Description of Work: This company installed the floors in the house I live in during 2011. The workmanship was of fair to poor quality. I called starting in March, 2013 to see if they would come out and fix it. I told them I would pay them for doing so and described the poor fitting mitre joints and baseboard molding not being nailed to the walls. Alex (at the number listed) said he would be out the next day. He never showed up or called. When I call he said he would call me back, that he had gotten busy. He never called. I called him again four more times and each time he said he would call back. Each time he never did call back but he had excuses; lots of excuses. Finally on April 3, 2013, he said he would be here the next day in the morning. He never showed up and he never called. I told him I would write this up here and he responded I should do what I had to. I recommend you NOT use this company.
