It went well. They had two crews and made quick work of both units.

It turned out excellent. We had them go a bit longer than the big deal. They were doing an excellent job. Once they were here, they were really flexible and said if we needed them for another hour they could stay. They gave us the cost of how much it would be if we decided to use them for an additional hour at the last minute. Their price was really good, so we took them up on it. We got them as a discount so it was a good deal. The price that I paid, I'm happy with. The quality of their work was excellent. I only had one beef with them. And that was that they didn't bring a vacuum cleaner which was ridiculous. They made up for it, but to come without a vacuum cleaner just seems ridiculous to me. But in the end, they did a fantastic job. And I'm very picky. But I was very happy in the end. They did use my vacuum cleaner. I think what happened was all the teams came and picked all the good vacuum cleaners so they didn't have one. But when you come to do an after construction clean-up, you need to bring a good vacuum. But I did take it up with the person that schedules and she made up for it in other ways. She was very good. Those girls worked really, really hard. The house was darn clean when they left. They sent out three girls. I asked them to send three because I wanted one person to be fully in charge of cleaning all the blinds and all the fans and the other two could do the rest of the cleaning. That's why we agreed to three people. They would have just sent two. She was a good communicator. They were an hour late, but they did call. They were professional.

Renovation and moving are very stressful. We had all of our new furniture in place and under plastic tarps during the last part of the construction. A fine layer of dust covered everything in a thick layer of dust. Carolina who was in charge and 4 other workers arrived and knew precisely what had to be done to make the place suitable for us to start unpacking the 55 boxes packed in our guest bedroom. They cleaned, and mopped and mopped, and mopped...and mopped some more, then they moved all 55 boxes and cleaned the guest bedroom and guest bath. It was clean. Woah! We had paid $300 to another service a couple of weeks before any boxes or furniture were in, and they left the place filthy. If you need a deep cleaning post construction look no further. These folks are the real deal.

Most of the Mr. Clean people have been very good. I wanted to be certain someone was always available for a regular cleaning. Mr. Clean appears to have enough employees to provide this service even when someone is out sick or taking vacation. Karen has sent people back that I praised and not sent back the people I told her were less thorough.

This company came to my home to give me an estimate for a move out deep cleaning. Deep cleaning just means they do the windows, clean inside the oven, inside the fridge, pull out the fridge, do the blinds etc...I have a townhome in Plantation, 3 bedroomsm 2. baths. About 1290 square feet. My home is very clean as I have a regular housekeeper that comes, but since i was doing a move out i thought hired a professional company would be better. When they gave me their estimate I almost fell off my chair: $700 for a one time deep cleaning!! I could not believe the price i was hearing. When she saw I would not pay that, she said she could do a regular cleaning for $50/hour and it would take about 6 hours. That puts us at $300 without the details I'm looking for. I was shocked by the prices given to me for my little townhome and would not recommend this company to anyone.

The crew was very thorough and very professional. They went above and beyond to clean our house. They cleaned from 10am until 4pm. Fantastic!!

I can't say enough about the excellent quality of services of Mr Clean Services Corp. Our old 30 year tile was taken up and new tile reinstalled and although the tile company blocked off rooms and covered everything, there was fine dust everywhere, and I mean everywhere. On every surface, in rooms with closed doors, in every drawer, closet, covering every piece of silverware, pots, pans, in the pantry, just everywhere. I was having serious anxiety about the ability to get the house clean again. Well, I researched Angie's List and found Mr Clean, they do all sorts of cleaning and organizing, including pre and post construction cleaning. Karen came over to discuss their services and gave us an estimate and assured me that they could get everything clean. We hired them and a team of 5 to 7 people worked three days straight. They cleaned the entire house except for two bedrooms where we have multiple boxes from the filing cabinets and other items (they will come back later this week to clean these two rooms), patio, windows, screens and the garage. My husband says, and I agree, this is the cleanest our house has every been! They work like a well oiled machine (or for you Star Trek fans, like the Borg). Every item was removed from drawers and our closets and clean and replaced. Every item in our garage moved out to the driveway, methodically cleaned and replaced (and our garage is overloaded). Karen told us it would take multiple cleaning of items to be sure the dust was all removed, they did that and everything is sparkling and clean, clean, clean! As I said, they will be back to clean the two remaining bedrooms and restock the shelfs and linen closet later this week. I intend to have them twice a year for deep cleaning and I am considering replacing our cleaning people with Mr Clean based on the quality and professionalism of their work. Also, they are insured and bonded, a plus. Thank you Mr Clean and we look forward to our continuing relationship!

