+ -1 moreIn a nut shell............. Poor service, poor communications, terrible follow up and cheap materials. Don't believe all the hype when you go to the showroom. Once they get your money they will not follow up or deliver as promised. 12 months later I am still waiting for items that are in the contract but did not supply. Also go over their quote very carefully our was riddled with mistakes, all of which were of to their benefit financially (coincidentally?).
Description of Work: Installed new kitchen cabinets and counter tops.

+ -1 moreThey showed up and demolished the old kitch. 1/2 day, they took apx. 2 days to finish the new cabinets and another 1/2 day to install granite. Hmmmmm, well seeing the reviews and having to work with contractors all the time i have to say I had no issues with them. You need to understand that kitchens vary and that they are all different requiring special cutting and installation. We were very happy with the end result, to today we had wood cabinets installed and are very happy with them.

Description of Work: Absolutely horrendous customer service after the initiation of the project! I ordered the installation of a granite countertop and back splash. They removed both and installed the countertop just fine. But because I didn't like their selection of back splashes I provided my own. They said that would be fine and simply charged me for the installation. Of course they failed to mention to me that I had to provide my own installation materials until the day before they were scheduled to to the work. Fine, I ran to home depot and bought grout and adhesive, only cost me $50. Then on the day of installation the guy call me and says the he cant install the back splash because the walls aren't good enough, the ones THEY tore up taking the old one off. They refused to even offer the services to repair / install new drywall to complete the job! At that point I had enough and cancelled the order for installation all together. Trying to get the refund is a mission because everytime I try to explain something to this chick she interrupts me!!!! Oh, and did I mention the fact that their e-mail had been out of service almost the entire time I worked with them, making communication a total pain! Bottom line...DONT USE THEM!!!

+ -1 moreThe price is very interesting. Of course you don't expect top notch quality but it's good for what you pay. The big issue is the installation. The didn't make clear that the installation of the cabinets was going to take 2 days. Our kitchen is pretty small so they could finish the cabinets in 1 day, however the guy (alone) shows up at 3.00PM (theoretical window was 09-01). He claims he won't be able to finish till Tuesday (first installation on Saturday). On top of that they will measure the base cabinets when done and cut the granite which will take 7 business days! All this was never stated and if the guy only showed at a decent time a lot could have been done. Very disappointed.
Description of Work: Measurement of the kitchen Estimate (some issues there since they tried to increase the price just for a different color. Cabinets and countertop. Removal. (Was good) Installation (In progress with issues).
