Nelson Tile

Nelson was awesome! He made the entire process effortless. He quoted me a price, arrived exactly when he said her would and did a beautiful job on my tub. I would use him again and I highly recommend him.

I've been using them for a couple of years. Their price is very comparable to what's going on in the area. They're just really good.

WHAT A JOKE - HE'S THE TYPE OF REASON I WENT TO ANGIE'S LIST IN THE FIRST PLACE I.E. TO FIND A RESPONSIBLE ,PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTOR BUT INSTEAD HE TURNED OUT TO BE JUST LIKE THE REST OF THE DEAD BEAT CONTRACTORS. CALLED HIM THIS TUESDAY MORNING 2/14/17 TO GET AN ESTIMATE ON SOME TILE I NEEDED INSTALLED. IT WAS 9:15 AM, HE WAS " HAVING A LATE BREAKFAST AND WILL CALL ME BACK WHEN HE'S FINISHED, " OF COURSE THAT NEVER HAPPENED AND THAT'S WHY I'M REVIEWING HIM. HAD A LITTLE SUSPICION FROM THE START WHEN I NOTICED HE DIDN'T LIST HIS ADDRESS AND A CONTRACTOR " HAVING A LATE BREAKFAST" AT 9:15 AM DIDN'T DO MUCH TO CHANGE MY DOUBTS EITHER.

Very nice to do business with. Very professional and friendly. Work was done quicker than I expected. I've had bad experiences with the lowest bidders in the past. Save yourself time and aggravation and use this company.

Ken Nelson (The owner) was very professional and caring for your needs. His men working for him (Bill & Joe) were also very professional and they always cleaned up every day when they left. You could not tell anyone was working in my bathrooms.

I knew from the moment I met Ken Nelson that I wanted to do business with him. I contacted him and he came over within one day to provide me with a written estimate (which included all materials). Once I gave the ok, he immediately scheduled the demolition and provided impeccable service from start to finish. As an added bonus, Ken guided me in the selection of my tile, taking into consideration we have a small bathroom and since the tile I chose was on the dark side, he advised me to take a look at a tile sample at a tile store that he had used on previous jobs. His input was extremely helpful to me as I know I would not have been as pleased with the outcome had I gone with my initial choice of tile. I am extremely grateful for that advice. Ken and his employees arrived on time every day until the job was complete. We are extremely satisfied with the work performed and plan to use their services in the future. We trusted them with the key to our house and had no problems.

The quality of the installation that these guys did was outstanding. I was very pleased. They cleaned up well and showed up on time too. The workers were very nice and professional toward me as well.

THEY ARE A VERY GOOD COMPANY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO MAY NEED SOME TILE REPLACED, OR INSTALLED. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY, QUICK, AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB.