I have used this company for whole house cleaning for several years. They come every 4 weeks because it's just me, but I have a large house. They are trustworthy and reliable. The cleaning is good and they change the linens too.

Thank Goodness for Mr. Clean! Pedro, the owner, personally came to estimate the job, and he was positive and professional. He assured me that I would feel like I lived in a five-star hotel. He was correct! The estimate was spot on! Everyone was on time! It took a team of 6 people 10 hours to finish the job. Carolina the co-owner and a Pedro's wife supervised and cleaned along with her crew. They worked the whole time and only stopped for a short lunch break. They were friendly and professional. Here are some highlights: All surfaces top to bottom and interiors were disinfected including closets and all vanities, cabinets, and the AC closet. Two refrigerators and a grimy stove were cleaned to perfection! My towels were folded in such a way as to save space. My pantry was oraganized to my wonder. My kitchen garbage bin was cleaned and deodorized. All panels in my verticals were wiped down including the valances. The bathrooms were sparkling! Lupe got all of the mold and grime out of the shower stall which was a total disgrace filled with black mold. I had even paid another company big money to try to remove it, and they couldn't. She deserves a bonus! She used Comet and elbow grease! What a hard-worker she is! I felt bad for her, but she was very sweet. Carolina also helped her, too. My husband was very happy because he felt that we were ripped off by the other company who specialized in mold removal. The upholstery was vacuumed, and the furniture and ceiling fans were carefully dusted. You could tell that the teams had a working plan and were prepared to work in an organized way. The crystals in my chandelier were soaked and put back. They were greasy and filled with cob webs. I still can't believe how good they look ! The hallway light fixtures were cleaned, and the bugs were removed. All windows (interior and exterior) were washed, including my dirty front door. I had some panels on a sliding glass door which were removed and put back after the cleaning. Wow! The washer and dryer had not been cleaned in several years. Then were moved (along with my appliances), and years of lint and stains were scrubbed away from behind. I was embarrassed, but Carolina assured me that I had nothing to feel embarrassed about! My floors were so clean! I couldn't believe It! I will be using them to maintain my home. Honestly, I feel like I have my home back!

They were there for about 6 hrs. The supervisor of the crew left for two hours and an item is missing from my home. I would be leery of hiring them if the supervisor leaves the scene for hours and items become missing. They did not really take responsibility for the items missing.

It did not go well. Carolina did show up to provide an estimate. She spent around 5 minutes walking around the mostly empty 1100 sq foot condo. Advised that it would take 4 cleaners 7 hours to clean the property or around $800. Spoke to her boss who quoted Around $400 over the phone. Eventually they sent a written estimate for around $800. Never responded to my email on the price variations. Although this was post construction, only dust remained (see before photos attached) Notably, estimate was vastly overstated, to include charges for appliance cleaning( brand new). Could have also done without Carolinas melodramatic acting that it would be so much work to clean condo. It would have probably taken 2 people 4 hours to complete this job.

I used Mr. Clean Services to clean my daughters house in Ft. Lauderdale. They couldn't have done a better job. Everything was cleaned to sparkling; windows (inside & out), screens, floors, furniture, bathrooms, showers, baths, appliances inside and out, nothing left undone. Pedro accurately quoted the time required and took the time at the conclusion of the job to walk through the house with me to go over everything that was done. You can't go wrong with Mr. Clean Services.

They did a great job. We were thrilled with the results.

I found them through Angie's List. I contacted them to clean two condo units. They promised me extra crew available but on the day of the cleaning, they brought less people to clean both units. In one of the units, they damaged my wooden floor and I never heard back from them.

Fine. Apparently some lack of communication...the two women who arrived were annoyed that they had brought all their supplies when I had communicated over the phone that I had everything. They also had not been told that they were cleaning the patio, and did not seem happy about that. I don't blame them; it was a very hot day. One worker damaged a new wooden toilet seat by trying to clean it with bleach, but I went out to Lowes and bought a replacement, which was deducted from the cleaning cost without question. They completed the entire job in three hours, as requested, and did a good job. Except for the annoyance of having to replace the toilet seat and a bit of grumbling at the beginning, good job.

