Description of Work: The ladies that perform the cleaning were fantastic; however, the lady that came for the inital observation was abrupt and lacking on social skills. I am giving the service an A because the work excellent.

Description of Work: My husband had open heart surgery and I needed to deep clean my house before his arrival from the hospital---approx. 3000 sf....they did a good job, were punctual and very accommodating. I am using them every other week @ a very reasonable cost.

Description of Work: Based on their A rating, I arranged to have Mr. Clean Services perform a deep clean of our house. They were scheduled during the day Friday while we were at work since Amparo estimated 6 hours for the job. Our house was indeed clean after their visit; however, everything was left in complete disorder. It was as if they received a call to move onto the next job & had 5 minutes to quickly finish at our house. It took us over an hour to put our house back together. Just a few examples of how things were left: A/C lowered to 72 and left there running (as a result we had A/C issues), shower doors off the track, dog beds left on top of furniture that was just cleaned, blinds completely unaligned, items from the freezer put back into the fridge (now defrosted and wasted) or left on the counter, clothes just tossed into the closet, etc. I was beyond disappointed with the result. Because they had already called me twice while at work about payment, I unfortunately paid prior to arriving home. Even after I wrote to them that weekend, Amparo called me Monday at 8am about payment even though I already given Pedro (owner) that info on Friday. Irritated, I asked Amparo about my email and we discussed. She really wasn't very apologetic about any of it and said she would look into it as Caroline (Pedro's/owner's wife) was there to supervise. I received a follow up email later that day about an investigation and have yet to receive a response or update -- that was over a month ago. As I'm sure you realize, I would not recommend this company. If you do use them, make sure you will arrive home to see the finished product before they leave and you pay. Lesson learned.

Description of Work: New construction cleaning. Required mopping tile floors several times as well as cleaning kitchen and bathrooms.

Description of Work: We called them, gave them all our information, and scheduled the date for the initial "deep cleaning." They arrived, went to work, and did an excellent job. The service seemed a little pricey, but we were happy to pay for quality. But two days later, the owner called to tell us that we were too far away from his location, and outside his desired service area. | |They can have the greatest service in the world, but if they undependable in inconsistent in their business dealing, they are worthless. |

Description of Work: The two ladies performed a deep cleaning on all the rooms of my house. They even washed dishes! Now the house looks AND smells good throughout! I have used Mr. Clean a few times in the past, and I am always pleased with the results! The owner, Pedro, even checks on the work and takes a personal interest that the job is done just right! |

I would give her an A++++ if I could!! | |She and Andrea stayed for 3 hours and cleaned EVERY INCH of my condo to a brilliant sparkle! Description of Work: Provider was to inspect an office space and quote on providing services for weekly contract. He was 45 minutes late for the scheduled appt. and was about 3x the price of the other two companies contacted. Very disappointed. I joined Angies List for assistance with this service and a couple of others...hope I have better luck!

Description of Work: I used them when they were Magic Touch and they were really good. But the new company does not do a third of the cleaning that the prevoius company did. They came unprepared with no cleaning tools. They used the same sponge to clean the dishes to wipe counters and others, this is is gross!!! The bathtub was still dirty. No mopping the floors. They did not even wiped the fridge trays, since I don't have much groceries this does not take more than 3 minutes. I wasnt in the apartment during the cleaning, my husband was, if it was me the person in the apartment, I wouldn't allowed them in once they told us they didn't have tools for cleaning. I would never used them again, these are not the same people. Would't them take them back even if it was free service. Im moving on to use another company.

Description of Work: The cleaning team was professional committed thorough courteous and made sure I was satisfied. This was a deep cleaning visit which included my windows inside and out as well as all of my appliances. I was so pleased with them that I have scheduled the company for maintenance visits moving forward. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

Description of Work: We contacted Magic Touch Cleaning for a quote, they provided us with a reasonable assessment. They arrived on schedule. I usually work from home and they did not interfere with my work at all when performing their services. They cleaned all areas accordingly and respected limited areas as it was requested. We are very happy with their work. We will definitely be contacting them for their services.

Description of Work: Pedro arrived at the appointed time for our interview and viewed our small condominium, pointing out areas that needed more extensive and in-depth cleaning. We agreed that on the following Monday between 9:00 and 9:30 AM, he would send two cleaners, accompanied by him or his wife as supervisors for this first visit. On Monday, nobody arrived at the appointed time, and approximately a half hour later Pedro phoned to tell us that because of staffing problems he was unable to do the job that day. We rescheduled the appontment for the following Monday with the same arrangement and at the same time. When that day arrived Pablo called to say that the crew would be about 20 minutes late. A series of phone calls followed, and at 11:15, an hour and three quarters late, they arrived. Pablo had sent three cleaning women, but neither he nor his wife was present. My wife had more than once told Pedro that our Dyson vacuum cleaner was unavailable because the filters had been removed for cleaning and were drying. The crew brought their own vacuum cleaner with them but did not use it. Instead, while my wife was on a brief errand, they removed the Dyson from our closet and used it on the bedroom carpet. When my wife returned and expressed consternation at this, the cleaner who spoke English denied that they had used the Dyson although it was in the bedroom, plugged in, and the canister, thoroughly cleaned by my wife the day before, was dirty. While cleaning our half-bath, they broke off one of the hooks on a panel attached to the laundry door, placing the object on the washing machine where it escaped notice until the next day. The cleaning that they did was satisfactory but in no way excetional. The crew left after two and a half hours, leaving two hassocks upturned on the couch. The woman who spoke English maintained that they had been there since 10:45, although my wife was on the phone with Pedro at 11:15, when they actually arrived. Pedro had stressed that his employees were honest and trustworthy. We do not recommend using this cleaning service.
