I contacted the company earlier during the week hoping they would be able to fit me in prior to the holiday weekend. Pedro was extremely responsive and agreed to clean on the requested day. I was thrilled! They arrived as scheduled and cleaned every inch of my home. Although I'm able to keep the house in reasonably good condition, I never seem to have time to really perform a deep cleaning. I had forgotton how "white" tiles and horizontal blinds were supposed to be! Unfortunately, the dust will return, but for now it's nice to know the tops of cabinets, glass shelves and fan blades are dust-free. Pedro offered to do some caulking which was definitely going over and beyond the call of duty. The two ladies that cleaned were very pleasant and worked non-stop throughout the day. My only recommendation is that they be more careful when opening blinds. Before they left I noticed one set of blinds did not close properly. Screws had fallen out from the top and the blinds (Luminettes) were hanging much too low and touching the floor. Due to the fact these blinds are new and were extremely expensive, this was upsetting to me. However, Pedro did attempt to repair and when he couldn't, he offered to return with the proper tools. He is very accomodating and the customer's satisfaction is a priority.

It went extremely well. The 3 individuals were professional and worked extremely hard. They worked long hours and the result was phenomenal! Extreme attention to detail and they clean every surface- baseboards, door frames, high shelving, all items you have sitting out, EVERYTHING. However, they also balance items that do not require cleaning so as not to waste time. Before the work initiates, Pedro will go through the entire house to understand exactly what you do and do not want done. He works hard to please. The only small hiccup in the cleaning was that a lamp was broken when they were trying to get deep into it and clean inside, where it was dirty. This was handled very professionally. I was told about it and Pedro found the exact lamp replacement the next day. I am extremely pleased with this service and their professional high standards!

They arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule at 7:45 AM and departed at 10:00 PM. Pedro escorted two helpers which he oversaw several times during the day. These two (Angile and Pablo) worked continually with a brief stop for both lunch and dinner. They were extremely pleasant and constantly had a smile. They were mindful to avoid any breakage except for one item which had been previously glued and to which I forgot to warn them to take extra care. No big deal, I will simply reglue. The matter was brought to my attention immediately. During the lunch break Pedro inspected the completed second floor and found a few minor details which had been overlooked. He kept calling Pablo inducing me to say "Hey Pedro, he is having lunch" to which he replied "he can have lunch but these items must be taken care of."

I contacted the company after being unsatisfied with my previous cleaner. Our house was just not clean anymore. I travel for a living and my family was just not keeping the house up while I was away. It need a deep spring cleaning to bring it up to the way I was used to keep it. My mother would of been ashamed of me. The owner (Pedro) came in and gave me a quote, they did two days of deep cleaning. They got my grout cleaner than I have ever seen it! They scrubbed my floors, washed my windows, pressure washed my back porch and driveway and even emptied my closets and cleaned every shelf. When they left, my house smelled as fresh as it could be. I have them scheduled for every week now. They do an absolutely fabulous job! The owners pay attention to every detail and their employees are amazing to work with. They truly have pride in their work and it shows!

From beginning to end, this was a very positive experience. We had just completed a bathroom re-do, and every surface of the house was covered with dust. No longer able to climb ladders and spend too much time on our knees, high shelves had been neglected and the oven was overdue for a cleaning. This is a family business. They arrived a few minutes early both for the estimate and on the cleaning appointment day, Pedro estimated it would take 2 people about 11 or 12 hours to everything that we wanted. They took every book off every shelf, moved every piece of furniture, cleaned every wall, door, window, and baseboard, emptied items from the closets in order to clean the floor, and more. They arrived a little before 8 AM and finished just about 8 PM. They bring all their own cleaning supplies and equipment. They are hard working, pleasant, and good at what they do. They clearly take pride in their work and in having satisfied customers. The results were amazing. The house not only looks clean, it IS clean. We have arranged to have them return in 3 weeks for a "regular" cleaning. They love dogs, which was a plus for us as we have a busy Yorkie. When it was time to pay the bill, I had forgotten that first time Angie's List members get a $15 discount -- but Pedro didn't -- and deducted that amount from the total. A great experience in every way.

they were great ... the only reason that I would hesitate to give a good review is because I want to keep them to myself. on time and very thorough. My place needed a DEEP cleaning and they gave it. I was amazed and thankful. They started upstairs and cleaned areas I didn't even know I had. I am sure this job was longer than they expected, but they were professional and very nice to deal with.

