Pedro was very professional and responsive. He did a detailed tour of the house and quoted me for a detailed clean (I was just looking for routine maintenance) However, he pointed out to me the 'neglected area's' of my routine cleaning and how a 1 time detailed clean would make the maintenance much more effective / easy. Both my husband and I were very impressed with the level of professionalism and overall quality of their work.

Pedro and his crew are absolutely awsome!!! I have used various house cleaners, private and commercial for the last 25 years, I have never experience such excellent service as Magic Touch has provide. I have been using them now for about 6 months they are truly great. Pedro and his team are always professiona, punctual, flexable and friendly, but most important they do an excellent job.

I have been using Magic Touch for almost 2 years. They come every 2 weeks. They are extremely flexible, dependable, courteous, and professional. Pedro is the owner/operator and he goes the "extra mile" to ensure that everything you want/need is taken care of. His employees are freindly and trustworthy. After almost 2 years of using them, they still treat me like a new customer and go to great lengths to ensure that everyone (esecially my wife) is completely satified. It has never been a problem to change the scheduled time/date if something comes up. Pedro has become more then just a service provider, he has become like a freind of the family. Even my Labrador retreiver enjoys Pedro's visits, as he know he will take time to play with him. If everything is not completely perfect, Pedro insists that you tell him, so he can remedy the problem, no matter how small the issue. I have never had any concerns about leaving the girls unattended while they clean, and have never had any problem that Pedro was not able and willing to resolve. I highly recommend Magic Touch for any and all of your cleaning needs.

Pedro was very responsive. His team did excellent work. My house looked fantastic when they were done. We will be using them for maintenance cleans going forward.

I had made an appointment for Pedro and his staff to come to my condo on March 3rd. After they unloaded their equipment (and it is a lot), I noticed a note on the door that the water would be shut off from 9am to 1pm that very day. Pedro couldn't have been more gracious and I was more upset that he was. We scheduled an appointment for March 9th. They arrived promptly with Pedro leaving Caroline, Marguerite and Mickey to do the cleaning and they were wonderful. They did the blinds and windows, moved all the furniture to clean behind them and the baseboards, the floors, fans, furniture and everything else that needed to be done. The stall shower of my bath had rust stains and was generally yucky but whoever cleaned it (may have been Mickey) did a great job, it never looked cleaner. They finished in the allotted time (7-1/2 hours) and Pedro came back to inspect. He checked for dust, was unhappy with the way my glass coffee table looked and asked them to redo it. He found a little dust on the top of my shower door and cleaned it himself. I was extremely pleased with the way my condo looked. My sliding doors were sparkling. Pedro and his ladies are professional, courteus and pleasant altho I would have liked at least one of the women to speak English. I will recommend this company to anyone wishing a professional cleaning job and am planning to have them back on a regular basis.

Went very well from start to finish. Pedro was very accommodating from the beginning. He even drove out to my home two total times to discuss the pricing, explain his cleaning process, etc.

They did a truly excellent job cleaning. The whole thing took ten hours, so it cost a bit more than I had hoped -- but henceforward cleanings will be much faster and quite reasonable. Great job, great service! Truly and completely pleased.

Excellent. Best work I?ve ever seen. Pedro, Carolina and their staff are so professional. Their job is the best. My house was left in pristine condition. And they schedule the job to my convenience. Work straight from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. Did everything they promise and more. I will hire them again anytime

Pedro accommodated us and went out of his way to help us - we needed someone to come into the condo and clean out and throw out old items while the owner was away and before she returned. Pedro spoke with the daughter who lives out of state and Magic Touch handled all the cleaning and removing of old items. They were professional, prompt and friendly. The place was immaculate. We were pleased and would use them again!

I was moving out of my townhouse and wanted to leave behind a clean place. I checked Angie's list and sent a note to Magic Touch. Mr. Pedro Osain responded that night. Wednesday night, Mr. Osain visited my place to estimate the time, spaces and manpower required to deliver a quality solution. This is a true Mom and Pop shop. A small business where every level of the company is intimately involved in the work and the results. The quality, demeanor and dedication demonstrated by this team deserves prosperity and respect. Thursday afternoon, the Magic Touch team came in and went to work. It was 4:30 pm, late in the day, but you wouldn't know it. They came in and attacked, dividing their work confidently and quietly. All the while, they were considerate, friendly and professional at a time that can charitably be called inconvenient. I unreservedly recommend Magic Touch. They are wonderful people who provide a great service. I wish them a great deal of success.

The manager/owner was very professional. I called on 12-23-09 to inquire about availability for 12-29-09 and used this company on both 12-24-09 and 12-29-09 just in time for holiday parties, etc. I couldn't believe they were able to accomodate me on 1 days notice to clean my home on chrismas eve. the ladies did an excellent job and the manager came in at the beginning and end to make sure the job was done right. I have a regular cleaning lady (who was away on vacation) but if i did not, they would have landed the job. A little more than I am used to paying for my home to be cleaned, but worth it with short notice and good quality.