There is complete disorganization with the appointment booking staff. I have had multiple incidents and reached my breaking point. I had a 1:00 appointment today. The appointments usually take 2 hours and I had plans for 4:00. I do not hear from anyone (much like my last appointment) and I get a text at 3:18 stating they are there and to let them in the gate. No apology that they are late, no acknowledgement that there is anything wrong with arriving at 3:18 for a 1:00 appointment. This happened last time and I was quite upset and let them know LAST TIME this happened that I had tried calling multiple times and no one would answer and no one bothered to call me when they were running over 1 hour late. Last time I adjusted my plans and let them in to clean. This time, there is no excuse. I text right back asking them to call me or get Pedro to call me. No reply- no text back and no call. I tried calling twice to the same number that had just texted me 2 minutes ago and no answer. I text, "Please call. I keep calling and no one is answering." Still no response. 2 hours late and after making it clear they are available by texting me that they arrived, no replies and not answering my call. Completely unprofessional!!! Prior to my attempts, the cleaning lady called Pedro in front of me and he answered. I don't know what she said but I told her I wanted to talk with him and she did not give me the phone nor let me speak with him. She clearly did not want me to call him, said "It's not my fault" and to call them Monday. I said I wanted to speak with him now and she said he is not available. I told her she just hung up the phone with him-I could hear his voice. She said no, he won't answer if she calls back. This company is completely unprofessional and unreliable. They were extremely late last time, unresponsive to my calls, and did not notify me of the lateness. The booking staff has mixed up my appointment times before as well. I hit my breaking point today as I have given them more than one or two chances to get their act together. Complete disorganization and completely unprofessional in how they handle their own mistakes. Still no text back or return call.

the crew arrived on time with one more cleaner than originally planned, but was fine with that as this was a big job, did I mention I haven't cleaned a lot lately, they got right to work and did more things than expected, a lot more, the estimate was for 8 hours and that's what they charged me even though they had to work 3 extra hours to complete their mission, which was to make this place shine, I would say they went above and beyond to complete this job and did I mention id been neglectful in my cleaning, they took care of it and will continue in my new place so I won't get this bad again!

Very Very Well they did an excellent job.

The crew of four arrived on time. They worked all day cleaning all the homes nooks and cracks. They added shelf liner to our old beaten up cabinets. The crew brought all needed supplies. After four people cleaning all day the job was finally completed. All areas they cleaned were very thoroughly. I did find it odd the wall were not washed with a magic eraser. Perhaps this was a miscommunication since the home is scheduled to be painted. I found it a bit expensive overall, but I guess this is the cost of a once every 10 year deep clean.

Professional, thorough, friendly, and reasonably priced. What's not to like?

The Mr. Clean team was excellent. They were extremely thorough and professional and did a wonderful job. They?deep-cleaned our house after we had extensive work done on it and pressure-cleaned our walkway. We were so pleased with their work that we asked them to return to clean and re-organize our garage as well. This is a fantastic service and I highly recommend them.

They were so punctual, I was so impressed. There were so many people cleaning in my home that I lost count when they all came in. When I saw the large staff I knew the house would be sparkling clean due to everyone focusing on specific areas. They started working immediately. I felt comfortable with them and trusted Carolina and Pedro with my home. I left and came back when they called me that they were done, they were at the house all day. I was amazed at how clean my home was. It smelled good too. I liked the clean smell, so whatever solutions they used left the house smelling so good. The windows were squeaky clean, and before they were so dirty that I could barely see thru them, now they are squeaky clean, clear and beautiful. They are very large windows so I know it was a lot of work to clean them. The floors were super clean. I had been particularly concerned about the floors, since they had been so dirty, the grout was so dark, but they were able to clean them very good and get the grout a lot more lighter. They cleaned every inch of the home, and even went out of their way and cleaned the very dirty tiles and baseboards in the laundry room. I was very glad I had chosen them, they did an outstanding job.

We are still using them right now. We had issues where there was mold in the bathroom. They was always someone who speaks English. I am looking for somebody else. If they can’t see that, they are not doing their jobs right.

He was amazing. There were a few things they missed and promised they would do. He came back with 3 people and spent 2 hours doing the things that were originally promised plus more! We are using them again!