The initial interview with Pedro went well: he was personable and inspired trust. During the interview, he went through the house to determine what would need to be cleaned and to pinpoint specific problem areas that perhaps I had not noticed. Having just moved in one month previously, I had performed a very detailed cleaning myself due to havng had an allergic reaction. Pedro easily spotted the areas I didn't clean (windows, blinds) and pointed out the areas that were surprisingly clean due to my cleaning (closet shelves, baseboards). His scrutiny told me that he had an eye for detailed cleaning which is exactly what I was looking for. He said that my house would need a "partial deep clean" due to the current state. At the end of the assessment, he explained that he would be unable to clean himself due to having had surgery on his wrist. Instead, his wife and son would be doing the initial deep clean. He estimated 8-10 hours for the cleaning at $30 per hour. He was able to schedule the cleaning to happen quickly. On the day, they were about 30 minutes late in arriving due to traffic problems. They completed the house in 11 hours. The cleaning team worked hard and consistently throughout the day, taking only a 15 minute break for lunch. The cleaning was thorough and included every area I would have done myself as well as both balconies. They removed every book from bookshelves to dust the shelves and the books. They also moved everything from within the undersink cabinets to clean and removed everything from the floor of the closet to clean it as well. The amount of time it took was equivalent to what it would have taken me had I performed the job myself. Pedro came and went during the day to supervise and to provide additional instructions. At the end of the job, he spoke to me by phone to ensure that I was satisfied. I was. My only disappointment was that the son had thrown away all partially used bars of soap and a magazine left in the bathroom. As one of the soaps was a special facial soap, I was distressed. I told the son, and later Pedro, that they should not throw away soap. Pedro explained that they throw away soaps that seem very small, apologied, and offered to pay for the soap. After they left, I realized that the entire floor that I had just seen them mop had a gritty feel. I called Pedro the next day and reported the problem. He talked to his wife and discovered that it was Comet residue from cleaning the bathrooms. I asked him to come over that day to re-mop the floors. He brought over another girl who re-mopped the floors twice while Pedro, again, apologized. At the end, he asked if I was happy with the floor, insisting that I try it out. The problem was fixed to my satisfaction and I was happy with the speed of resolution. I was pleased with the level of detail, the price, and the service. I set up a regular cleaning schedule. No contracts were signed, and he verbally affirmed bonding and insurance.

The experience was wonderful from beginning to end. Pedro came out to give me an estimate. He had me walk him through the entire home, listing in detail everything I wanted them to do. When he came with Carolina and another employee for the deep cleaning, they did everything I'd asked of them and more. My mother is an extremely picky woman who goes over my home with white gloves every time she visits, so they paid special attention to dusting every flat surface, cleaning the baseboards (pulling all the furniture away from the walls) and tops of the doors, and even dusting the picture frames. They cleaned my balcony, and organized my closets. I was surprised to find that they'd stripped my beds, washed the sheets, and put clean sheets back on, which was a HUGE help. They cleaned the washer and dryer, the fridge (inside and out), inside all the kitchen cabinets and the pantry. The entire thing was a job exceptionally well done, and well worth the money to DRAMATICALLY decrease my stress level! I will definitely use them again in the future.

Great. Please see above comments. I was realistic in how long the job was going to take, and they were as well. We discussed what would and would not be done prior to each cleaning so that we each had expectations. Great job.

I own a rental property that was left very dirty and trashed by the renters and I had to have the entire house and back patio cleaned. Magic Touch Cleaning was very responsive to my call and looked at the property the same day that I called them. They scheduled work to be done the following two days. The person I dealt with was very responsive and kept in touch with me from start to finish. This was very important to me because I live in Denver, Colorado, but the property is in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. I was extremely impressed and satisfied by this company !

