called for an appt for an estimate and Pedro came to the house and told me what would be done and what it would cost.we scheduled a time for them to come. it cost a little kore than I expected but was worth it. I have scheduled them to return monthly.Every one was pleasant and professional.

I have used cleaning services previously and have ALWAYS been disappointed. I have a large town home and needed a deep cleaning from top to bottom so I decided to try this service out.Pedro was very responsive and communicative. He came to my home and reviewed everything with me before giving me an estimate. The estimate was quite fair for the work that was requested.The deep cleaning took two days with three workers. I watched most of it and have to say that they worked virtually non-stop. They brought me things they found while cleaning that needed my attention (e.g. cash, a check, etc). They did an amazing job with the entire place which included organizing closets, etc.Pedro came a few times during the two days to make sure things were going well and to make sure I was happy (and I think to say hello to my dog, haha).I would have NO reservation recommending them.

I called Pedro and he picked up his phone immediately- You can always reach him on the phone or text- he came to see the house and gave us a quote. I had to reschedule a couple times because the remodeling was delayed. Pedro was always fine with that. Finally we were ready. He came with his team and walked me through the house and let me know what he and his team was going to do- he was very specific and ensured that his team knew what was expected. Then he had me inspect the job when it was done to make sure that I was satisfied! he delivered everything he said he would do and more!

They were excellent. Pedro came a few days before and went over all the things that the cleaning people were going to do. He asked me questions about what I wanted done. The ladies came and did everything I wanted. My house looks great.

My house was ready to go and as always, Pedro did some magic! His cleaners move furniture, go under beds and really do a thorough job when cleaning. It was only the second time he cleaned for me and now, his company is the one I have cleaning regularly for me! Great job and what an accommodating nice man!

The best company experience I have had in Florida. The girls surpassed my expectations totally and left the house immaculate. They came on time and were hardworking, thorough, very polite and professional.

Pedro and his crew did a lot of extra things that I did not expect them to do in addition to the things he and I discussed the first time we met to discuss an estimate. In just 2 days they did an great job from the ground floor (incl garage) all the way to the 4th floor roof terrace.

They arrived at 9 am. They said they would be finished by 6 pm. There were 3 women, plus their boss, who left while they started cleaning. He mentioned that they should be able to do the job within 8 hours. He came back 3 hours later to check on them. He mentioned that they should be able to do the job within the time that was quoted. At 5:30 pm, I noticed that they had moved my sofa and love seat. I found damage on the carpet, and he tried to explain how his vacuum did not do the damage. I stated that the damage was not there before. At this point I did not want to argue with him. I had prior arrangements and had to leave, so I just wrote him a check. When I got home, and went in to the bathroom, and found that they over sprayed cleaner down the wall. This resulted in the color fading out of the wall, and I also found spots on other walls that were affected by their cleaner. Then I started looking around the rest of the house and found that they did not finish cleaning. The baseboards were still dirty, there were paper towels left outside under the window, and one of my screens was so bent that they couldn't even put it back in place. They also did not pull out the refrigerator completely, so that is still dirty under there, and also under the tool bin. This is when I decided to stop the payment on the check. This is when I called the man in charge (Pablo). He agreed to come back back on Monday to discuss damages and finish cleaning. I never heard from him, and they never showed up. They did do a good job on the rest of the house, which is why I wanted them to come back. The reason I think the job went wrong is because a unknown gentlemen who claimed to be the owners assistant showed up and started cleaning. I feel that he did not know where to start cleaning, and therefore resulted in the areas being missed.

It took them nearly 11 hours -- 3 girls with a couple of supervisors dropping in to check on them a few times during the day, and even to help the girls. They were cheerful and energetic and wonderful. I have had other services in the past but the constant loud chatter as they spoke to each other non-stop even is one was in the bathroom and the other was in the kitchen. I work and study from home so this was a pleasant and delightful surprise.

I've hired a cleaning company before and this company definately out-performed them. I was very hesitant to have a company come while I was not at home and at work (first time I have EVER done that for any kind of job at my home) but time constraints gave me no choice. Pedro was very sensitive to my nervousness on this issue and called me when they arrived, while they were there, and when they left to keep me updated. When I got home, they had done an amazing job. The cleaning was very thorough and things the last company did not get spotless, his company did. When my family came to visit the next day, they even commented on how spotless everything was. I was very pleased and plan to use his company for my regular cleanings.

The three started off in three different areas, one in the master bedroom suite, one for the china closet and the third helping in the master. They moved from bedroom to living room to other rooms and last in the kitchen. The kitchen drawers and lower cabinets (except for under the sink) were not done as time just ran out.

I needed them to get used to cleaning my house. It’s not that I had a negative response the first time, but it wasn’t positive. I needed them to get to know my priorities. Now that they’ve come here a few times, I love them! They’re excellent and I’ve recommended them to so many people. I don't generally give out A's, but I'd give them an A for trustworthiness. I sit outside on my deck and chat on the phone while they clean.

I was really pleased with the service. They were professional and worked extremely hard to make sure all of the details were perfect. They brought their own supplies and packed up all of the garbage from the cleaning. Three ladies worked for about 4.5 hours and made my house look amazing. It was an anniversary surprise for my wife, and she was completely shocked - we don't think it has looked this clean/good since we moved in a year ago. I think we will be having them come back more regularly. I highly recommend them.

