The group of three women arrived on time with Pedro. He walked through the house with them and explained what to clean in each room. After he unloaded supplies and left they began with the windows and screens. We have not put the screens back up yet because we enjoy the nice clean view of our back yard so much! After the work outdoors was finished, each cleaner started on a room. They started with the top of the molding and ceiling fans and then worked their way down to the floor. Upon reaching the floors, they moved all the furniture (except for one bookshelf and the dog cage which I thought were too hard to move) slightly so they could sweep and mop underneath everything. The woman working in the kitchen had the hardest job. Our refrigerator and oven are like new! This is saying a lot since the appliances are about 20 years old! They moved the washer/dryer, oven, and refrigerator to clean behind and around them. They all worked efficiently; I felt no time was wasted. We were comfortable to leave for lunch, and this was our first time using this service. Pedro came back at the end of the day and asked them to fix some mistakes they had made. They stayed 10 hours in total, and we paid for 9.5 hours minus the $25 first time discount. We feel the price was very fair and are happy to say they will be returning every other week to touch up the great work.

This company is the best! They are excellent at house cleaning, extremely punctual and very flexible if I need to change times and dates. Pedro Osain, the owner, is personable and friendly, and always calls to confirm prior to the cleaning and after the cleaning to see if his crew did a good job. I would definitely recommend this company. Feels like I have a friend in the cleaning business.

Excellent job. $450.00 included $375 price plus $75 tip, $25 for each worker. It would have taken us a week or more to do this ourselves. Thanks to Magic Touch!

Proper Osain (Company's Owner) sent 3girls to do the initial cleaning- came on time - girls cleaning very good. Will have only 2 girls once a month.

The team arrived on time with the owner and they got right on it. Cleaned screens, window channels, air ducts, everything! Place was spotless. thanks again!

agreed to $$400 minus $25 coupon. I called Magic Touch and Pedro came to my home the next day to give me an estimate, The workers came the next day at the appointed time. Two women workers were driven by a third woman who picked them up and collected the fee. This was the first time I had these new windows and doors cleaned so i had no idea how much it should cost and I agreed to $400.It the two women only 3 hours to do the job. They were very thorough and pleasant. This worked out to over $60 an hour which I think was too much. I would use them again but not at that price. Perhaps I should have gotten other estimates but I liked Pedro and the fast service.

I contacted the Cervantes' to get an estimate on how much it would cost to clean my home before I moved into it. After discussing the items I wanted to be cleaned, Mr. Cervantes was able to give me a reasonable estimate (7 hours, 3 workers). Mrs. Cervantes met me at the house with her team. After a tour of the home, I left them to clean and gave them my cellphone number. Once the job was complete, I went back to meet Mrs. Cervantes. We toured the home again, going over everything that was cleaned. She made sure it was to my satisfaction before I rendered my payment. I couldn't believe that, for the size of my home, 3 workers did such a great job. And the price was just right. I had never used a cleaning service before but Magic Touch Cleaning has alleviated any concerns I may have had about that.

Pedro responded immediately to my call and scheduled the appointment for the same week which was great. We recently moved out of our condo and the closing for the sale was next week. I gave Pedro the key and we agreed I would meet the women at the condo when they were done to pay and lock up. When I arrived the condo was very clean. However, the final price was not as quoted due to it taking longer to clean - which Pedro failed to mention on the phone when he called me to tell me the place was done. His wife and I had a langauge barrier so she had to call him so he could explain to me the difference. It was only a difference of $20 but frankly I have no patience for poor communication. It took 3.5 hours for three people to clean a 680 sq ft condo that was completely empty. Not very efficient and if I am paying by the hour that doesn't work for me. The condo was clean and they performed the service on the day/time that Pedro and I agreed to.

Pedro was very accomodating, the staff did exactly as asked. A great experience!

they were in my home a month ago and that was the 3ed time they cleaned. They are polite, professional and prompt. They charge $35.00 per hour.

Pedro (the owner) returned my call immediately and set up an appointment. He asked several questions as we went through the house and gave me an estimate. He thought it would take 3 people between 7 and 8 hours to perform the services. He brought 3 ladies to the house, along with all of their cleaning equipment and supplies. Pedro did a quick walk through to make sure they understood my expectations and left them to the job at hand. WOW! These 3 ladies didn't miss a speck! They literally climbed ladders to reach fans, air vents, crown molding...everything. They were energetic and I swear I never saw them take a break until lunch. They moved furniture, cleared cabinets, organized piles of stuff in my daughter's room, made the bathrooms look like new and just generally brought the house to a condition that was literally better than when I moved in 3 years ago. When Pedro returned late in the day to inspect and close out the job, they were still working in a fury. It did take them 8 hours...and only because my house needed it! They hustled all day. I would recommend Pedro and his crew any day. In fact, I already have to a couple of coworkers.

