In brief details everyithing I was promised was delivered. They were professional and they ask me if there was anything else at all the times. The crew was of 6 plus a supervisor and finsihed in 9 hours they even went out of their way and cleaned the fridge in my garage and the garage floor. My house had been in construction and it had a lot of dust so it really need it. I am goingv to continue with their maintenance the ladies came today and they were great. I am very pleased

A crew of 6 cleaners (5 staff and a supervisor) worked for 8 hours to attempt to clean every spot of the house. The fridge was cleaned inside and out and then pulled back and behind it was cleaned. I have dogs and the couches had lots of dog hair in them. All of the couches were dog hair free. All fans were dusted. All Windows were washed. The tracks of all of the sliding glass doors were cleaned. Pretty much everything you can think of was done. This was a deep cleaning. Here is the important part. The cleaners are human and some spots were missed like the top of the shower door or a vent which had some dust in it. Also a cleaning product was used on a custom desk to remove a sticky substance but in turn removed some of the finish of the desk. Frustrating yes. I called Pedro (the owner) on his cell phone on Sunday and explained the issue. Pedro was very apologetic and showed up himself with a crew member on Tuesday (my next available day) to clean any areas that his crew missed plus look at the desk. Pedro requested to advise how much the desk would cost to fix (once an estimate was received) and he would reimburse me for this. I have yet to do this but I am sure I will be in touch with Pedro again. It is not just the service but also the response when there is an issue which exemplifies why this company is an grade A company on Angie's list. Thank you Pedro, Carolina, and the entire crew.

Pedro and his team cleaned our new construction town home so perfectly there was no dust left anywhere and the entire home sparkled. We highly recommend their service. Great job and very professional from start to finish.

We hired Mr. Clean to clean a rental property that we'd moved out of. We'd been there for 4 years and have 2 cats & a dog. The house was all tile and needed to be deep cleaned. We wanted the house to be in the condition it was when we rented it, as well as be able to get our deposit back. Pedro showed up promptly with two women and one man. They cleaned the house, top to bottom, in about 3 hours. Everything was clean. Everything. Baseboards, fans, vents, oven/range, refrigerator. Everything. You couldn't tell we'd ever been there. They were thorough, efficient, and the price was very fair.

It was our first time using Mr Clean Services Corp. They brought in a large crew of people and spent a lot of time cleaning the condo. They are prompt, even for the estimate. They are extremely well organized, emphasis on detail and quality control in a nice and professional way. The company is organized to succeed and is reasonably priced.

Wow! The deep cleaning resulted in our home being the cleanest it has ever been. The every other week cleaning is thorough and prompt. Our two ladies arrive on time and complete the cleaning efficiently. We paid $176 for the deep clean of our 2600 sq ft home and $132 every other week for maintenance cleaning. I would recommend them without reservation. We are very pleased!

Pedro the owner came over gave me an estimate. I agreed to the quote, when it came to showing up for the job which was scheduled for 12:30pm no one showed or called to notify me. I called the office several times until someone answered. I explained that the crew was to show up at 12:30pm and no one was here and it was now 12:45pm. I finally was connected with the owner and was assured by Pedro himself that they were on there way. at 1:20pm they showed up and cancelled the service. Lateness with no phone call equals NO Thank You. I cannot show up late at my job, can you!!

I needed service ASAP as the house I purchased was filthy. It was too much of an undertaking for me so I called Mr. Clean. They were able to come out and inspect the property the same day and come to clean two days later. The team that came to clean was on time and worked tirelessly throughout the day to clean every square inch (floors, behind the washer, blinds, bathrooms, kitchen, sunroom, window sills, closet door tracks, etc). Pedro returned at the end of the day to inspect everything and when I got home I was very pleased with all the work that was done. I did have a issue with the refrigerator and let Pedro know that and he immediately scheduled for two people to come back the next day to resolve the issue. I wanted to let it go but he insisted which is a fantastic customer service that you normally don't get. They guarantee that you'll be happy with everything they do. I would definitely recommend using Mr Clean.

There was a team of 5 people who showed up on time and thoroughly cleaned my empty condo inside and out. They were most polite and professional. I would recommend this company without reservation.

Did a great job. Made the place look like new. The final results exceeded my expectations. The crew was hard-working, pleasant, and polite. Overall, it was a pleasant, hassle-free experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am madly in love with Mr. Clean Services Corp. and I hope I can accurately express the awe and gratitude I have for Pedro, Carolina, Leo and the entire staff. I wish I could remember everyone's names. I contacted Mr. Clean Services thru Angie's List and they answered my email immediately. I live in NY and my husband and I had plans to come to Florida to get my mother-in-law's apartment in order. While we were somewhat aware of how disastrous it was, in reality it was indescribable. Pedro met us on the first day and went thru the two bedroom apartment with us to assess the situation. He was so kind and so professional and seemed to go out of his way to make us (especially my elderly mother-in-law) feel less embarrassed and more encouraged. He knew exactly what needed to be done and on the spot we booked him to come back with his staff in two days. The plan was 5 people for 10 hours. Mr. Clean Services Corp. has foresight and experience. They arrived promptly with an arsenal of cleaning supplies and 6 people (instead of 5). They knew exactly what to do as soon as they walked in the door. They started to clean thoroughly and systematically for hours and hours until the job was done and the transformation was astounding. At one point Pedro brought in 2 more people bringing the total to 8 people. HE DID NOT ASK FOR AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE ORIGINAL AGREED UPON PRICE. Wow. Mr. Clean Services is an honest to goodness service based company run by honest to goodness people. My husband and I are so thankful they got us thru this intense stressful task. Imagine 8 people cleaning one small apartment for 10 hours and and every single one of them was polite and pleasant and reassuring and they never let up. Moving forward, my husband and I intend to have Mr. Clean Services go to the apartment on a regular basis. We are so comforted to know that while we are far away there is a hard working, experienced, caring set of eyes to help keep the place clean and habitable. I wish I could fly they to NY next!

