Pedro's team did an incredible job cleaning my home. I had been renovating my home for the past 6 months so I was in desperate need of a deep cleaning. Pedro came right out to estimate the amount of time needed. He was able to schedule me in on my requested dates. Pedro has an incredible team, they were so friendly and worked their butt's off, after 2 days of them dusting and scrubbing my home is sparkling clean, nothing was skipped over, windows were cleaned, furniture was moved, inside cabinets were wiped, oven was scrubbed, even my junk drawer was organized! It is so refreshing to find a cleaning company that follows through and actually cleans the way it should be done. I have now hired them on a regular schedule to come every 2 weeks. Hire Magic Touch, you will not be disappointed!!

I used Magic Touch to clean my home prior to Christmas. I had another cleaning service prior to them, but that service company failed to show up one too many times so I contracted Magic Touch. Magic Touch did a first time complete cleaning job and the job they did was outstanding. Not only did they do a great job, but after cleaning each room, asked me to look everything over to make certain I was happy with their work. By the way, they cleaned items overlooked, or just not done by the other cleaning service. I was so pleased and impressed by the quality of service, they now clean my home every other week; 2-people for $90.00, $10 more than I was paying the prior service, but significantly better in cleaning quality. I highly recommend Magic Touch.

The women did a fantastic job. I was a bit apprehensive about how expensive the first cleaning was going to be but the quality of the work made it more than worth it. At the end of the day Pedro came back to the house and went thought checking every crack and crevice. He even had the women redo a few things that did not meet his standards. Personally it all looked clean to me but I guess he is the expert. In all the years I have been a homeowner I have never had maid service this good. They are a little more expensive than some others but the quality of the work is so far above anyone else out there I will never use anyone but Magic Touch Cleaning. I will be using them every two weeks going forward.

It took two days to perform the deep clean and the crew finished in the exact time that Pedro had estimated. The ladies were hard working, thorough, and very professional. They were so thorough that they were on our roof cleaning the windows in the rain no less. The result was a sparkling clean home fit for our wedding guests and for the holidays. We were very pleased with the quality and the price that Magic Touch offers and have scheduled follow up appointments to keep our home clean. They just completed the first such regular cleaning yesterday and will be coming every two weeks going forward. This takes them 2 people for 3 hours @35/hr = $105. We are so happy to have a clean home at a reasonable price!

Service team showed up on schedule and worked steadily to accomplish everything thoroughly and profesionally. Owners monitored customer satisfaction. Team double checked to make sure I was satisfied as a customer.

Everything went well. They also cleaned additional details when requested without any attitued. Overall I was very happy and will use Magic Touch Again!!

My experience with Magic Touch was fantastic. The company owner met me at the apartment to initially inspect it and determine what services I needed. He then called me the day before the cleaning appointment to confirm the appointment time. On the day of the appointment--a Saturday--the owner and the housekeeper who performed the cleaning work arrived at the time promised. The owner gave the housekeeper specific instructions, and she went to work. When she was finished, the place sparkled. Her work was very thorough and showed great attention to detail. I truly felt that my apartment had been cared for. I also thought that the price charged was quite reasonable for the level of service I received. Based on this experience, I have hired Magic Touch to perform regular cleanings. I have used other cleaning services in the past, some good, but none of them approached the exceptional service provided by Magic Touch. I give them my highest recommendation.

I never had a cleaning service before but Magic Tough Cleaning is great!! Arrived o n time and got to work on the deep cleaning that was much needed. Pedro, the owner, is a perfectionist! Every thing is clean and sparkling!! Great job!!!

I initially paid $115.00 for some extra cleaning. They even grouted my guest bathroom tile, and cleaned behind my washer, dryer and refrigerator. I now have have them clean bi-monthly for $70.00. I have a two bedroom, two bath condo and have seen them on their hands and needs cleaning my tile and the tracks of my sliding glass doors. They are responsible, honest and often have a "supervisor" on site to verify the quality of their work. They were $10.00 per cleaning more than my prior cleaning service but well worth it. I would recommend them to anyone.

We hadn't had our windows cleaned in about three years, so they were extremely dirty. Pedro was accommodating in setting up both appointments for the estimate and the cleaning. He was very clear during the quote process and explained his company's additional services (regular housecleaning, etc.) without any kind of hard sell. Rather than give a long narrative of my overall excellent experience with Magic Touch, I'll just list the main positives and (minor) negatives of their window cleaning service: PROS *Great Customer Service - Besides what I listed above, Pedro made sure I was happy with the job before it was over. He sent his partner, Carolina, over to my house to supervise the ladies during the last hour of work and she ensured that almost everything was completed. *Excellent Employees - Three very hardworking, pleasant ladies came to do the actual window cleaning. They were exceptionally thorough in most tasks. I was especially impressed that they removed every one of my screens and cleaned them (with sponges, soap and water--not just hoses). They also fully scrubbed out the tracks/sills of the windows so they now seem brand new. *Extras - In addition to the window cleaning, they swept my back patio and screen enclosure. They also cleaned my front porch light. *Charged exactly the amount quoted. (Not counting the well-deserved tips for the ladies, of course.) CONS (very minor) *Punctuality - Pedro was a little late for each appointment (30 minutes or so). He did call ahead both times to let me know he would be late, so really not a big deal to me. *Over commitment - Although our house is just a single level, one of our bedrooms has a very high ceiling and I was concerned that they wouldn't be able to reach/clean its six small top windows. Pedro assured me that he had a ladder that would reach them. On the cleaning day, though, there was no extra ladder and my ladders weren't tall enough to reach the windows. Really not a big deal, since I didn't think those windows could be cleaned anyway. All in all, this was a great experience and I would definitely use Magic Touch again.

