Mr Clean Services

The team is wonderful, very rarely find something to address once everything is cleaned. I have their services for almost a year now and am quite pleased.

Mr Clean Services has cleaned our house every week for the last 2 years, costing $176 per week. Two cleaners arrive within half hour of the scheduled time. The company has sufficient employees to cover in case of absences. Our only problem has been that some of their employees do not speak English. They attempt to schedule at least one person who has either been here before or can understand instructions in English.

They do excellent work. Have used their services for several years now. I am highly pleased with their clearing service. They clean every two weeks.

We have used Mr. Clean Services since early 2017 when we contracted with them for a whole house and garage deep cleaning after reflooring (dust was everywhere). We now use them for bi-weekly house cleaning and just had our master bathroom deep cleaned. You have to provide your own cleaning supplies and I like that since I have allergies and I'm scent sensitive. I would recommend them highly, they do a great job and our home is spotless after them leave.

I called and spoke to Karen to see what type of cleaning service I should request. She was very knowledgable and helped me decide on a deep cleaning, and sent an email to confirm exactly what would be covered and the pricing. The cleaning team was very professional and efficient. They arrived on time and really did a miraculous job cleaning in five hours. They paid special attention to the floors and baseboards as I requested. I have pets, and the livingroom floor was clean enough to eat off of, by the time they were done.

I've been using Mr Clean Services for over a year now. Viviane and Karen are very professional, and the cleaners do excellent work. I am always very satisfied with the cleaning. There was only 1 time that I had a problem and Viviane handled the issue very professionally, and didn't charge me for the extra hour of cleaning. The rates are affordable. The only challenge that I tend to face is that the cleaners generally speak spanish and so it can be a bit difficult to communicate at times. (For spanish speakers, this would not be an issue.) I highly recommend Mr Clean Services!

Requested a deep cleaning and provided the two ladies who showed up a full list of what they were to do. Nothing too deep, i.e. we didn't request them to pull items out of closets/cupboards, moving furniture or even clean the stove but did ask for a floors and bathrooms to be cleaned. For four hours of work we received a lackadaisical (at best) effort from the two ladies they sent; one of which basically sat around complimenting the other one on how well she worked while doing very little. Called and complained while they were still there and was offered only excuses. Still had to pay the $300 for a waste of everyone's time and a big waste of my money.

Excellent. They are very reliable, professional, courteous and do a great job. I've had them cleaning for the past few months and will continue the service.

These are very honest and professional people who do it right the first time. I would recommend them to anybody. They are very thorough and dependable and a pleasure to work with.

Overall done well. There’s often a new person or two which makes it less than excellent. The new person has to ask me where certain things are and has to be shown things which is perfectly normal but would be eliminated if it were consistently the same people Each week.

It went excellent. They came to my house and they are very professional, did a good job, left my house fresh and clean. The young lady that they sent over was nice, trustworthy and very pleasant. She is on time and I like her!

I like their services and I continue using them every two weeks. They provided a great and excellent service! They always send reminders to confirm that it's okay to come on the day that was scheduled.

Viviane and her team were exceptional. As the owner of the company, we were pleasantly surprised that she was there every day, spot-cleaning along with her crew, overseeing, and making sure every single corner of our received attention. Her crew was also courteous and professional, and we felt comfortable having them in our home for the three days it took to remediate what was initially a very dirty space. We would absolutely use her service again!

Everyone involved has been lovely from start to finish. This girls did a great job, definitely recommend this company and look forward to working with them again in the future.

The staff was thorough and excellent. They communicated well and asked me to review the things they had done. I would not hesitate to recommend them and as a matter of face I have scheduled them again in two weeks.

It went extremely well. The workers were hardworking and did an excellent job. The apartment sparkled when they finished.

The 3-person crew arrived at my home at the time promised. They worked for 5 hours thoroughly dusting, cleaning, sweeping and mopping several rooms with vaulted ceilings. The level of attention they paid to cleaning the dusty surfaces and items was impressive considering the amount of dust that had accumulated. The team was pleasant and extremely hard working. I will definitely have them come back for a final cleaning after the final stages of the remodel is complete. They were worth every penny spent!

Superb from the first phone call. Very responsive by phone always. Great people showed up who were professional and accommodating. The owner even came by to check in on the job. We've used them several times now.

Aside from the late start, they did an amazing job. You could smell how clean the house is and everywhere i looked, was really clean. I highly recommend this company. Their employees really care that they do an awesome job for YOU. The cost was high, but it was necessary as I had 4 people working non-stop to clean the house for 5 hours. (20 man hours)

Time frame was given but when cleaners were running late, there was no phone call to give me a status update. There was also a discrepancy in the price quoted which I was not pleased about. The cleaners themselves were great.

Mr. Clean Services Corp. Beyond compare. What more can I say? Under the watchful eyes and helpful guidance of Viviane, her cleaners left my yucky private surroundings SPOTLESS. Shining and Gleaming. Spic and Span. How about PRISTINE . . . maybe? Smelling fresh and clean, like new again. Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy! Or PERFECT. Perhaps as good as it gets. Whatever.
