+ -1 moreContacted the store before leaving home. Asked if the filters were at the store. Kimberly was very polite and positive, and wanted to make the sale. She asked my story with ordering from the factory in TN. I had problems and never received the filter I had ordered. To make a long story short, she seemed sympathetic and advised me to make my purchases from her store as she is careful to see that the correct items are shipped. The store is new and very neat and clean. If the air purifier needs service in the future, this would be the best option for repair. I'm happy that I found a local store for parts and repairs.