They did a great job, it took them 2 days to clean the entire place, they had a crew of 3 people. I left the house with them inside and not a single item went missing. Very good job, honest and hard working people. I recommend their services without hesitation, and I'm planning on using them on a frequent basis.

I left a key for them to access the unit and Pedro personally drove 45 minutes to return the key to me and settle the invoice. I checked the unit today and am completely satisfied. What I find delightful and impressive is that we have the Magic Touch owner show up in person to assess the work and personally oversee the work itself and personally return the key. Pedro's work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare and impressive. He deserves his success! Thank you Pedro!!!

They have broken things before, and he has always offered to replace the items, but he never does. He never has the same people for more than two visits. I can tell that the girls who work for him are not trained properly. He has also missed appointments and been late before. Every two weeks he is supposed to come and do a cleaning. He will call and say that he forgot and that he will give me a free cleaning--never does. He is a very smooth talker, but not a very good house cleaner.

The salesman was very professional and I liked him a lot, as they sounded like a terrific service and had great grades on Angie's List at the time. The 2 girls who came to clean my home didn't speak any English, so it made communication difficult. Several items in my home were broken, including the faucet on my sink. They worked slower than I expected, and didn't get everything done in the 4 hours I paid them for. I was disappointed and contacted the salesman after they were done cleaning. He sent someone out quickly to fix the faucet, as if he was used to having this happen with his cleaning crew. I will never use Magic Touch again.

I searched on Angies List and called the company. They were responsive and punctual with a quote. They scheduled as I desired, showed up on time, were professional and friendly throughout and their work was great. I will use them again in the future. This was a great service experience and I don't experience that often with companies coming into my home.

Very happy with Pedro and his crew - they came on time, brought all cleaning supplies - worked extremely hard, nonstop. It was a pleasure having them take care of the house while we prepped for Thanksgiving. Would definitely have them back, especially before or after entertaining - money well spent. Great job!!! The team arrived on time and the owner, Pedro, personally walked them through our condo, pointing out key areas to be certain to cover. At first I thought they were taking forever to get each area done, but their attention to detail shows in the super clean outcome. This was an excellent investment and we would highly recommend considering a 'deep cleaning' as it is so very thorough and worth every bit of what we paid for it. Now, we can continue lighter cleanings on a routine basis. A delightful experience with an upbeat team of people who know how to clean.

Everything went excellent. They did an amazing job. They were very thorough, did little extra things I didn't even ask for which included: inside refridgerator, inside closets, reorganized my main closet, moved furniture, and scrubbed my bathroom tiles from the ceiling to floor. They worked for 11 hours and I've scheduled future cleanings.

Responding to our morning call to Magic Touch Cleaning Co., the owner, Pedro Osain, came that afternoon to size up the areas to be cleaned. This was not our first project with Pedro and because of our prior satisfaction with his people, we knew we would receive quality service and at a fair price. The following morning, Pedro, Carlos and Jose arrived exactly as scheduled and with Pedro's supervision, they began moving all the furniture into the garage. After giving his instructions to Carlos and Jose and with the rooms cleared of furniture, they began to steam clean the wall-to-wall carpets in the designated rooms. They then proceeded to move aside and clean all the area rugs followed by the cleaning of the tiled floor areas. This took the entire day and the two of them worked non-stop. At one point I had to actually insist that they take a lunch break. The following day, with the carpet and rugs fully dry, they returned for final vacuuming along with touch-up and grout cleaning. Furniture was then returned to their original locations and Perdo returned to do a final walk-through & inspection. The rooms looked great and the floors were spotless. My wife and I were once again extremely pleased.

I would say that their prices are a little high. Their service is decent. They are responsive and punctual.

Pedro and his son came to our house to give an estimate. It was more than we could afford at one time - 3 days for 8 hours. But I asked them to do a maintenance cleaning, and they did a very thorough job in 1 day, 8 hours. Offered to do the other initial cleaning tasks (grout, closets, patio, etc.) gradually with each additional cleaning so we can spread out our payments. Gave us a discount of $45 (one hour). Very, very hard workers, and the son supervised to make sure everything ran smoothly. Pedro himself is coming over this week to re-grout our shower for no charge! He insists on perfection and delivers. My husband and I hired this company because I suffer from chronic pain and he has a badly sprained ankle, so we had a lot of clutter built up and needed the house clean for a party we're hosting and soon-to-arrive house guests. We usually de-clutter all of the surfaces before having a cleaning company come over, but we physically couldn't do that this time - they did it for us, organizing everything instead of just putting it back where it was. I was particularly impressed with Kim, who took the very messy bedroom and made it beaufitul! She was so detail-oriented and even organized my jewelry and makeup! We will definitely continue to use this company and highly recommend it.

Pedro arrived 3 days before my son was due to have surgery, and reassured me that he could get my hopelessly undermaintained home to hospital cleanliness with his team of professionals.....and the deep clean began as scheduled, with 3 beautiful angels that removed every speck of dust in my son's room, without damaging one exceedlingly fragile lego model.......and the rest of the house hasn't been this clean since we moved in - windows, floors, bathrooms and MORE - even the interior of the closets are dust free :-) I'm looking forward to next Tuesday - we've made so much progress, we're going to keep THE MAGIC TOUCH in my home quite regularly

Fabulous! I called on a Saturday and Pedro stopped by the next day to give us a quote, the next Tuesday they came and did the deep clean. They were great, only missed one thing they said they would do but very minor (cleaning grout in master bath) they did everything else. Now they clean our place biweekly, and always pay attention to little details.
