I chose this vendor solely because of the overwhelmingly good reviews on Angie's List. After meeting Pedro in person (nice guy but WILL try to aggressively up-sell), I booked them. On the day of their second visit, they couldn't find the place although the cleaning crew had and Pedro had already been their once each. They (the office, Pedro, and the cleaning crew) called my cell a combined seven times, while I was at work. I live at a really easy to find high-rise at a very prominent crossroad. After being very helpful during the first few calls, I lost it on the 7th phone call and told him to figure it out (with an expletive). I was busy at work, and they clearly hadn't tried Google maps (or checking their own notes), but it was not my best moment. After the 7th call, they figured it out. Fast forward until today. I 'm usually at work when they come over so I don't get to meet the actual crew or see their work, but today I was there to let them in and they showed up at 3:15PM. I asked them three times to clean the bedsheets and then left to let them do their thing. I came back at 4:30 to check out their progress, and they were already on their way out. And, you guessed it, the bed sheets were not cleaned. Pedro is a nice guy and I honestly believe he will try to make up for it, but this is only my fourth or so appointment and there have already been three strikes (1. upsold like i'm buying a car, 2. disruptive calls while at work due to lack of organization/communication on their end 3. skipping out early and not cleaning the bedsheets as explicitly asked). On top of that, although the cleaning was never bad, it was never better than average. I am a very fair person (i'm in client services myself), but this was it for me. I am cancelling as of today and I'll ask the front desk who they recommend.

We moved into our new house approx 4 months ago and my husband to be and I are incredibly busy. Planning a wedding, a three restaurants to run in south Florida and one set to open in a week. He has five others that he oversees up north. For my bridal shower we had family coming in to stay with us and the cleaning company I originally called bailed on me last minute saying, out of all things, it had been raining to hard, (really?!) and so he was going to have to reschedule. Now it's Wednesday and I have family coming in on Saturday, so I looked at Angie's magazine and randomly picked Magic touch... and I can't tell you enough how happy that my circumstances brought me to find them! First Pedro came by and took a look at my house and told me what he thought was needed and I agreed. I told him I needed it done by tomorrow (and while secretly wincing inside and hoping that this would work) he said almost immediately.. not a problem! The next day his team showed up, 3 girls and a supervisor for the first four hours and then a fourth girl showed up for the final 3 hours. I was on a super time constraint and they were able to get the job done. It was excellent work and they were there when I needed them. By the way, this was not a half a** job done off the cuff last minute.. they worked hard and efficiently to deep clean my house in seven hours, that means even taking everything out of my walk-in closet (and I mean EVERYTHING) and cleaning shelves and then replacing it exactly how it was if not somewhat more organized. Oh, did I forget to mention moving my washer and dryer to get behind and beneath it?! yea! they did that too! Short and simple they are the best I've ever had by far! Pedro will help make happen whatever you need! Don't miss out! I have them coming back every month!

Process was great. Pedro and his team were great to work with and did a wonderful job. The team worked very hard all day long to make our house sparkle. We'll be using them again in the future for regular house cleaning.

Excellent, more when what we expected we contract them 1 day before thanksgiving and they did the job we where cleaning untill 11 pm so we could have the house clean for thanksgivings, incredible job and very profesional.

Pedro came to quote, he was on time and we discussed every aspect of the job in detail. His team also showed up on time and did a fantastic job. The house was spotless when they had finished. The property had been vacant for 4 months during the summer and the previous tennants has left it in a shocking condition. But Pedro's team managed to work magic literally, they got things clean that I had been certain would need to be replaced as they were in such a terrible condition. I will certainly be using this company again!

We use them every two weeks. They do a good work. We will continue to use them in the future.

The women who attended to my outside windows were great. Pedro showed them where I lived and they had their own car. Pedro kept in touch throughout the morning. A great experience!

