They did a great job!

I had previously used another company but had not had anyone out to my home in three weeks. I first called The Majic Touch and Pedro answered. This was on a Tuesday and I asked if there was any way that he could schedule me for Friday. He said he was booked all day but could do it on Monday. I told him I would check with my schedule and get back with him. A few minutes later he called me back and said he could do the cleaning on Friday and would be at my house sometime between 12:30 and 1:30 p.m. He phoned at 2:00 p.m. to say he was running late but was on his way. Pedro arrived at about 2:30 p.m. with Rebecca. I gave them a quick tour of the house and they started in my master bedroom. I have 14 ft. ceilings and lots of ledges. Pedro immediately noticed that the ledge of my master closet was very dusty. The previous girls from the other company that I was using did a spring cleaning in May or so they said. Pedro was quite upset with the all over neglect that the previous company had left my house in. He got a ladder out of my garage and proceeded to clean every ledge in my house because he said if he didn't do that then all the dust would settle on top of everything right after he would clean it. They also moved furniture and cleaned behind it. Pedro also had cleaned all of my fans including the one on my back patio. I have never experienced such care and attention to detail from a cleaning company before. He told me the next time he came he would clean some of the places he couldn't quite get to on this visit. They didn't leave until 7:00 p.m. I will definitely use this company on a regular basis and would recommend them highly to anyone. They were also very respectful and proud to make sure I was satisfied with the job that they did.

What a pleasant group of people. hey helped us carry our remaining boxes and items downstairs so we could finish packing and they could get busy cleaning the 4 up stair bedroom and 3 baths. They wasted no time and another team joined in to get my home spotless. My only regret is that I did not discover them while I was living there.

They did a great job - very detail-oriented. Very pleasant, professional people.

It went great. I left them the key at the desk and they called to say when they were starting, then called me at work to give me an update and approximate finishing time. Very easy and very pleasant.

A great experience. Pedro was delightful, prompt, and professional. His crew of two deep cleaned the condo inside and out. They moved all the furniture, vacuumed the light shades, made the ceiling fans sparkle, washed the windows, cleaned inside the cabinets. They did a great job and didn't miss a thing. The place looked and smelled immaculate when they were done!

They did a very good job; moved furniture; very detailed. only negatives were 2 plugs left unplugged after furniture moved; things not put back in the same place; and the duster (swiffer feather duster) left streaks in areas and did not remove all dust (it was dusty). I will have swiffer towels when they come back. Language is a little challenge if the husband/owner is not present. He was supposed to be here but could not be for medical reasons. He promised to be here next time. I supply granite, marble, stainless steel cleaners which they gladly use. Very friendly & professional and anxious to please! Pedro, one of the owners, is terrific and very accommodating.I will be using them, with Pedro, on a regular basis.

I called Pedro, the owner of Majic Touch, to clean a rental duplex. The tenants had moved out and left a mess. Pedro was very courteous and professional on the phone and in person. He met me and my husband at our property at 7:30am sharp within 2 days of me calling. His cleaning staff consisted of his wife, Carolina, and a young man. After we described to them that we wanted a "deep" clean, they immediately started working. There was a lot of trash to remove, but they worked very efficiently. Carolina and the young man cleaned our property for 12 hours. When we returned in the evening, they had done an immaculate job. They cleaned everywhere-underneath the refrigerator, the ceiling fans, inside and outside glass of windows, even behind the toilet. We used to clean our rental property, but due to time constraints we are no longer able to. Majic Touch did a better job than we could have done ourselves and in much less time. We will definitely be calling on them for future business. Thank you Majic Touch for your hard work. We will continue to pass on your great reputation :O)

Fantastically punctual and enthusiastic. Very pleasant, dedicated, and happily accommodating. The house was clean, sanitized, and comfortable. I would recommend 100% and I would not hesitate to make a second appointment.

They showed up a little late due to directions, but they came in, I showed them what I needed, they made suggestions, we agreed on what was needed and they got to work, with very little supervision. Great job!

My mother in law is a very particular housekeeper and her home is always spotless. She had only good things to say about Magic Touch. They arrived on time, worked all day and did exactly what she asked them to do. She tells me her windows are spotless, her sink looks brand new and her home is all sparkly again. She's very happy with the service and looking forward to their next visit.

Magic Touch's work was exceptional. My home is sparkling clean and I did not have to go over anything with them. They far surpassed my expectations.