I hesitated to write this review as I like to give positive reviews. I did see all the good reviews on Angie's list so decided to go with this provider to clean my home. Pedro came out and looked my house over and recommended a deep cleaning. I didn't really feel I needed it but the price was good and I wanted to window's washed inside and out so figured I would get the full treatment. This is where I felt kind of talked into buying something I didn't want or really need. Pedro is very nice but a real salesmen if you get what I mean. The cleaning crew showed up a bit late and short one person, no big deal. They started cleaning right away. They seemed busy running around and scrubbing. For the most part I think they did a great job but there were a couple of things that I was unahppy about. I hesitiated to write this review as I negelected to follow up with the company and ask them to correct the issue but I just did not feel comfortable having them come back to correct anything and here is why. When Pedro looked my place over, he noticed the shower grout was moldy and stated that would not be able to get peeftecly clean. He said he wanted to look good and would recaulk it, no extra charge. I thought awesome. He said I just needed to provide the caulk, which I did. Pedro himself h=did the caulking and when they left my house it looked great, I let the caulk dry for 24 hours, using my other bathroom to shower. The bad news is that the caulk started to peel within one week and looked 100% worse than the minor mold. I just had a person out to recaulk the shower and he stated the the caulk was applied over the old caulk, which is why it was peeling. I would have rather had Pedro not offer to caulk the shower if he was going to make things worse. Again, it looked great when he left and was asking me to please put a review on Angie's List right away. This is my main issue of why I would not hire them again. I didn;t want to givethem an F rating because most of the cleaning was fine. Oh, except they didn;t clean underneath my sectional coucnh but again, I did not call them back to correct it. As I look through the reviews of cleaning companies on Angie's list it appears good cleaning people are hard to find. UIntil I find a good one, I am getting my mop out and doing it myself.

I feel Peter talks a good talk but the communication between him and the girls is lacking. I cannot tell you what he said to them prior to them arriving, but when he was here, he only spoke spanish to them and I do not understand the language. Peter broke a ceramic Lemoncello jug my friend brought back fron Italy for me so we deducted $50.00 from the amount. WARNING: This man talks a good talk, but he does not walk the walk. He has stolen several pieces of jewelry from me as well.

I called them based on the excellent reviews I read. I spoke to Pedro on the phone and he came out and gave me an estimate which included the use of a coupon. We set a time and date and his employees were brought on time and ready to work. The 2 ladies did an excellent job and I was extremely pleased. Later that day I saw that one window still seemed dirty (only noticeable when the sun shined in that window). I called Pedro and he and another employee came out and looked at the problem and tried to solve it. After several attempts by both of them we realized that it was a problem under the window tinting. Since I was not removing the tinting they again went over the window and got it as clean as possible. Pedro even went around to all the other windows to make sure they were all OK and went over one or 2 other areas. I would definitely use them again and do recommend them.

Pedro brought in three employees who worked 10 hours in leaving a sparkling clean, polished & dust free home. The ladies showed great work ethic and left nothing undone when completed. For this type of "Spring" cleaning they brought their own products & tools although I'm told for regularly scheduled cleanings, that would be the responsibility of the homeowner. My wife & I are very happy with the whole experience and should we decide to begin regularly scheduled cleaning we would go with Pedro.

They did a great thorough job within the time they were supposed to and for the price we were quoted. Pedro had a crew of 5 who worked all day then at the end of the day he critiqued there work and actually had them go back and redo some areas. I was very happy with their work. It was perfect.

Everything sparkles. The ladies went back over the windows and doors and found a few spots they had missed, so they took care of them.

Have used them for the last two years, but am terminating service with them now as there have been too many problems over the last several months. Quality of cleaning was good at the start (2 yrs ago), but has gotten worse over the last few months. Big negatives: Workers don't speak English. We never get the same crew. They break things and try to hide the beakage. They don't show up when they are supposed to. Pedro is a smooth talker, but he doesn't follow through with his commitments. Look for someone else-

When they did the work it was quality work, but remember I was a new customer so I only got the deep clean and one regular cleaning on an alternative date.

I contacted this company and the provider was arguing with his wife and he said that he would be out in about 15 minutes. I ended waiting 45 minutes for them to come and then I ended up leaving. I contacted them twice first to find out if they were in the area but nothing.