Upon arrival, a little late due to car problems, they went right to work and cleaned everything from top to bottom. The work was exceptional and even things I didn't think of were cleaned. In all it was a very good job.

It went extremely well, they showed up on time and were very organized and my home was spotless when they were done.

We had bought a new home and wanted them here all day and wanted the whole house cleaned. They rushed thru washing the floors which I had to re-do the next day. They did a lot and really did a pretty good job. The pricing was very fair.

My mother's 90th birthday was Jan. 4 and after the holidays, I was overwhelmed! I had planned a formal dinner for 22 people and by Dec. 29th, I knew I just couldn't pull it off by myself. Our previous housekeeper had left for Germany 3 years ago after 15 years of housecleaning, being part of our "family", etc... and although I've tried a few cleaning services, the effort to find a replacement was more hassle than doing it myself. Feeling the pressure mounting, I called Pedro and requested a cleaning Jan. 2 but they were booked. The best he could do he said was Dec 31. Can you imagine??? A new cleaning service on New Year's Eve??? They arrived at 8:00 am and stayed until 6:00pm. Rebecca and Noria did an outstanding job and when Pedro and Caroline arrived to critique their job and the girls were not done yet, we invited them (Pedro and Caroline while the girls finished) to a much needed glass of wine with us on the patio. We shared traditions, the importance of family and they not only had our business, but my husband's office and my mother's condo as well. They are good, honest people. Hardworking and conscientious. I would highly recommend them and look forward to using them in the future as a permanent cleaning service.

Our home has 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, 3 cats and a dog, plus lots of area rugs, antiques, books and collectibles. The pet hair alone is a nightmare. Pedro and his crew from Magic Touch Cleaning did an EXEMPLARY job. This was the first thorough cleaning we had in years. They were on time, polite, hard working and they were wonderful to work with. They cleaned everything to perfection. I recommend them without reservation.

They did a magnificent job in cleaning everything! Pedro was great. They came in on time they were very friendly and nice. I would definitely use their service again and I would highly recommend them. You can t get anyone better and I trust them with my antiques and collectibles!

They did a great job it was excellent. They were extremely professional. They were always on time. They just did a fantastic job. They were the best company I have had.

I'm very disappointed with the workmanship that had been conducted by this company. Problem #1 is I NEVER got a phone estimate!! Pedro stated, "Don t worry, not more than $150." Sure. Twelve hours later, at $30 an hour!?! From $150 now to $350!! Problem #2 is that they're NOT using professional equipments/items. The item they use looks like they bought it from a dollar store (which they probably have), not using professional chemicals, degreasers, CLOROX!! Just plain soap and water! Problem #3 is they where very late. Problem #4 is what could have taken them 4 hours to do, they stretch and milked it to 12 hours?? Totally ridiculous. Please don t make the same mistake I did, and go with someone else.

We couldn't be happier and feel lucky to have found them. We've been searching for this kind of help for a couple of years, and we think we finally found it. Peter (Pedro) was very thorough and upfront. We had to change the schedule and he was able to accommodate us. They called to confirm the schedule and arrived on time. We talked about what needed to be done, and then they got to work. We can't believe how much they accomplished in such a short period of time. No detail was spared, and they did a far better job at cleaning our house than we ever did. They did work we didn't ask them to do. Throughout the entire cleaning, they were friendly and yet kept on working hard. They knew what they were doing and rarely when they asked questions, it was easy to communicate an answer. We have no complaints and would happily recommend this company to others. They really did a great job and we've asked them to come back regularly.

The positive experience with this service started with the initial phone call. Pedro was extremely nice and accommodating to my schedule. Pedro and Rebecca did an amazing job. My son has asthma and I told Pedro my primary concern was the dust. Pedro and Rebecca dusted surfaces that I never thought of dusting. Pedro moved things and pieces of furniture around and really cleaned every surface. I have never seen my house so clean and did not know some parts of my house could be that clean such as the bathtub (my son asked if we got a new tub). After he left, I kept finding surprises such as a nicely organized medicine cabinet. Rebecca accidentally broke the fan while cleaning it (it fell). Although I don t believe it was her fault as she was just cleaning it, Pedro was extremely apologetic and insisted on going to the home improvement store with my husband to replace it. He is sending over a handy man to put it up. He is absolutely amazing. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this service. Pedro and Rebecca are as nice as can be and they did a fantastic job.