Oh my heavens, I am BLINDED by the white. Pedro arrived for an estimate and we discussed what needed done and how it would be accomplished. He promised amazing thoroughness from his workers (all super friendly and hardworking ladies) and they absolutely delivered on that promise. I contracted a 12 hour day with 4 of his employees, for a total of $60/hr. (Yes, a long day for us all, but this was due to the fact that I , personally, could not accommodate the scheduling of two days in a row for 3 gals at $45, which was Pedro's first recommendation).. Honestly, before he arrived that amount was more than I'd hoped to spend , but when he arrived, did a walk through with me, and described the services recommended, and also as I considered the current state of my house, I truly felt like taking the plunge was the right thing to do. It REALLY needed it. And I didn't' want to go halfway at that point. As I mentioned, they did NOT disappoint. Here are some of the things they did: My kitchen Oh My God! The gal that worked the kitchen (I don't know if it's proper to mention names of the ladies here, and am also afraid of misspelling at leats one, so I'll avoid it) left no spec of any dirt in her trail. It was a time consuming task, but she made the kitchen sparkle everywhere she went. She scrubbed Cabinets inside and out (taking out ALL items in the cabinet to clean thoroughly and replacing), she cleaned inside the fridge (fab job) and UNDER it. ANd so forth - too much to mention. The rest of the crew took the same attitude with the rest of the house. They cleaned fans, vents, the sliding glass doors' TRACKS, for heaven's sake. They cleaned tops of doorjamb . . everywhere you can think. At one point I walked in my bedroom, and one of the gals was using a wet, clean paintbrush to get at the crevices of a rock statue I had that was covered in dust because I had always skipped over those extra-hard to spots. Wow. All the ladies were pleasant and lovely to me. And I tried to treat them well in return. (Tipping is appropriate, by the way, and they will appreciate it if you let them know you think they did a great job with a tip, as well as with words). They did great by me and I am grateful. Pedro also did great. He ended the experience with a walk through, taking the pressure off me to be the only 'judge' . He has no issue ordering re-do if needed, as I've read in other reviews, but neither of us felt there was any need in my hours. So my experience was great. (To Pedro and his ladies: My Thanks, again! WIshing you well, and expecting to see you again sometime. )

House had not been thoroughly cleaned in many months since the passing of the owner. Pedro came out and provided a reasonable estimate, which included a first-time discount, so we scheduled the work for four hours the next day. The team of two workers arrived about one hour late and set to work, starting from the back of the house. Overall, they did a very thorough job and insisted that we verify that. Naturally, there were a few oversights, but they addressed them before departing a little later than scheduled. Besides doing an excellent job, the two workers were very personable. We will use the service again in the future.

The entire process was skillfully handled, I opened the door and they went to work and didn't stop they cpmpleted the job in an orderly and truly professional style. Do contact them. You won't be disappointed.

What I can say about Pedro is that he aims to please!! Not only is he very responsive, but the girls that cleaned my house had a lot of pride in the work that they do. The house not only looks a thousand times better but also smells so clean! His mission is to make you happy. I went to the house when the girls were finishing up and Pedro also happened to be there. We walked through the house and I pointed out a few (very) minor things and they took care of them right away. Not only was I happy, but my husband who is probably the pickiest man alive was "impressed"! That says it all. I would highly recommend The Magic Touch Cleaning Corp and would definitely use them again.

Pedro was professional and very kind when he came to provide an estimate for the job. I emailed for an estimate and Pedro came the next day to complete it. The work was scheduled for a week later. The crew arrived and all were very nice and got to work immediately. They cleaned in areas I would have never thought they were going to touch (behind the refrigerator, under the stove, outside the windows, etc.). The cleaning took longer than expected, but I didn't mind as our rental had never been properly cleaned when we moved in. We plan to use them on a monthly basis and we were very pleased overall.