Peter (one of the owners was on-site at all times. HE took time to discuss what the expectations were, what areas my wife was particularly concerned about and even made time to establish a relation ship with my Labrador retriever, so the next time he visits, the dog will much more comfortable, and likely to stay out of there way and listen to their commands. Overall, we were very pleased with the service provided. We did not feel rushed, or that they were dragging in order to run up the bill, as they bill by the hour. I would highly recommend their service, as my perception was that they are an honest, hard working company, that can be trusted in your house with or with out you being present, and they delivered what we agreed upon. It was surprisingly pleasant.

After reading reviews on Angie's List, I called the company and spoke with Peter, the co-owner. I told him that I found his company on the List and would like to have my home cleaned. He was very pleasant. He gave me his quote of $30/hour and said he could come here in 1 week. He asked what kind of cleaning I needed - a regular maintenance or a deep, "spring" clean - and what size home. I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that needed the deep clean. He explained that they clean everywhere - windows, baseboards, blinds/shades. So, I made the appointment for the following week at 8 a.m. Peter and Rebbecca, a fairly new employee, came and immediately went to work. They are wonderful! I knew I had dust, but not the amount they found! I thought it would take about 4 to 5 hours for the whole house. They spent about 3 hours in the master bedroom/bathroom alone! They are very thorough! Peter did both bathrooms and cleaned everything - from the doors and light fixtures, to inside cabinets under the sinks and grout inside the shower. Peter even cleaned my plastic plants! Peter was wonderful to have here. He is very personable and nice. You can hear him singing while working - an absolute delight! As Peter did that, Rebbecca was cleaning the windows, dusting furniture/baseboards/light fixtures/closet doors. She also cleaned the family room, dining room and kitchen. She did a great job, also. If needed, she would have also cleaned the fridge, freezer and oven at no extra charge. They even cleaned the "yucky stuff" in the sliding patio door - that kept my door from opening easily. They saw I had a LOT of dust, and made sure they cleaned it out. Peter takes such pride in his work. He even said if he gets a chance to come back, he would clean the windows outside! All in all, it took about 7 hours for my spring cleaning, and I was more than happy to pay them for their hard work. I will be using them again very soon for a regular maintenance cleaning.

They showed up on time started right away. They were amenable to myself, the kids, and the dogs running around the house. The house looked fantastic and they were professional, cordial and extremely conscientious.

I was very satisfied with their thoroughness. They charged $30 per hour, which is much cheaper than most other services I have tried, but they do take longer...so the price about evens out. The difference is that Magic Touch actually does a good and thorough job instead of just scratching the surface...which is why it takes them longer.

Their initial visit was for a "deep cleaning" since we had been attempting to do it ourselves for a year since the last cleaning lady moved away. (It really needed it.) That visit took them 8 hours, but by the time they were finished you could eat off the floors. Since the first visit they have come 2 more times (every other week) for about 4 hours. They are EXTREMELY thorough, with Pedro on the first visit on his knees cleaning behind the toilets with a brush, cleaning my grout, doing windows, mirrors and floors. Pedro even repaired some bad grout in my shower. They will also change the sheets. Pedro is the main contact person and speaks excellent English. They have been reliable and punctual. I recommend them highly.

They were a half hour late, but they did call with a reason. Both Pedro and Carolina are very nice and responsive to requests. It took longer than I thought it would, but considering the job they did I wouldn't have it any other way. They found dirt I didn't even know was there!! Pedro kept me informed the whole time of what they were doing and why it was taking so long. I was very pleased with the total experience of dealing with them and with the job they did.

Pedro and Carolina showed up promptly when they said they would. As soon as they arrived they got to work. It took them a few hours to give our house a "deep" clean (which it needed) and they left the house looking and smelling great.

We asked them to thoroughly clean everything in the apt because of all the dust from the construction. Cleaning all the cabinets, vacuum all the beds and cleaned all the blinds which were really dirty, plus all the general/basic cleaning in the apt.

They cleaned my house, did extra work that I asked for, and are very willing to do what you want.

Peter and his wife Caroline, a hardworking and friendly middle-aged couple, cleaned my house in Plantation(bathroom, kitchen, floors, vacuuming, etc.), including cleaning the interior of my refrigerator. They suggested extra cleaning they could do and willingly took on requested tasks. They are energetic and responsible. Highly recommended.
