Description of Work: "Deep cleaning" of house. The 4 workers were all very busy for the whole day they were here and worked hard. But in general, the owner over promised and under delivered for the amount of work required and the man hours allotted. Communication with staff and owner was very difficult.

We are very sorry for the unhappiness of this member, the work was supervised all the time. Pedro, the owner of the company was there the last four hours monitoring all the work, besides all the supervision we already had . He was very aware of the details and all the small errors were corrected by the time. At the end of the work the wife was very happy and satisfied. After three weeks of the cleaning service work the member ( who was traveling ) called us to tell us that a few things had not been well and he was not satisfied with the work, mentioning some areas that Peter (the Owner) had already checked by that time and everything had been perfect. However , three weeks later Pedro send two people to correct the alleged errors, the only thing you had to do was point out the points to be corrected, so we just don't know what communication problems are we concerned. Sorry again for the unhappiness of this Member.

We feel very sad with how unhappy this client is with his house. But unfortunately we did not do this job. We were checking, in our records and we do not have any jobs with him. Probably in some moment he called us for an estimate, but we never did the job for him, we were checking our records not only in March but in February also, and we do not have any jobs with his name or last name, he probably hired some one else and confused us with them.

Thank you very much for your feedback, we really appreciate it. But unfortunately we need to mention that in all of our new jobs we always have a supervisor from beginning to end. The worst thing that can happen in the middle of the job the supervisor leaves for an approximate 30 min for a lunch break. Also we do supervising in our routes in different ways: in person, by phone, or when we call to confirm the houses for the different days of the week. Once again we appreciate your feedback and we would try to be a lot better the next time.