Pedro was very helpful and informative. He arrived 10 minutes early and worked hard to do a good job. They did an excellent job with the kitchens and bathrooms. The only thing I would have liked is for them to use more bleach and disinfectant. I did not tell Pedro this in advance, but I am sure when I use him in the future he will be able to accommodate me. Pedro's primary concern is making sure he does a thorough job according to what makes his clients happy.

It was great. They did an amazing job at cleaning the house and kept on task all day. I have never seen my house so clean. Their cleaning system obviously works for them and I was very happy to not have to do any cleaning for a week. (I am picky and usually start cleaning again 1 day after my regular cleaners come). The place still sparkles and the windows look amazing. I only hope that he hires someone worthy of his reputation and continues to grow. They are truly an asset to their trade.

All of the things I mentioned above were done. Since I was moving to the house in less than a week, I asked Pedro to squeeze me in before the movers came. He agreed to do so and was very polite and professional. When he arrived at the house, my husband let him in, at that time Pedro estimated 7-8 hours for him and his wife to do the work. It took 10 hours @ $30/hr. He told me he didn't anticipate the number of windows and blinds. To his credit it is a somewhat large house with lots of blinds. After about 8 hours I drove over to the house to check his progress. He took me through the house and showed me everything they had done so far. He even encouraged me to check for dust and dirt in the most obscure places. I essentially ran my fingers across baseboards, tops of mirrors and chair rails, inside drawers, etc. There was no dust to speak of. I was very happy with the work. I did the same with the blinds and window sills with the same results. There was apparently some garbage left throughout the house (fast food cups, old towels, etc). They bagged all those things up and got rid of them. When they finally finished at 11:00pm my husband drove over to pay them. I saw the final results when we moved in a 2 days later. They did an EXCELLENT job. I unpacked the boxes with my kitchen stuff and all the cabinets and drawers were impeccably clean I could not have done a better job (and my standards are high). I thought I might have to go back and wipe out the drawers and cabinets myself NOT. As I ve been unpacking, I ve noticed a few missed spots that had dust or dirt (part of a chair rail in one bathroom, and shutters on one closet door). But this was minor for me, given the great detail and thoroughness with which they worked. I would definitely use them again, especially now that I ve unpacked and need the old things to be cleaned as thoroughly as the house was.

These people are great, friendly, fast, and enthusiastic. Pedro is tall and strong and really puts his whole body into the cleaning effort. Rebbeca is small and detail oriented. They have it covered from top to bottom. When my room is finished it looks like a hotel room. When the kitchen is finished it looks like a magazine cover.

I called to get another regular house cleaner as my house cleaner became ill and is no longer able to clean houses. I needed to have the monthly cleaning of the house. I was told 2 people would clean for $30/hour. Since my 1 cleaning person takes about 6 hours, I figured they should be no more than 4. I left the house after explaining what I wanted done. They asked if I wanted 'deep cleaning' and I said no, just clean the bathrooms, dust, wipe all the counters in the kitchen, put clean linens on the beds and vacuum/mop all the floors. "No need to clean the oven," as we are planning to do a move out cleaning in a couple months. I left and came back 5 hours later to find they were not close to finished yet! As the dollars were adding up, I asked how much longer. They said they were deep cleaning! What had been cleaned looked fine but the floors were only vacuumed with a small vacuum (I offered mine but they said they had their own). I talked to the owner while they were there and told him this was taking way too long (especially at $30/hr.)! He said he would tell them to finish up, and after they left, I found that under the beds was still full of dust and cat hair! Overall, the house did not feel clean and I had to pay them $165 (180-$15 coupon) after 6 hours! That is double what it costs for one person and a better end result. I was not happy and my husband could not believe I paid for that.