From the beginning to the end they exceeded my expectations. I needed service ASAP and Pedro came over the same day I called to give me a quote and they were able to come in the following day to clean. The condition of the home we were moving into was filthy...absolutely filthy. Pedro's team came in exactly on time and began working immediately. When we came back into the house after they completed we were amazed. It was SPOTLESS!! Every inch, every crevice was cleaned and immaculate! I am so happy we decided to go with their service after reading all the reviews here because they did not disappoint and all the reviews were right on point. The crew did excellent work! They thoroughly cleaned every inch of the home interior. They cleaned the windows and screens. They even cleaned the very dirty tracks of the sliding doors. Also pressure cleaned the floor of the Florida room. It looks great! Everything looks great and the interior of my house looks as good as new!

Pedro, Caroline and the staff at Mr. Clean came through for me today in a big way. They may think it was just another routine day for their company, getting a call and scheduling a crew, but to me it above and beyond. I have had weekly service for years now at my home with Mr. Clean. On this weekly visit, Pedro came along to see how things are going with the service and I surprised him with an "emergency" cleaning that I needed done same day. My daughters home needed thorough cleaning so she could bring her husband home from the hospital after he was injured in an accident in another city on vacation. Caroline met the cleaning staff at the home and went thru ever detail with me of what we needed to accomplish in a short time on short notice. The work done was excellent and the ladies that came were very pleasant and compassionate. I really appreciate this and wanted to say thank you very much to Mr. Clean today!

It went great! I called Pedro but since he was driving on I-95 he asked if he could call back shortly. He did within 20 minutes. He scheduled an appointment for someone to come by the house later in the week and they showed up right on time. They did a walk-thru to see what services I wanted, asked questions, and said yes to almost everything I asked about. I was told what the estimated time it would take and how much it would cost. I agreed and we set up an appointment for the following Monday to do the work. The house is a 5/3 with a pool and it was suffering from neglect. My wife and I work on opposite coasts and I am gone almost everything weekend and work long hours during the week. We decided to sell the house but it definitely suffered from neglect. The key areas were neat but it definitely need a good cleaning. There was years of dust on the blinds, and green was actually starting to form on the outside of some windows. The pool pavers were turning black. Yes, it was time for some TLC on this wonderful house. The crew arrived on time and went right to work. A supervisor reviewed the work order with me and I just stayed out of their way. Occasionally they would ask a question and all of them were pleasant and professional. They brought their own lunch and took about a 20 minute break to eat it but otherwise, they worked like crazy all day. They moved furniture to clean beneath it and put it back neatly. During the day, a few of the ladies broke out in song on occasion. It's amazing how cheerful they seemed and always had a smile. What a difference! Our realtor couldn't get over it. It was almost like a new house and the cleaning helped us to get two offers less than two weeks after the cleaning. We accepted one for more than the asking price. If we were staying, we would set up a regular schedule for them to return to take care of things so it wouldn't get out of hand. It was a quality service provided with a pleasant, professional, attitude. Thank you Pedro and please thank the crew for me.

Overall, I highly recommend Mr. Clean. Responsiveness and customer service are outstanding. Someone always calls back right away (within an hour) but most of the time someone will answer your call on the first attempt. Mr. Pedro, the GM, is very punctual and thorough. He really wants you to be happy with the work and the service. He came to the house to give me an estimate. We walked through the house and he identified areas and I also told him what I wanted. We agreed on everything in advance to be done and he provided me with an estimate that I agreed to. I was able to schedule the deep cleaning for a few days later. On the day of the deep clean, Mr. Pedro arrived with the team (3 people) as scheduled. He explained everything that needed to be done in my home. Everyone was professional and courteous. At the end of the day, Mr. Pedro and I did a walkthrough of the my entire home to make sure everything was completed and that I was pleased with the work. I couldn't be happier!

Overall extremely well. One crew member called in sick, so they did the best they could, then had to come back to finish. But they were extremely professional, responsive, and the price was as quoted. I trust them, and I would definitely use them again. Thank you!!

They did a great initial cleaning... lot of attention to detail. We have them coming back on a regular basis now. Would highly recommend!

This is my first review on Angie's List, but these folks deserve it. Pedro and his crew of 4-10 people spent 2 weeks at the house preparing it for a showcase event and didn't miss a single detail. I've had contractors in and out of the house for two years while it has been under construction and my wife told me that Pedro and his workers were the best by far of any employee or subcontractor on the job. Enough said.

Pedro was fantastic. He net above and beyond what he quoted. He or the other owner was always here making sure that the employees were always working. The employees were hard working and detailed in everything. When we noticed that an employee was not working as hard as the others he pulled them off the job. They were honest, very reasonable, timely and did much more than we expected.

Excellent cleaning provided. Windows were cleaned in and out - look great! I would certainly recommend them!

At first Mr. Clean was coming over to estimate the job on a Tuesday starting Monday. They were kind enough to shift around the schedule and estimate the job on Monday starting on Tuesday. THANK GOODNESS. I have a new tenant that needs a clean home next week! Mr. Clean, "Sr. Pedro," has a dynamite team that came in and worked non stop until my apartment actually looked like someone could live in it again. Then cleaned, heck they SCRUBBED walls, floors light fixtures, baseboards, blinds etc. This was a clean out, the tenant left behind some articles and did not clean AT ALL. They did a great job and it was an unpleasant job to do.