I contacted Pedro approximately one week ago to start cleaning on my residence I just purchased that was previously owned. The entire residence was in complete disarray, filthy and trashy, and needed a major once over cleaning prior to making it livable. I called him on a Friday and told him that I was ready for the house to be cleaned at which time he advised me that he and his crew would be able to start on Monday at 8 am. I found his cost to be very reasonable for the work that needed to be done. When Monday morning came around, Pedro called me exactly at 8 am, ready to work. He was very punctual. Pedro and his crew worked tirelessly for 2 days starting from 8 am and not finishing till 6 pm at night, both nights, and kept in contact with me throughout both days to keep me up-to-date. They went above and beyond my expectations. The house went from poor shambles to an extremely clean and polished, beautiful home, that I can now call "home". I thank Pedro and his crew for the hard work they put into my new house and appreciate everything they have done. I would absolutely use them again in the future for routine cleanings.

Pedro's team of 3 arrived right on time and went to work immediately. The did a great job, were extremely professional, courteous and accommodating. They all cleaned diligently for 10+ hours with each rotating only a *very* short break for a bite to eat at lunchtime. I was shocked at the level they went to in order to get my house so clean! They even went as far as cleaning out the tracks and screens for my windows. Pedro came by throughout the day as well as at the finish, to make sure everything was going smoothly. I would absolutely recommend Pedro and his group to anyone needing this service.

I am very satisfied with the job they did. To be sure, they took a fair amount of time cleaning the apartment, but there were no surprises there. It was in perfect conformity with what I was told before they began their work.

Pedro and his crew arrived early on Monday morning and cleaned until 10:00 at night. They came back on Tuesday and worked until the early evening. Every detail was addressed. The entire home shines. Appliances and ducts that had an accumulation of dirt are now spotless. All outside surfaces such as tiles and glass are now really clean. I could not be happier and plan to use this company on a regular basis.

Pedro came out and estimated the cost for 3 people detailed cleaning. He was right on and the ladies that came out never stopped cleaning! If they took even a break in the 7 hours they were at our home I didn't see it! I even tried to get them to take one! We were having an engagement party at home for many and I wanted everything to look fabulous and it did! They did windows, would have done the fridge if I needed, they even did the tracts of the windows and patio doors. We have dogs and cats and not one of our guests had to take and allergy pill the house was so clean. I will have them back as OFTEN as I possibly can. Now I will be on a cheaper schedule now that it's been detailed. Give up lattes for a month if you have to - to have this crew do your house!

It was one of the best experiences I have had with a company such as that. They came on time and worked into the evening. They even cleaned toothpaste residue off my electric toothbrush charger! In the end, my house looked and smelled fresh and new!

Pedro was very sensitive of our situation as we were moving in soon after a long renovation. This renovation included the messy and dusty removal of popcorn ceiling. Pedro came with his team of 4 people and they started 6:30 in the morning of our move-in day. By the time we arrived with our furniture the work was almost completed. 12 hours of work later, the home was spotless clean from baseboards to ceilings, windows and window screens. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone, my only complaint is in the pricing area, whereas Angie's list description of the company mentions $35/hour, I was charged $45, but still it was all worthy!

Sparkling windows...funiture shines like never before....my closet is a dream...still have too many clothes for space but now I see what I have...kitchen cabinets and refrig sparkle....stuff is where I can get to it...Bathrooms really shine.....This team with Pete's direction.......makes you feel comfortable comfortable while they are in your home.......................

the oven and refrig were spotless. the window treatments were cleaner than they have ever been. the agreed upon price was kept. they are more than competent. they perform their tasks efficiently with exceptional care. i would without reservation recommend this firm. i will use them again

Our home was in desperate need of a deep cleaning. Dust and dirt had built up everywhere, and after having a child things got even worse. Pedro and his team spent two days and many hours cleaning everything. They were very thorough. My wife and I were very please with the job that they did. We have since had them back twice to clean on a bi-weekly schedule.

From the first call for information to the day of service Pedro was responsive, called back in a timely manner and showed up on time. If he was going to be detained he called to let me know - very profressional. They estimated the time of service and came pretty close to it - as I had added a couple of things while they were on site. I am now arranging regular bi-weekly service with them and would highly recommend them to anyone who is as fussy as I am.

A crew of three people worked all day, and the townhouse was immaculate when they had finished. It was practically a brand new condo !! Great job and very professional and punctual. I would definitely hire them again.

We could not keep up with routine cleaning as my wife and I both work and have demanding schedules. Then we had to have our home tented for termites and it was a cleaning disaster; we have had construction work continuing since. Peter came out to review everything in advance with my wife and Carolina, Noria, and Luis came out and they worked for 2 days and into the night for 2 days. What a relief!!! This outfit is a godsend for anyone who just needs help. They even do windows and scrubbed our showers and kitchen so they look better than they ever have. Since then we have had them out for routine cleaning and to keep up with the dust caused by light construction work. Peter has always been great in working with our schedule and they always show up on time and no messing around when they are here. Again we are so greatful as we have been through other cleaning services that have fallen short.