Pedro came by and walked through the house with my husband and gave us an estimate. Pedro commented that our house was already very clean and we definitely did not need a deep cleaning. He explained that 2 people would come by and spend between 3 and 3.5 hours cleaning our home. The cleaning was discussed as mopping the floors, dusting all surfaces, scrubbing the bathrooms, dusting on top of the doors and above our kitchen cabinets, cleaning the tracks that the windows run on, and cleaning the floorboards. And appointment was made and we were told we would get a confirmation call the night before. We never received a confirmation call and on the day of the appointment no one ever showed up. My husband called an hour after the crew was supposed to arrive since no one bothered to call us. Pedro was very apologetic and we rescheduled for the next day. (But we had to ask for a discount for the inconvenience and only $5 was knocked off the price.) The following day the 2 cleaners came on time and were at our house for 3.5 hours. To be honest, I was not impressed when I came home from work. The house smelled clean and the floors had been mopped and most surfaces had been dusted. But, the floorboards had not been touched, the window tracks are just as dirty as they were before, the tile in our shower looks to be just wiped with a sponge instead of scrubbed (you can still see tons of soap scum between the tiles) and areas like behind the toilet are still dusty and dirty. Like I said, our house is pretty clean, so I expected the few areas that were dirty to be cleaned appropriately. Unfortunately even with all the great reviews we will not be using this service again.

1 - INCONSISTENT STAFF This started becoming a problem when the two cleaners he sent the first two times could no longer come. Apparently, they were no longer employed there. He promised me that the next two would be "very good cleaners" but when they got there, they spoke virtually no english and I had to re-train the crew on what to do and where my things were etc....The following time, it was yet another two strangers but I didn't know because my husband was home that day. I put up with it but expressed my dissatisfaction to Pedro when this new crew did a poor job with the cleaning, while taking 1 more hour than the first two crews. There were obvious areas completely missed and the two of them would clean one bathroom that took 1.5 hours together rather than split the house ie - one in kitchen, one in bathroom. This happened while he was out of the country since he's from Peru and I had explain this to a young lady who was trying to fix it. When he returned, I alerted Pedro who once again assured me that it would not happen again and that he would send me his wife to the house to supervise and train the staff. His wife Carolina also speaks NO English. Fortunately,I communicate in Spanish and was forced to have to explain everything in Spanish ( not my preference). His wife is a nice lady and I could tell she was trying to make things right. The cleaning jobs took longer with his wife there and I put up with it because she was doing the training and working with he staff and it was getting done well. However, the first time they came by themselves, it once again was taking longer and the work was just OK so I told Pedro that it just wouldnt work. Pedro came by with a new crew and his wife on a scheduled cleaning day where I went over a TO DO list that i had written to make things simpler. He reviewed it with the staff members and Alejandra and Roxanna were very very good. Roxanna spoke English, cleaned well and they worked well together so I was happy again and thought we had a resolved problem. But then the scheduling issues started happening which is my next major complaint. SCHEDULING PROBLEMS: Just prior and during the holidays, I could not stick with a consistent schedule so Pedro had asked me to email him the dates I wanted cleaning done. He would call to confirm dates not on the email and I had to correct him but we worked through it. However this past saturday 1/7, he FORGOT to send a crew to my house. He was very apologetic and assured he would make things right . He wanted to send me Alejandra with a new guy Harold - 3 hours later, which I was totally uncomfortable with mainly because, yet again, I was getting someone new. All the while, he would always say " these are very good guys". I decided not to have my house cleaned that day and did it myself because I was expecting company and told him to just schedule them the following weekend which brings me to today 1/14. Once again, Pedro forgot and DID NOT have me on the schedule in spite of what happened last week. . He was out of town again and lef this girl Impala in charge who had to deal with a very irrate customer now because I was completely FED UP. Once again, I have company coming to visit and NO cleaning scheduled! There solution was to bring a crew with his wife at NOON ( a NEW CREW AGAIN) but I told her that would not work because I had a 12:45p appointment and did not feel comfortable leaving them in the house during my absence. His wife was apologetic but at this point, I was completely done! I have decided never to use this company again and I have to start over with searching for a new cleaning company. I have never been comfortable with leaving strangers in my house, never mind handing this company a key to my house which he had suggested I do so that he could have more flexibility on scheduling. ESPECIALLY when I would not know one week from the next WHO was coming to clean. I would not recommend you do business with this company if you want consistency and a guarantee that you will have someone there on the scheduled date! Some of his crew do know how to clean but the inconsistency and scheduling issues are a deal breaker for me.
