than I ever expected. They were truly fantastic ! ! I would most definitely recommend them to all.

Plumber Mike took care of everything - - Mike and all of his assistants were totally personable as well as totally professional. The price was well within the limits of what the city had told us to expect - - whereas some other companies that gave us estimates were charging over 3 times Mike's cost was. He has done other work for us also and always top quality, efficient and professional.

I called at 10:40 am to see if I could get serviced today and they were able to send someone out in an hour. Leon arrived at our house at 11:25 am. The toilet flushes like a champ and the tub has no water(I am keeping it clean) back up. I was also able to use the 10% off coupon! It came to $247.50 and worth it. Thank you! We now flush and shower in peace.

Very punctual. Showed up 15 minutes before scheduled time. Very professional and courteous. Very pleased overall with work. Only thing not sure about is price. $650 seems high for the labor required to accomplish fairly simple tasks.

Called at 1030 pm thinking I would be leaving a message instead a gentleman answered figured out the problems over the phone and stated would send someone in the morning and they confirmed my address in am at at 9 am someone was at my home might have been easier and maybe cheaper if we could fine the area in front of my home (main line) but instead toilet on first floor had to be removed luckily everything went very smooth and everything is fine

Efficient courteous response to my inquiry; made appointment for the next day. Plumber appeared on time, evaluated the situation, quoted the price, went to plumbing supply house for tub-spout and diverter and returned quickly, performed all work, and cleaned up both bathrooms.

Called for an appointment and was scheduled for next day. Two workman arrived on time, and completed the job very quickly. They cleaned up after, were polite, and professional. Excellent experience and would definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.

Phoned them in the morning and they showed up within an hour or two. Evaluated the tub drain -- a lost cause, unfortunately, but not their fault. Then they showed me how to change the filter (there was a trick to it).

They were here on and off for 3 days checking out everything so they would not have to break through the tiles in my kitchen. They did several tests and found it to be the washing machine. They cleaned the line and now, everything is fine.

When a plumbing leak developed in my Florida condo, I knew I had to take care of it quickly for my brand new tenants. However, I was out-of-town locked up in an all-day class 3 time zones away. I submitted an online service request and within minutes they were contacting my tenant and making the necessary arrangements. Thankfully, the toilet only needed a valve tightened. Service charge was more than reasonable and my tenant was impressed with my responsiveness. Thank you for an excellent job. I will never call anyone else.

Lonnie did a terrific job. I called around 10:30 and the jobs were finished before 1:00. Lonnie was very friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing and gave me options. Final charges came in under his original estimates. I would recommend this company without any qualms at all

This was my first time using a professional plumbing service. It was an awesome experience. Lonnie was GREAT!!! He was very professional. Provided me with information on what he was doing. Didn't have any problems with the installation process. I will definitely use him and Plumbing Mike again in the near future. As a matter of fact, in about two weeks. Lol.

Why, after a day of mopping water for a broken ice maker line I had Sears today at my house to fix the problem under my warranty. they installed a new pipe and told me I needed a plumber to hook it up to the line because they don't do that. Of cause, I now check Angies List when I need someone and found Plumber Mikes. The Young Lady who answered the phone was wonderful, said they were a little busy but she would fit me in around 2pm. So I went to the store and and much to my amazement when I got home around 1 pm they were waiting for me. The gentlemen they sent, John, looked at the pipes of the ice maker and said it was already hooked up and working and there was nothing for him to do. We talked about a few things I want to do in the future and he spoke to the office and gave me a figure for the work and then he told me NO CHARGES FOR TODAY BUT PLEASE CALL US IN THE FUTURE WHEN YOU DO NEED A PLUMBER. Imagine that happening in 2013. I thought I was back in the 1960's when that was a good business practice. His card is now in my permanent file as a Good Guy who I will use in the future P.S. John showed us how to turn off the water to the ice maker if this every happens again that way we can avoid 24 hours of mopping. What a Gentlemen.

I would give them a ticket to hell, if I could! They are dishonest, conniving and a scam! I couldn't believe it when I saw their truck on my block, I was going to firebomb it. This was last year, February. It is a very long story. I don't really have time to go into the details, but it started off with a clogged drain. I called him. It started off with a bathroom deal. I picked them from the phonebook as I did not know who to call. I called them back again afterwards and asked them to do the kitchen. After the bathroom, this could have happened in anyone's house. When they came, they hit a pipe and blew out my electricity. He telephoned an electrician, who was also extremely expensive. It seemed like every time something went wrong, he would make a phone call and call in the most "expensive" provider around and I was the one who had to pay out of my own pocket for their mistake. I had to shell out another 750 dollars for their mistake. A year later, I had a problem with the drain under my sink. It split. He came in and rang united water restoration. They setup shop in my kitchen with these two machines, one was a dehumidifier as the kitchen flooded. It was used to dry out my kitchen This water company billed my insurance company a ridiculous amount of money, just for setting up two stupid machines in my kitchen that setup unmanned in my kitchen for a very short period of time. They assumed they had the job. They assumed they were going to remodel my kitchen and tried to say I signed a contract. Everything they said, was not in writing. I sat without a kitchen all through thanksgiving because these people were battling with me. I had to hire a lawyer to release them off the cheque. That is how dishonest they were! Plumber Mike has a dreadful habit of calling in all these people on his behalf! Thank god, I got rid of them!! They did not get the money they billed the insurance company - they got half of the amount they requested. I would never use them again.

Lonnie Perez came and fixed the drip from the toilet -- I also wanted him to look at a leak in the kitchen on the faucet and he gave a professional courtesy check and it turned out to be a loose cap from over working the spout... hardly a big deal! what I appreciated was that he could have wasted my time and pretended that it was a bigger deal than it was and charged me a bundle BUT HE DID NOT DO THAT. as a single head of household struggling teacher in the public school system I was refreshed to deal with someone who was not out to take advantage of my lack of knowledge of plumbling and my pockets. Lonnie Perez was very professional.

Company was responsive... called at 8:00 am; they said Joe would be here between 10:30 and 11:00. Joe was here by 10:35. He quickly informed me of best and worst case scenarios, and the costs of both, then went to work trying to make the "best" case happen--which he did. Joe was personable, friendly and considerate, as well as efficient and careful. You need a letter higher than "A" for these guys!

I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. MY GREATEST COMMENDATION TO THE PLUMBER THAT SERVICED MY BATHROOMS. HIS NAME IS "JOE"; IT WAS SO PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND WENT BEYOND WHAT I EXPECTED. JOE WAS THE BEST!!! TOP NOTCH!!!! I WILL ONLY USE HIM FOR ALL MY PLUMBING ISSUES IN THE FUTURE

I called at 9 am and Lonnie was here by 10:30am. Lonnie was professional, courteous, and very competent. He performed the required work in a timely manner. He explained the needed repair and gave an estimate before beginning and apprised me of all of the contingencies that could effect the final bill. I agreed and he got right to work. He worked diligently for several hours. I am so very pleased with the results and the entire experience was painless. I would definitely use Mike's again and will specifically request Lonnie. Easy replacement of a T fitting on a water pipe line located in the attic. It took no more then 10 min to cut the old one and put the new one; definitely too expensive. Cost of the part was 25$.