Incredible work, from head to toe. They did absolutely everything I asked, and then some. Pedro was very responsive and wanted to make sure that I was very happy, which I was. I would/will use them in a second. I couldn't have been happier with the work they performed. Thank you again for the special job because my parents were coming to visit and my home really, really needed it. Pedro arrived the same day we called and provided us with a price estimate. Three ladies arrived on time on our agreed upon date and immediately began working. My work requires me to move frequently and I have lived in different places around the world and hired people to provide domestic cleaning all of my life. This company tops them all. The bathrooms, kitchen, sinks, windows, lights (10ft ceiling), ceiling fans, floors, look GREAT. We asked them to start off on our recently purchased home with a "deep cleaning" and look forward to having them return on a regular basis. We were moving out of our townhouse and wanted to have it thoroughly cleaned so that we could get all of our security deposit back. Pedro came to our place to give an estimate. I described our situation and goals, and he presented a few options for what could be done. We decided to clean everything--a deep housecleaning (Including the inside of the refrigerator and oven, vents, fans, blinds, etc.) ), window washing (interior and exterior), steam cleaning of the carpets, and tidying up of the patio. On cleaning day, Pedro and his team arrived promptly --a few minutes early even!--and Pedro immediately introduced me to the members of the 3-person cleaning crew. They finished in about 7 1/2-8 hours, about two hours earlier than the estimated, which was great because it was a Saturday. The place looked fantastic. The only small glitch was that we had asked the crew to re-hang the owner's new, unused fabric shower curtain and liner, which had put aside so that we could use our own. Somehow, the shower curtain instead got thrown out. We did not notice this when we looked over the place after the cleaning because we had to minimize how much we walked on the still-wet carpet and only quickly glanced into the master bedroom. So, the loss of the shower curtain and liner was partially our fault for not having noticed its absence until the day after the cleaning. However, Pedro offered to reimburse me for another shower curtain. Long story short, I bought a replacement curtain, Pedro promptly reimbursed me, and we got all of our deposit back. All in all, it was a great experience: Pedro is very nice to deal with; there was no hard sell; and the crew was thorough in their work and pleasant to deal with.

Owner brought in 4 women to clean 1 2700 sq ft house. Upon original walk-thru owner said the house was not bad. There were 4 women! They left cell phones in the car (which was a plus) however, I could hear them all chatting from downstairs all day. (Not that I have a problem with them talking or enjoying their jobs) but...8 hrs later, there were things not done that the owner upon inspection had to do. Neither of us realized at the time there were many cabinets not done. They were suppose to move anything movable to clean/organize. There were cabinets and a closet not touched. There were areas with light containers that were not bothered with & neither were the surrounding areas. At the end of the day (he said he was going to come check a couple of hrs B4 the end of the day so there was time but came at the end of the day) one of the owners came in to check the place out & by then, they all wanted to leave & I was tired & had things to do. They were here for 8 hrs, the house is not that big & there were things not done. The owner had to call the girls back at one point after they left already and 1 woman (possibly was assigned what was not done) refused to come back. At the end he charged me $455.00. HE KNEW this would be an incredible hardship on me from the get-go. I should have gotten the estimate in writing beforehand because I am sure that was NOT what was agreed on but I was freaking out!! I thought that was xxxxxxxx!!!!! ************ I changed the overall esperience because Pedro did try very hard and if we had realized that things we had not checked hadn't been done, I'm sure he would have tried to rectify it. I so think it should have all been done though as promised & in any case I think the price was horrible.

We love them. They charge $35 hour. If we need any specific service then we let them know. The owner verifies the appointment every other week. They always get here around the time they said they were going to be. We have the same two people every time; but there is a lady, who has been here a couple of times, and she is very nice.

The girls were great!!!!! House was left spotless. On time, respectful, organized!!! Amazing company! Have decided to use their services twice a month!!!

The entire process from estimate to job completion was very smooth. Pedro was late on 2 occassions but called to advise each time.

I have used this service before and will use it again. The workers are fast and efficient.

Owner was very responsive and scheduled a visit for an estimate and service immediately. We were moving into a new place and needed it thoroughly cleaned before the furniture arrived. Three ladies cleaned with nothing distracting them (don't you hate it when the cleaning person can't stay off of the phone for whatever reason?) They seemed to work well together. We left them about 9:30 and they phoned us about 4:00 they were finished. The owner met me at our Condo to do a walk-through and I did find several small areas needing a do-over, he also found a couple of areas. He stayed in good form and did not complain during the walk-through. we set up a bi-weekly cleaning. He said I was very picky and looked forward to meeting my expectations. They will also do our laundry and ironing at the same rate hourly rate he charges for cleaning, which I think is reasonable. We agreed I will make a list of areas I want to have extra attention so I was pleased after every visit.

Excellent service overall. Owner visited prior to doing the job to give an estimate of time and cost. Two days later, crew of 3 arrived and worked for about 6 hours. Excellent results - the apartment was sparkling. Owner came at end of the day to check, and had them redo anything not to his liking. Professional, friendly staff and outstanding cleaning job.

I am realtor who needed a very dirty new listing cleaned. Pedro & crew spent many more hours than he anticipated with no complaints & as stated did excelent job.