Appointment was set for 8:00 a.m. Later Pedro, the company owner, called and adjusted the time to 8:30 a.m. They then arrived about 9:00 a.m. when Pedro said that the one man and one small woman would work for $40/hour. The one man and one small woman worked until 12:00 noon., unloading a half full moving container (POD 12 ft.) The only mishap maybe due to a language barrier as I don't speak Spanish, was that a wheeled cart was exchanged with one without wheels that was against the wall. Now I will have to take all the boxes off that shelf unit when I move the boxes again. Other-wise, the work was done well. However, Pedro informed me after the job, that work that I expected to pay $160.00 (3 hours at $40.00 put tip) for would be $350. His worker called when I gave him the check for $160. He didn't leave until I exchanged the check. I was outraged that he would change the price at the end like that. I can't understand how he could expect that much when his own ads state that for moving services with 3 men he charges $45/hour. I will never use his companies services again. Once he quoted an estimate I expected him to honor it. My advice to others is to get the estimate in writing. I will pursue a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

they did a great job and did anything i asked them to do

YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED !! HIRE THEM!!! We began noticing that our house was never really "clean" after the housecleaner would leave on Fridays.. so I joined angies list and started to look around for a new cleaning company. I called Magic Touch and spoke to Pedro the owner. He made promptly made an appointment to come look at the house and give me an estimate. He arrived on time at 8:30am with an amazing energy level and readiness. I knew the house needed a "spring cleaning" so I agreed to a deep clean at 45$ per hour for 3 girls at 10 hours. The girls showed up at 9:00am right on time. They brought everything necessary and got to work. The house was cleaned from the top down. Screens, windows, paintings, shelves, furniture and appliances.. they moved everything and cleaned underneath. Our master bathroom floor is stone and had hairspray built-up on it so the girls soaked the floor and scrubbed it clean. Now it looks like brand new! Pedro and his partner Caroline returned to the house throughout the day to supervise the work and Caroline was there for the last 3 hours. If I pointed out something it was done! Even though they and I did miss a few spots (2 tops of the door frames) the overall result was terrific! Our house was CLEAN and smelled amazing. They did not have enough time to deep clean my laundry room because my husband and I had dinner plans so I opted to hire Pedros crew for regular weekly cleaning and they are returning this Friday to finish the laundry and give the house a standard cleaning. (they also deep cleaned my mothers home the next day and did another amazing job) WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.. IF YOU NOTICE SOMETHING IS NOT DONE THE WAY YOU WANT.. JUST TELL THEM AND THEY WILL MAKE IT RIGHT! PEDRO AND CAROLINE ... IT WAS A PLEASURE!

job went well. they were on time. started early and continued on to complete the job on that day. I have never seen the condo this clean since it was built. they did everything including windows and screens. they are a hard working organization and due to pedro and his drive they do it right.

my house keeper became ill at the start of the week. By Tuesday things were getting a bit out of control. I'm a single Dad with two small children and they know how to turn clean into dirty real quick. I called "the magic touch" and they were at my house with in the hour. They stayed till 7pm and got it all done. I will be seeing them again very soon.

Prompt and courteous, the team wasted little time getting to work and cleaning the house from top to bottom, including little extras such as, removing and cleaning of all window screens, pulling furniture away from baseboards in order to clean baseboards and other such things which I noticed and appreciated.

I am so pleased I hired this company to perform a "deep clean" my home. I called for an estimate and Pedro came and inspected my home and told me everything that would be done. We scheduled the work and he called the day before to confirm. There were 2 ladies and 1 man who Pedro personally instructed on how to take care of my home. It sparkles and smells so good! The price was well worth all the work and detail they put in. Thanks for the great work and I look forward to my regular service.

Started at 10 am and finished at 6 pm Pedro is one of a kind in this day and age of useless companies !! He couldn't do enough !!

Three people came both days and worked very hard for 6 hours each day. They beautifully cleaned blinds that had so much dust and the fridge , bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, etc. The most pleasant surprise was the cleaning of my fairly large patio. It looked as though it had been professionally pressure cleaned after one of the ladies scrubbed it. Even the patio furniture was washed. I have a ledge in the living room with vases and knicknacks, which they climbed up to clean. They were very thorough and the house looked and smelled so clean. They even cleaned the air conditioning vent covers. I slept so soundly that night because there was no dust left in my bedroom. I felt the price was high, but it was truly worth all of the time and effort they put into it. I will use them again on a biweekly basis now that the initial deep cleaning is done.

He was a few minutes late but that was ok. He wanted to charge me $300.00 to clean a 2/2 condo. He wanted to pull everything out of all of my closets to dust in them and do general cleaning and a few windows. I told him I really only wanted a good cleaning with only a few windows washed too. He said he would send 3 women for 7 hrs. and that costs money. Believe me, I keep my place pretty clean and I've had cleaners here before and they only work with 2 women for 4hrs. for around $60.00. He said that he would have to use the 3 women. He wasn't listening to me. Guess his business is set up more for houses and not condos. I think they would have done a really good job but it was just too pricey for what I needed.

Everything was spotless. Three girls came and worked from 9am to 4pm. Pedro came when they were finished took me around the house and check everywhere to be sure I was happy. I was very happy.

I hired Magic Touch to do an initial deep clean of my 1,100 square foot house, and plan to use them on a bi-weekly basis going forward. A few days prior to the service date, the owner, Pedro Osain, met me at my house to walk through exactly what I wanted done. He is extremely courteous, professional, and I felt that he was looking out for my best interests. He and a staff of three women spent 11 hours at my house on the date of service, and they cleaned EVERYTHING - washed all windows, cleaned the kitchen cabinets inside and out, cleaned the oven, the bathrooms, mopped the floors, even pulled out my laundry machines and cleaned behind and under them (something I hadn't done when I'd bought the house out of foreclosure in 2009). They even laundered my linens and washed dishes! They definitely did not miss anything in going through the house, and I am so happy to know my house is sparkling clean. Pedro and one of his staff returned to my house the next day to walk me through everything that had been done (as I was at work while the service was being provided), and overall it was just a great experience. I look forward to the ongoing housecleanings!
